Keep calm and bourb-on!
I wish I could remember the name of this cocktail! It was a mix of grapefruit and cinnamon flavors and it was delicious!

Dine & Sip Review: Elevated Comfort We indulged in the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, stacked with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, and a kicky chili crisp aioli, alongside the show-stopping 14oz Citrus-Brined Bone-In Pork Chop glazed with Camp Dennison Bourbon. On the side? A creamy Four Cheese Mac and Cheese and perfectly baked Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread. To wash it down, we savored 3 beers and 3 decadent Twenty Grand Manhattans. At $114.49, it's not a cheap night out, but every bite justified the price. The flavors were bold, rich, and unforgettable. While the menu could use more variety, the cozy, well-designed space made for a delightful experience. Service was flawless, but fair warning: parking is a headache, especially on weekends.Scores: * Value: 4/5 - Pricey but worthwhile. * Taste: 5/5 - Flavor explosions in every dish. * Variety: 3/5 - Limited menu options. * Uniqueness: 3/5 - Solid but not groundbreaking. * Service: 5/5 - Attentive and friendly. * Atmosphere: 4/5 - Inviting with a great layout.Overall, this spot is perfect for a special treat--but plan ahead for parking!

I would like to update my review. A month ago we were at the bar for a tasting and enjoyed it. The food menu looked so good that we booked reservations with our friends for dinner. We got there at 5:15 pm on a Saturday and they were super busy. However we were seated right away. I highly recommend making reservations ahead of time. Their food menu is very simple. Starters, salads, main course and dessert. We started off with cocktails. Our table mostly got an old fashions and my Mr. ordered the manhattan. For dinner:-Fried Chicken (My Mr)-Catch of the day: Stripped Bass (for myself)-Pork Schnitzel (For my friend)-Filet Mignon (For my friend)We got our meals in 20 minutes and it was so worth the wait! I love the crunchy skin on the fish and sides paired well my stripped bass. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and the cocktails were a hit. After dinner my friends did two flights of bourbons tastings. Loved it so much that they ended up taking a bottle home from the gift shop. The service was excellent and the experience was so much fun. Definitely coming back for dinner and perhaps next time a tour of the facility.

This started out as another case of "We really should check that place out some day" locations, until one day, we went fot it. Though just for drinks, to try their whiskey goodness, it was absolutely worth the stop and then some. In fact, I've already made reservations to have dinner here with my lady and some friends who are big bourbon fans too. Yep, we were that impressed. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. They have a pretty big dining area, a really cool bar area, and a nice bottle/gift shop. And they don't just do bourbon. They also make vodka, rum, American whiskey, flavored whiskey, and all sorts of liqueurs including absinthe. We sat at the bar and decided to indulge in two bourbon/whiskey flights. Here's what we had:-Ohio Straight Bourbon -Single Barrel Bourbon -High Rye Bourbon -Code 4 Blueberry Donut whisky -Camp Dennison-Rotating Cask edition: stout-Rotating Cask Edition: blackberry brandy-Peanut Butter whiskey We really enjoyed all of them, especially the single barrel, Camp Dennison, stout, and peanut butter. The blackberry brandy had the kind of nose you wish you could make into a candle. The bartender was very friendly too and super knowledgeable. Though we didn't try any food, we're absolutely looking forward to dinning with our friends here, and I'm certain they'll be impressed as well. This is a great spot for drinks and dinner for sure. They also do tours of the distillery but you have to make reservations. I definitely want to take a tour one day. Their bourbons and whiskey are certainly top-notch. In fact, we went home with a bottle of Camp Dennison, bottle of Peanut Butter whiskey, and a bourbon scented candle (who doesn't love the smell of a fine crafted bourbon?).

My wife enjoyed her MotherDay brunch here. They don't have a typical brunch menu, but the lunch menu was good. We had the chicken and Buffalo chicken sandwiches. Both were very good. The onion rings were excellent. The inside is nice, but if you aren't near the window the space is dark. We stopped by the rooftop for a drink and while it was nice I feel like they could do so much more with that space to make it special.

From the moment we walked in, I could tell we were going to have a great experience. The host was so friendly and hospitable and chatted with us but wasn't overly chatty. Our server was helpful as my husband was trying to figure out which bourbons to order for a flight. He enjoyed the flight very much and my daughter loved her pomegranate cocktail. For dinner, I had the pork schnitzel with cherry sauce, which was really tasty but could have used more sauce. Our table also had the lamb shank and the new york strip, which were delicious as well. All in all, it was an excellent meal and I would highly recommend checking them out.

Second time visiting this venue. On a date with my husband. The area really has grown! Parking is an issue, had to park a half a mile away- if that gives you any indication how busy the area is. Our waitress, Amber was absolutely wonderful. Apparently there was an issue in the kitchen, so it was quite a wait for our dinner. We were in no hurry, however, and things can happen. The drinks were phenomenal as was the flavors of our meals. They did come out lukewarm, however, but the flavor made up for it. Love the ambiance of this place. Hope whatever kitchen issues they had last night are resolved, as I truly do appreciate the service and venue as a whole.

Fun fact- this distillery is owned by March First! Go for a cocktail at the bar or reserve a seat in the dining room for dinner. The staff here were wonderful, and even gave us glasses of champagne for our anniversary! The food was good, we ate every bite. The cocktails were fine but was a little disappointed in the selection. There were a lot of draft cocktails which I would not expect from a distillery. I think there is only one flight option for a brown liquor like bourbon or whiskey, I can't remember which. I was expecting more variety and tasting options. But overall we had a pleasant time and would return.

Located in an old storage building... very old. Love the way they tied the old structure into the new building. Enjoyed their spirits, especially their Rye. Also try their beers as well from Woodburn , or FigLeaf, or March 1st. Food menu is better than a tavern menu. You have to do a flight of spirits and or beer.... And get something to eat. Parking is on the street.

So helpful! We can on a rainy Monday before the bar opened. We were looking for things to do on my birthday. We were initially told they weren't open for tastings and they were in a meeting. Then one spoke up they would give us a tasting anyway. We had the whole place to ourselves to taste and hear the stories of each whisky/bourbon. We found 3 that we especially liked and took them home. The distillery is in a historical building in Milford. They also have a restaurant but it wasn't open yet and we had already had lunch so that was okay. This was a great find we stumble upon and we will be back!
