Delicious, superb, eclairs!!The only problem with them is I started eating and then my plate was empty. Too fast! Call ahead to order and make sure the weather forecast doesn't say rain. Humidity doesn't allow her to create them. Two thumbs up!

So, Yelp is wrong. The store is actually open Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm (Lunch 11:00 - 2:30pm) Saturday from 9:30 am - 2:30pm (Lunch 11:00 - 2:00pm)Sunday CLOSEDI'll update the page but I'm not sure when the update will go into effect, which is why I just typed it in the review too.Anyway I mostly came here for their desserts! When I first walked in to the store, I was a little turned off by the smell inside of it. But I went in anyway because I wanted to try this place out.Their display case was a little lackluster so I settled on some cookies. They were pretty good. There were five or so varieties of cookies. But I guess because of the name, Chantilly Cream Dessert Shop I thought there would be custards, cakes, or maybe even cream puffs here. Not pies, cookies, and shortbread cookies. There wasn't any cakes on display for you to buy a slice either.This is more of a café with some desserts. There's sandwiches, soups, and an even bigger menu on the weekends.

After sampling their cookies from a friend I finally got to have lunch at this lovely little bakery! Everything is such a delight it was hard to choose. Menu has a creative array of soups, sandwiches and salads to choose from that change seasonally. There is a dessert of the day included with most lunch selections or there were at least 6 others to choose from. Had lemon chess pie and Waldorf Salad with earl grey tea which comes with an individual pot. Brought home a triple layer chocolate cake with vanilla coconut buttercream frosting that is so moist and delicious I am reluctantly sharing with my boys.

Best cupcakes I've ever tasted and I'm a cupcake person and I've been to the most expensive cupcake places but by far the softest tastiest icing and the softest freshest cake cupcakes. The cake is so moist, great lady behind the counter. She is wonderfully nice sweet person. I love that place, i never knew it even existed. I walked in there and wow wow wow wow great atmosphere also.

Quite honestly, this wonderful place to eat takes you by surprise. The cuisine is fresh, tasty and totally out of the ordinary. From presentation to first bite each cookie, pastry, soup and entree seems to be meticulously hand-crafted for maximum enjoyment. It's an attention to detail often found wanting in most restaurants--regardless of size or location.The ambiance is slightly quaint, not overly frilly, and quiet. Yes, a guy can enjoy a meal here, but better yet, he could bring his daughter (or his sweetie) and both of them would enjoy the meal here.Delicious food, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients and served in an atmosphere that's calm and cozy, could only be better if the price were right--and it is. Nobody is going to go broke enjoying the array of homemade specialties this place creates.Chantilly Cream: good food, good atmosphere, good price.It's exactly like being able to have your cake and eat it too.

My cousin and I enjoyed a delicious meal here! While the food options may be limited, I'm almost positive it's because so much heart and focus is put into what they're serving. Fabulous food. Excellent service! I'll be back and bringing a crowd. I hope this place stays open for a good, solid, long time!

This restaurant is decorated in a classic tea-room style and is very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating and there were nice little touches like napkin rings and I judged from the prices and drink selection that the food would be delicious. Cue the demo about making assumptions.I chose the Sunny C Salad, which is described as mixed greens topped with "chicken salad" and fresh fruit. Their idea of "chicken salad" is tasteless roasted or boiled chicken, shredded and served un seasoned and dry. I usually do not use dressing on this type of salad but I used every drop of the raspberry dressing provided hoping to add taste and moisture to this $12 salad to no avail. What's worse is the "fresh fruit" consisted of four grapes, a few tasteless strawberries, a handful of blueberries and one cherry, stem and pit intact. I had hoped a restaurant which charged less for a bottle of Pierre than for a glass of iced tea would serve a decent salad. I was wrong. I declined to order desert but did pick out three shortbread cookies to take home. They were unremarkable.

We had my daughter's 16th birthday lunch here for her and her lady mentors. We wanted someplace smaller and more intimate-- this was perfect! The food was awesome and the cake... Outstanding!!! Definitely a wonderful gem in downtown Fairborn!!

LOVE this little shop! Great place to stop in for a simple, calm, relaxing, quick, and delicious lunch. The ladies who own the shop make you feel like you stopped in to grandma's to be taken care of. Just delightful :) !

I have eaten here for over ten years. The food is always great, hot, and healthy. Their desserts are fabulous. Excellent service from the staff always. I tell all my friends what a great place it is to eat and highly recommend them. No place better for quality, service, and making you feel at home. This place is as good as it gets!
