My food was pretty good. My husband loved his potatoes. My loaded waffle fries were cooked perfectly. The cooking was all done right there. Every bite reflected that. I get the concept of decor', and vintage items. It seemed like it needed a good dusting of the various items. Value wise we could have had more for less but someone put some effort into the kitchen. It's a locally owned small business. We always want to support that. Our server showed little interest. This what bothered me. She seemed to be the only server on. With one other table. She never greeted us with anything but, "do you know what you want?" Or even checked up on us. She never asked if things were okay, asked about refills. My husband had to go find her to get our check.

I stopped in the other day and had a Rueben and fries, and an iced tea. They make the best iced tea I have had while eating out anywhere. Their fries were a bit overdone and I could not eat them as hard as I tried. And the Rueben, while good, should have had more of everything on it. It was a small sandwich for $7.49. But I enjoyed it regardless... I love the quiet in there.

A nice little diner in the heart of Georgetown. I stopped in for a very serviceable chicken salad sandwich and waffle fries. The fries were most likely bought frozen but were still fried to a crisp. The chicken salad was not your fru fru type, but the way God intended chicken salad to be. My server was a young lady who seemed to be a little nervous, but she was friendly and checked on me several times. A slice of chocolate bundt cake was a nice treat...not too large and tasty. I would give five stars but the place needs a deep cleaning. It was not dirty, but really needed a good scrubbing as evidenced by the grouping of flies at the end of my table. Also, if being a Christian offends you, you may want to go elsewhere as the love of God is apparent (and refreshingly open). If I am back in town I will stop back in. Oh, and prices were super affordable.

Great food. Great service. Cute restaurant. Try the BLT or pan fried chicken. And the fries are delicious!

After the Fireside took a nosedive in quality, this is probably the best place to eat in Georgetown. Food is very basic home-style. It is a real family affair, and rightly so, since Grandma is in the back working her magic and the granddaughter is out front front waiting tables! But it is unfair to have a bakery in the restaurant. Do you know how hard it is to resist those homemade fried pies with them just looking at you? Seriously, the food is good, generous, and very well prepared.

Attractive, clean and friendly restaurant in Georgetown, Ohio; easily accessed off 68. We ordered a Western omelette and coffee. The service was very good and the waitress returned several times to make sure all was well. The food arrived in a timely fashion. It was delicious and the portions generous. Our omelette was bursting with a savory combination of sausage, bacon, onion and green peppers. We'll be back!

The food felt frozen and like something I could have bought myself from Walmart or Kroger and thrown in the oven. It could be a cleaner but the service was nice and the prices were fair considering nothing is fresh. It all felt kind of half assed. Not sure if the restaurant business is really the owners passion or just a way to make money.

Totally delighted. Nice restaurant with hometown feel. Food was excellent. We finished by splitting a slice of fresh peach pie. Suspect this a local favorite but if your traveling near by it's worth the stop.

Small town USA! Good food, courteous workers. On most days the owner himself will be in the store cooking or waiting on tables. If you want a place to chat, and feel like family while enjoying a decent meal. This is the place to go.
