Well... I and my family are normally big fans of Cassano's - but just wanted to add a small but big suggestion - my deluxe pizza that we got this past weekend was very very salty and we noticed that it had big flakes of SALT on the bottom of the crust - and I remember well that this was NEVER salt but was normally like a corn meal texture- For future reference DO NOT PUT SALT AS A BASE ON PIZZA CRUST- not good- not good - I didn't even want to get seconds on my share of leftovers

This pizza is perfect. If you like thin crust, teeny tiny pieces. The toppings were perfect this evening. My only complaint is their ordering system. They need to get an app, or streamline the ordering. Especially being able to pay by card over the phone. The pizza is great! Servers are great!

I've been here a couple of times both eating in the dining room and taking away pizza to my aunt and uncle's home.They've been consistently good and friendly. The pizza is always hot. If you have two coupons and two pizzas and two people, they don't have a problem with it. I've yet to see the dining room dirty, though I've yet to see it filled.Is it a difficult location or do people just not eat inside the store? They seem to have quite a bit of carry out business. Maybe, the wine business next door turns off some customers. Still, the food is good.

Today I avoided the rotten salads from past visits. I created my own pizza; beef, onion, cheese and black olives. OMG. It was sooooo good. I WISH they would back off the salt under the crust but the person who made my pizza did a great job. I picked it up so it being hot really helped this review. 9/20/18

So you charged me 0.50 EXTRA for a ranch and then sent it without ranch.. This is why I wanted the best driver you have (ERIC ) but when I tried to request him you said that wasn't possible. That's SUPER annoying because if Eric would have delivered it my order would have been perfect. I also tipped very well to ensure my order would have been brought out correctly. Is it really that hard to remember/ grab a ranch cup?

I ordered a sub without olive, without italian dressing, and with may. the sub came with nothing except olives and cheese. and I mean NOTHING else. We also got a pizza which was cold. the said they would credit us for both and redeliver the sub. an hour and a half later I got the sub and it was STILL incorrect. I called back and said I only had a $6 credit. they refused to credit me for the sub and would only give partial credit for the cold pizza. I live in California so a credit is useless to me so I asked for a refund for the entire meal. They said I could go take the sub into the store and get a refund but it is STORMING out. Seriously? they screw up 3 times and will not give me a refund??? worst meal ever. DO NOT eat here! I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card.

I had stopped ordering for a long time because the order was wrong every time. To the point we just couldn't eat it. I took it back the last time and the manager says "I'm sorry, but we just can't meet your expectations so please don't order again." So a year or so later Here we are and I was craving it so badly so I decided to try again. I figured there was no way the same manager would be there. The pizza was perfect! It was so good we ordered it again a day or two later and it was amazing as well. Triple cheese lightly baked shouldn't be be a show stopper... but they finally figured it out!

After speaking with the call center about my terrible, I was told that I had 24 hours to return it to the store with the receipt so long as I had 75% of the pizza. Today when I tried to return the pizza within the 24-hour window policy and with 95% of the pizza (the other 5% I spit back out) the lady who I'm assuming was the manager refused to give me my money back. I loosely say lady she claimed that it happened on somebody else's shift yesterday and would not under any circumstances return my. While talking to the call center again this person demanded I leave her. I politely told her excuse me but I'm talking to somebody. She called the police on me. Yes called the police on me over her not returning my money according to their corporate. After speaking with somebody to call center I was transferred to someone else. That individual told me that he would contact the district manager who would immediately contact the store and it would be in his hands. While I was speaking to the police, the officer got my side of the story. He then went into the store and got her side of the story. And of course the stories didn't line up. He then went back into the store and what do you know came out with my money. All that worry and hassle from this so-called lady was it really worth it absolutely freaking not. I will NEVER EVER GO TO ANOTHER CASSANO'S IN MY LIFE. I ALSO WORN ANYBODY ELSE, DEALING WITH THESE KIND OF PEOPLE AND THESE KIND OF BUSINESSES, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE
