Chicken Salad Chick

Love this place! Always highly satisfied . The variance in their menu is so good. We even get requests from family members from out of town to get some to bring to them when we head out!

I really love this place but it's probably best to not go when they first open their doors (10 am). I just left my dentist appointment and wanted to pick up something for lunch later so I stopped in to order a The Chick plate. Seems like they just took out leftovers and gave it to me. My pickle was a little rubbery.

Pick a type of chicken salad, or egg salad if you prefer, and then decide either greens or bread or crackers. Pretty simple. Kinda pricey for what you get. The salads were fresh and tasty, nothing out of the ordinary, other than where can go for 8 or so digging types of chicken salad. Not worth a special trip, but if you're nearby, why not. They are not open on Sundays, so they miss the Crossroads crowd, to each their own.

My experiences with this Oakley location have just not been stellar. Staff seems slow in action. Sticky surfaces and a slightly unpleasant smell at times. On my lunch break, I ordered a pick up meal to be ready at 5:00 PM so I could swoop in and pick up a tasty, easy dinner. When I arrived in the evening, I was told that my meal had already been picked up. Ummmmm... no one else could be picking up my meal. Staff gave me a free drink and was apologetic while they remade my order. What a disappointment because the whole reason for ordering on my lunch break was to avoid waiting. After a few lack luster experiences at this location, I'll likely think again before repeating my patronage.

When I'm not sure what to pack for school lunches I turn to Chicken Salad Chick. They make it super easy to order and pickup. I love how you can have the croissants, bread, or crackers on the side! That makes it super easy to make sandwiches for lunch boxes! There's so many different flavors that you won't get bored! You'll find sweet, savory, and even spicy flavors! 5 stars for good quality food and friendly employees.

I've heard great things about this place and was finally able to see for myself. Definitely exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and allowed me to sample. I decided on the Cranberry Kelli which was sweet and flavorful. The side of fruit and pickle were very fresh. But complimentary cookie was the "sweetest" surprise. While dining in, staff could be seen checking in with customers and collecting used trays. There is still good business out there, and it's here!

Had the chicken salad blt to go when I went to eat it 15 minutes later it was a very small salad 2 overcooked pieces of bacon. The tomatoes were good as well as the lettuce, the cookie was great. Will not go back

I just had hand surgery so I ordered just the chicken salad because I thought I could make easy sandwiches one handed. I ordered through Uber Eats. First off the portions I ordered were suppose to feed 2-3 people, the very small portion would make 1 sandwich and not a very generous one at that (to be fair when I was writing this I weighed a pack, they are 8 oz each I was surprised, so $18 a pound). CSC website shows the price as $6.99 per pack, delivery price $8.99 per pack (I don't know who increased the price CSC or Uber eats and frankly don't care, that's what I paid. I ordered Fancy Nancy, Olivia's Old South, Classic Carol and Barbie-Q. Instead of the BBQ I got Dixie Chick which turned out to be the only one that had its own flavor. .like biting into a raw onion! It was the one flavor on the menu that I did not want to try. When my order arrived I took a taste of Classic Carol, it had no flavor at all, nothing...it was a flavor vacuum! Hoping it was just the one I tasted each one, with the exception of the onion bomb, they all tasted identical with no texture to any, no celery, nothing. The Fancy Nancy had apple, pecans and grapes. The apple had been in it so long it had no crunch and tasted like the salad, didn't have a pecan and the one grape had a little pop and sweetness left, the whole thing tasted spoiled. I will save the entire order for cat food, although they won't eat the onion bomb or the Fancy spoiled one. I am a retired Chef after 46 years so I have a fairly decent palate. Not only am I disappointed and will never order from here again I feel cheated! That was a lot of money for some cat food!

My egg salad sandwich was made the heels of the bread loaf. That's ridiculous. Never be back.

Let me begin by saying the chicken salads are very good which I why I did not learn my lesson the first 5 times. Each time I have ordered from this location, to be delivered by Uber Eats, something has been missing or completely wrong. This time the amount of the order that was missing was @14--which is not a lot of money but 5 times come on--Uber Eats refuses to adjust since I can not send them a picture of what is missing(duh) and CSC was called. Spoke to Lauren and she stated she would look into this and get back with me that day or the next. Two days later I called them again for her to say Uber Eats says there is nothing they can do but yet she did not follow up as promised. Called today and spoke to Andrew and he says the same thing--He did offer to "take care of it next time I come in" Not sure I am interested in doing anymore business with such a poorly ran site. BTW I have also sent in to their online customer service and never have received anything back from them either on any of the orders.
