Cincinnati Catering

Very disappointed in the service I received. The quality and presentation did not match up to the cost. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of where the quantity, my emails were ignored.

We had the best experience having Cincinnati Catering for my wedding! Shannon and Brad were so detail oriented and very prompt to all my emails. Their prices are very affordable and the food is quite delicious. I've been to a lot of weddings over the last couple years and felt Cincinnati Catering's food surpassed the taste of other so many other caterers that were a lot more expensive. Also, the process of the catering team setting up and serving was so seamless and no instruction needed, they had everything covered. The two buffet servers were so helpful and friendly. I can't recommend Cincinnati Catering enough!!!

I highly recommend this team! They showed up promptly, served 300 people, and kept a smile the entire time. Oh, and the food was delicious! We will definitely be using them again at future events at our facility.

Terrible, terrible food. Catering can't get much worse. Twice I've been to events where they provided the food; both times a disappointment, with tasteless meat, and starchy things like macaroni. Both times the people having the affair said they had made a mistake and that they should have used a more sophisticated service, maybe a restaurant. I guess they're inexpensive though.

An event was canceled due to events beyond our control. The venue and band allowed us out of our contract. Cincinnati Catering would not refund our deposit. Furthermore, Brad was unkind to deal with. I will not be using them in the future. There are plenty of other caterers in the city with good reviews. Buyer Beware.

I had Gold Star Chili catered to our office to welcome employees back after working from home for 2 years, and they were so excited! The food was delivered on-time, hot and there was plenty of it! I realized I had the wrong pans to use with our chafing dishes and the man who delivered our food went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to keep the food hot for 2+ hours! Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend Cincinnati Catering for all of your catering needs. They are very helpful with providing ideas for your events and the food tastes wonderful! The service they provide is wonderful as well! My office has used them for many different events and will definitely use them in the future.

Had them do our wedding and could not have been more pleased. Food was excellent and the staff was professional, very cheerful and friendly and went the extra mile for our day. Would recommend to anyone.

Cincinnati Catering was awesome! I had 2 rather large events at UC in the last couple months and each time selected this company to cater. In NO way was I disappointed with this choice! Food was great, staff was great! I would recommend Cincinnati Catering to anyone who asks!

We used Cincinnati Catering for our daughter's wedding reception. The food was a selection of simple Italian offerings for a sit down dinner. The company used temp agency servers and only 3 of 8 servers showed up. The food was lukewarm when served. The servers often gave out incorrect meal selections to guests and the food quality was about on par with Denny's. When I discussed the service with the polite lady who answered the phone she said they knew beforehand that accomplishing this job was problematic but they nonetheless accepted the job and our money. She told me that she didn't know of any business that would turn down customers. In other words, Cincinnati Catering was glad to take the money knowing that the result would be marginal. I could go on but will summarize by saying that a buyer should be wary of dealing with this firm for reasons of quality and ethics.
