Cassano's Pizza King

We usually get the cassinos on verity in Middletown, but we are tanning at the nearby location (simply brown), so gave this a try. Service was exceptional. Pizza was well done as we asked and the soda was REALLY cold. So we were very pleased. The girl who waited on us was very attentive and friendly.

Ordered a Calzone + pizza sub. Sub was smashed and cold. Calzone was burnt. I called for them to remake the Calzone but didn't mention the sandwich. They take the old Calzone and give me another... Which is almost as burnt as the first. After taking a bite of the 2nd one.. enjoying the yummy singe of burnt bread.. I lost my appetite and called to see what could be done about a refund. Of course.. their policy is that I am the one to blame for the trouble and if I want a refund.. I have to bring the burnt calzone to them. The whole reason I order out is because I can't get out at that moment or dont want to.Ridiculous. Very snobby company. Over priced and cocky. I've been ordering out alot lately and half the time I end up disappointed and wondering why I just gave someone $20+ for junk. This is the last straw lol~ I'm making homemade pizza from now on. Why do we let these ppl rip us off? Done!!

Received the wrong pizza and it was greasy and cold. When I notified the restaurant I was told I could get a discount the next time I ordered, no thanks I will stick with A&G from now on

The pizzas are always declines, and it's ready when you're told it will be. Sometimes we have it delivered and sometimes pick it up, and we have never had a problem either way. Excellent!

Came into town for one night. Had food delivered. Has to be the best salad and steak sandwich I've ever had.

Tried to order 2 pizzas on Valentine's Day. Ordered them was told it would be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 for delivery. Understandable with the holiday and it being cassanos always slower in Carlisle. Well 2 hours later no pizza, call the call center and they say the order was canceled because it was never picked up! We never pick up always delivery. My fiance said okay and hung up. I called back to see what they could do since I was looking forward to the pizza. I get told they will take 50% off my order BUT it will be another hour for delivery. No that's unacceptable. Wait 3 hours for a cassanos pizza is insane. This place has more disappoints more often than it's good. I'll start taking my business to the Carlisle Gas Mart and order their pizza. Owner there seems to really appreciate the business.

I was on hold for so long I ended up giving up and calling dominos. Great job Cassano's!

This place is a mess - both literally and figuratively. Lunch orders... never done on time - sometimes severely late. Employees slamming things down... throwing utensils - cursing and swearing... just pissed off at the world. Food, below par...

Delivered on time and very friendly. Website a little hard to figure out. Pizza was good, a little bit to salty. Wings were great.

It's unfortunate that we will no longer be ordering from Cassanos in Carlisle. We really like their food, but their customer service isn't worth what you pay for the food. Our last order they brought us the wrong sandwich. This time our pizza was all smashed one side of the box and stuck to the lid with delivery. When you call them they say to save it and they will take it back and bring you another one but by that time you waited two hours for dinner. Not worth it.
