The pizza was fresh! It didn't take long for the order. We asked for the big cheese and definitely got that. I enjoyed every piece and it stayed fresh during the ride home.

Delicious! Probably one of the better pizzas in the area. We are huge pizza eaters and are pretty picky. Cassano's is always a favorite and this location did not fail us on a spur of the moment decision to eat pizza. . The staff was friendly and the service was fast. We will be back.

Is a zero star a thing! The WORST customer service I've ever received. Don't waste your time or money. If you have to call, it takes 15 minutes to get anyone to answer!

Unfortunately my multiple calls and request to make this experience right has failed to receive the proper attention from the administrative office of Cassanos... I traveled back to Dayton and tried this new location on Woodman Dr... the call center was great... the store location was not... pizza was not ready.... not even started.... the staff was short and rude... I was asked to move from behind the imaginary register countertop line as I was taking a picture of a Mike Peters cartoon....show Vic Jr. up in Heaven.... I use to do business with Vic Sr and Vic Jr... along with Sharon.... when my pizza was finished I left... another 25 minutes after the original 20 minutes I waited before I picked up....I drove the pizza to my aunts house...opened the box and the pizza was wrong...As I was leaving my aunts house I called back to he call center... this time I want meet with the same level of good that I had previously experienced just an hour and a half earlier... I explained my pizza was wrong... I was instructed to bring it back to the store to receive a 75% credit.... not be able to do this.... I explained I was now late for another Dayton area appointment and was now running very late.... the lady finally agreed to apply a credit to my account using my phone number... however the credit would ONLY be at 75% of the price I paid for it.....I am first saddened to believe this is what has now become the way my favorite Dayton pizza company has now chosen to treat me...Thinking is just let it go... on Sunday as I was leaving Dayton to head back home... I decide to stop by and use my credit (again ONLY 75%) just get a pepperoni pizza to take home to my wife.... only problem my credit attached to my number was not recognized by the call center.... this call center person was worse than the second lady I spoke to.... again, the First Lady at the call center was great second lady not so good.... last lady horrible...I was told I could get my pizza but would have to pay for it at full price.... I left Dayton... no pizza ... but a really bad taste in my mouth at the whole experience.... except for the First Lady at the call center....After I arrived home I decided to call the administrative office to explain the issue and get either a full refund or a gift card.... fully expecting the family run business that I've known for 30 years to do the right thing.... I called ... got an answering machine... I left a message for someone to reach out to explain my concern.... I received a call from someone the next day... stating he received a message to call me... he never qualified if he actually heard my message or just got a note to call me.... unfortunately for me.... more of the same... he just didn't seem to care... he offers again to place a 75% credit on my account thru my phone number.... I explained ... I don't live in Dayton... but my aunt and dad do... they being in their late 70s would require a gift card as the phone thing just didn't seem to work... my experience of three days earlier proved that didn't work... I was told that there was nothing that he could do for me... I asked him to have one of the family members (owners) call me... after waiting two days still no call... I called back... on the third day... hit the same voicemail.... this time leaving a specific message to have Chip or Chris call or even Sharon... Vic Srs. Grandkids or daughter in law... A week and now a half later.... still no call...but as I started this review I said UNFORTUNATELY....I just wish someone would've just picked up the phone and made it right... the pizza that was wrong was a $20 pizza the pizza I ordered on my way out of town was a $13 pizza...Good luck to the family... hopefully this helps them understand the problems with their current policy....and make it so no other customers need to go thru this...l was thinking of a conversation I had in South Africa on a trip with Sharon and Vic jr... he told me how much he cared about the customer... he said they'd (Cassanos) would strive to be the best a customer service ... getting it right and doing the right thing when they messed up.... I have pictures of the wrong pizza and a copy of the receipt... but no one there asked to see it....

I have never really had a complaint with this location the food is usually pretty good and done on time. The issue I have with this location is the rude staff. Last order we placed was a pick-up, so when I arrived I asked if they could put the small size pizza and cheese bread in a bag for me as I also had to carry 2 drinks while I am pregnant as is it is a challenge. I didn't want to drop anything on my way to my car. Easy enough, right ? WRONG! Some young rude girl in the back started complaining and actually said " well I'm pregnant and I deliver pizzas for a living what does she want me to do!? And kept going on....mind you I can hear everything being said!! Totally rude and unprofessional! They lost my business as I would love to see how they treat someone who is disabled are you going to treat them like crap and belittle them too!? Hire better people! Oh, and I called to complain and I'm sure I was never brought to the stores attention.
