100% a weekly meal for me!!! I've been better taking care of my health so a weekly Greek salad with gyro meat and a side of tzatziki sauce has become a go to favorite! Don't get me wrong, there are so many great dishes here! Absolutely recommend one of there all beef hotdogs in almost any form. Really like the one wrapped in bacon with beer cheese...so mouth watering! Regardless, I door dash from here every week to be a bit more on the healthy side and will argue that the house made greek dressing is a must try on any salad you do. They always give plenty of portions, the staff is always accommodating, and it's a classic Chicago meets Cincinnati themed restaurant. Plenty of places to seat or good enough to order out!

Sweet Home, Chicago!Moving out of Chicago was never in the cards for me. Many years ago, when I needed to relocate for work, I knew absolutely nothing about Cincinnati.I grew to like Cincy very quickly. Not so much for the food (pizza and strange stuff they called "chili") but I all around felt like I was at home. I was also surprised that I never really found myself all that homesick either. I mean, I could always call my friends and family.....but there was one thing...... I can't call a Hot Dog or a Pizza! Now if I want good Pizza, I make it myself (Sorry, Cincy. Your Pizza game sucks.). But if I want to get a couple of good Chicago Style Hot Dogs, or other "Beef Joint" menu items, Chicago Gyros and Dogs brings a little home to me here in Cincy.Focusing on the dogs and fries, they've got it down. Whenever I get that urge, I drive the 25 - 30 minutes South to get those Vienna Beef hot dogs, trimmed perfectly with all the right condiments.I've had the Italian Beef once before and I'd have to give that another run. It wasn't my favorite, but maybe worth a second try.I do feel like I'm at a real Chicago "Beef Joint", back home. With the exception of one thing, but I completely understand it - Not a whole lot of Chicago Sports Team representation. I know you're in Cincy, but come on..... it's Chicago Gyros and Dogs! Would I go back? Yeah I would. As often as possible. In fact, I'm glad it's as far away as it is, otherwise I'd be there too much. I grew up at my Grandfathers diner/donut shop that was located on the Wrigley Field grounds, right in front of the stadium. So, with that, Vienna Beef dogs, Polish and beef were all we knew. Any reputable "Beef Joint" had that unmistakable yellow Vienna Beef sign in the window. Growing up in Chicago, your favorite pizza place or beef joint were the ones closest to your house. There are literally hundreds of each in all of Chicagoland. Maybe thousands. They all might have their own slight nuance or "thing", but the thing they all have in common is that they're delicious. Way to bring it to Cincy!

Ordered delivery for our whole family. I got a falafel pita. Worst I've ever had. Falafel was rock hard. Had a few cucumbers and tomatoes in it. Sauce was bland. Never again:(

I used to go here 3 or 4 times a week for lunch. However they stopped with their slaw dog and that's what I ordered when I was there. So I haven't been back. They used to have a friendly staff and always had great service.

Chicago Gyro is a staple food for a number of UC students. That being said, the portion sizes are great for a fairly inexpensive gyro and the service is always very kind. My typical order is the standard gyro and it never fails to be a highlight of my day. Very meaty, very saucy, very yummy!When I order from Chicago Gyro, I normally take it home but it is worth noting that this is one of the few places in the area that has its own parking lot. That paired with two entrances and a lot of space makes for a pleasant dining experience. Nothing formal but a great place to take friends on a more casual outing.

So it's been awhile! This has been one of my favorite spots for gyro's, brownies, fries and everything in between.Usually the fries stand up to my ride home. They did not and were under seasoned, but still tasty. I wasn't happy about neither tiny cheese sauces being filled at the cost of $1. I also took some of the meat out because it was a bit salty.Very nice, pleasant cashiers and cooks.

The best Gyro I have ever had!. And I have had quite a few. Fresh meat, fresh pita, fresh veggies..... Fresh everything...everything was so tasty! Our server was fast and kind and checked on us just the right amount. Convenient location, one or two blocks from campus... near enough to campus for a walk there for a post game meal. Surprisingly clean. I would expect a place so close to campus to have some debris or be dirty, but I saw none. Everything was kept tidy and clean. I WILL be going back!

The food here is pretty tasty. One of the better Gyros I have had in the area. The portions are generous too. The fries are very good. I would avoid their burgers, they tend to be a bit overdone. Service has always been quick and friendly. It's a little pricy, but again, given the size of the portion I'm ok with that.
