Old School but Still CoolI have used this Cassano's Pizza King location a few times for catering lunch and learns in the area. The locals like the pizza from this place. Each Lunch and Learn I typically ordered five extra large signature pizzas and about thirty wings. Each time I ordered the pizza was ready to go at the time I asked for pickup. The ordering is easy when you call the Pizza King number. The staff is always helpful and supplies ample pepper plates, napkins, crushed chilis and other items for the order. The pizza is very good and so are the wings. I will use them again if I need to in the future.

Best pizza ever. EVER! Don't care what your counter argument is, not gonna convince me. I grew up eating Cassano's pizza. Traveled to many countries and had all kinds of Pizza. Non compared. Their thin crust and sauce are the bomb!!!! Like they say " The proof is in the taste." No truer words were ever spoken. The staff at this location, and every other location that I have visited are always friendly and eager to please. Dine in pizza is delivered piping hot and crispy to the table with a smile and pride. Restaurant is always clean.

I go to this location regularly to eat pizza & watch football/basketball (they have satellite) & have never been disappointed. The pizza is always on point & the service is great! Best thin crust pizza anywhere! I love their other menu items also & change it up from time to time.

First, cassanos is one of favorite pizza places. BUT they've disappointed me. this is the first time ordering from this location. I got a delivery and it's going on an hour and ten minutes I've been waiting for the food. AND now they're closed so I can't call to check on what's taking so long! Very frustrating.UPDATE!!Still no pizza! I checked my bank account and they had charged the pizza. So I went to the store and THEYRE CLOSED! what on earth!

No place has pizza like this. Thin, salted bottom crust cut into tiny squares. I grew up w this pizza. Whenever we get down to southwestern Ohio it's a must do on our list. We have a family reunion in Middletown every year and we have turned on the out of staters to this delicacy. They look forward to our Saturday night pizza too!

I'm done with Cassano's. Hate to be negative about a pizza chain that has truly been a large part of my childhood, and my adult life, but they don't care. I have complained numerous times to corporate about employees and food quality - Each time I get a monetary credit, and a promise to address the issues. But at some point, the money that amounts to a free pizza isn't worth it anymore. The bottom line is, their pizza quality is highly inconsistent: Sometimes their pizza is near perfect, and other times, it's nearly a charcoal briquette. While I'm leaving a review on the Middletown location, this actually applies across the board. Pizza Hut, Domino's, Donatos, Papa Johns - They *never* have this problem. But for some reason, if you order pizza from Cassano's ten times in a month - You can be certain that at least five of those times, you'll be awarded with overcooked/burned pizza.Cassano's - And their corporate offices - Don't care. They don't. I'm not making an assumption - This is based on my contact with them and the "change" they've promised. I've called to complain. I've emailed to complain. Each time, I'm promised that they're going to do better. Yet, years and years of the same quality and same experience tells me that they aren't planning to do better. They're fine with the way things are now. Sorry - That's not good enough for me. Shouldn't be good enough for anyone. At the end of the day, I hate to walk away from Cassano's. But at some point, I have to admit that what I want from a pizza, Cassano's refuses to deliver on. So I have to find somewhere else. It's a shame - As I said before, when they do get it right, this pizza is absolutely the best there is. But my money and my time mean something to me. And when they only get it right half the time, what am I saying about the other half of the time - Where I waste money on a product I don't enjoy, and waste my time waiting for it? In the past, I was saying that 50% success rate was acceptable. It's no longer acceptable.

Pretty disappointed in my favorite pizza place tonight. After a long day at work we decided to order pizza for our family. When the pizza finally arrived our very excited and hungry kids ran to the table to eat and much to our surprise our order was wrong and the pizza was burnt. We called the call center back to to address the problem and although the CSR was very nice we were instructed to call the corporate office during normal business hours to address the issues. The kids decided to "dig in" but complained the entire time about how burnt the pizza was. My girlfriend and I decided to wait on our actual pizza to get here and are currently still waiting...........50 minutes later. We were told we could pick the pizza up to speed the process up........really?!?!?! After spending $56 dollars on burnt pizza and reading many similar reviews I'm extremely discouraged of the path this once beloved pizza chain is heading down from a customer service stand point.
