Chicken Scratch

I ordered chicken scratched in my office for the first time with my coworkers and it was delicious. I didn't take pictures of the food because we ordered delivery so it wasn't the prettiest looking when it got there. If you like spicy food, this is the perfect place for you. It was full of flavor and so delicious. They didn't pull any punches when it came to flavor so if you are someone who can't take a lot of seasoning, you may not be able to enjoy your food as much.One improvement that I would love to see from them is putting labels on the boxes so we were able to tell which order was which. Since the food was delivered, I can't speak to the ambience of their restaurant, but the food was tasty.

Perhaps takeout is not this location's strength because some of the reviews look great, but I ordered via Door Dash and had a terrible experience. From a salad that arrived with no dressing after I paid for extra, to blackened chicken that was so overcooked it could chip a tooth this was not a great meal. Nothing was worth trying again unfortunately.

I came here several months back and was soooo impressed by the blackened chicken pasta and I wanted to come back again and twice it was closed when I tried. I came back successfully a second time and it didn't hit as much but it was okay. I came today and I am insanely disappointed. The food looks nothing like it used to. There were only 5 pieces of shrimp on the shrimp pasta which is INSANE because it is $18 before tax..... the sauce doesn't taste the same at all and the noodles are even different. Just take a look at the photos from 8 months ago compared to these. What happened?!?!?! Never coming back.

Went for the first time and order the wing and fire combo. You can get just about any of their loaded fries for a small up charge. The cashier was patient and answered any question that I had! I had the spicy jerk wings with Loaded Garlic Buffalo Fries and it was amazing.

I think the disconnect here is that chicken scratch charges the prices and takes the time of a full service restaurant, but the vibes and food quality are not in line with that. I went in at Tuesday at 6:50pm. They were telling everyone 30min for food and thankfully I only had to wait 20min. The staff was great, but there were some sanitary precautions that weren't being met (no hair nets, ventilation seemed off, counters were sticky). The food was good but nothing phenomenal and it was expensive for what it was. I paid $16 for blackened chicken Alfredo but it tasted like one I could have gotten at noodles and company for a cheaper price. The portions were very good though and there is a parking lot connected to it which was convenient.

I appreciate all the sauce options and rather to have it tossed or drizzled . Who doesn't love options! I ordered online but you can eat in or walk-in. Service was efficient and ready when it said it would be. It was lunchtime and it was ready within 20 min. It's a little pricey for the type of food but it was worth it. They do have a free parking lot and run lunch specials. It's only one way to find out what the restaurant is about, and sometimes you just gotta order the food and taste it.

Food was way too over priced and was lackluster in quantity and quality. I paid $20 for shrimp Alfredo and received only 5 of the worst shrimp I have ever tasted. Then was underwhelmed by the soggy pasta that was a majority of my dish.

Drove from Dayton only to find them closed. With no sign. Supposed to be a yelp event today. They havent been open long and there hours show they should be open. Long way to come and crappy traffic. Aggravated

Food was pretty disappointing. I saw Mac and cheese was their best thing and it was completely separated and oily (basically plain noodles in oil). Don't get your hopes up at all. The fries were so soggy but the chicken was decent. Crispy but nothing great.
