This was one of the those instances when you drive by a place and think to yourself, "Oh that sounds good!" Unfortunately, this was a let down. Roll was soggy, meat was too salty, onions tasted artificially sweetened as if teriyaki sauce was added to them. Not your quintessential cheesesteak.Fries weren't bad, the kimchi fries were an interesting take on loaded fries and flavors played well. One positive thing out of this was the quick turnaround and friendly staff.

I came to this plaza for Chipotle but the line was spilling out of the door and I wasn't hungry enough to wait. As I walked back to my car, I spotted Charley's and went in. I'm so glad I did. I only ordered a sandwich but it was perfectly made. I would definitely eat here again.

New place that opened up. Dined in. First thing I saw was the cashier was wrapping her hair at the counter and never wiped her hands. Waiting for my food I tried the unsweetened iced tea and it had a bad flavor and I had to get something else. Received the food and they called out the number but they had to repeat it because the music was loud. The fries were under cooked and I threw them away. The cheesesteak was okay. Meat overcook and no taste. Having lettuce, tomato's and pickles were. different. I may try this during a weekday and see if it's better.Oh I forgot I dined in and they gave me a carry out bag and they didn't clean any tables while I was here after the people left.

Tried it for the first time tonight and ran to yelp! I ordered the old fashioned Philly steak and it was the best Philly I've had in Cincinnati. The small was the perfect size for me, and the the ratio of cheese, meat, and onions was perfection. Place looked clean and well taken care of and the staff was friendly enough for a fast casual spot. We will definitely be back to check out the wings.

It's not quite a 4 star. I'd say 3.5 stars. I got the medium chicken teriyaki sandwich and my husband got the original large Philly cheesesteak. My husband thought his large sandwich looked the same size as my medium sandwich. Both were messy. We had to eat them with forks and knives. My husband thought the large sandwich. We also shared a small fry. They were fine. We ordered there and waited in the dining area for our carry out. The place didn't look too clean. I also prefer how like at Penn Station, you can see the employees making your food. At Charley's you can't see anything. Bottom line is that it was ok but we'll probably stick to Penn Station.

Worst cheesesteak I've ever had. Could even finish it. And the cheese wiz isn't even cheese wiz it's just melted cheddar cheese. A regular cheesesteak meal and a small for my daughter was $30. Breads no good. Not really even a cheesesteak, it's really just a bland steak with a ton of cheese on like a hotdog bun. Pretty bad.
