Cassano's Pizza

This location is very close and convenient and we have visited here many times. Dining in and carry out have always been pleasant experiences. Food is always hot and tasty !

This is 100% my favorite spot to get pizza. Their original deluxe add pineapple is always satisfying, huge, and it is not that expensive. It fills up my entire family and we still have leftovers. Their calzones are very big as well they do not go light on the toppings or should I say fillings, unless you ask them to. Their green olives are always fresh and so is there a pineapple. Their sausage is more of a crumbly type and it has a slight spicy seasoning to it that is delicious. Their delivery takes a little bit long it's usually about an hour but honestly I would wait two hours for this pizza it is family-owned and at my families favorite spot to get pizza. They have tons of Mike sells chips there which are my favorite. That food is always hot when it gets to my door!! Highly recommend for people who want a crunchy pizza!!

Was told it would be 20 min for 1 pizza to be made. Took over an hour which meant i had to wait in the store for 30+ min. Had the B team workin today. Would bever eat here again.

Great value. Richard has to be one of the nicest people in Ohio. If I need I quick bite, I come here cuz I am going to leave with a smile on my face.

Outstanding customer service! Our order was incorrect and after hearing of our awful experiences with the Huber Heights store (still waiting on our marinara sauce & response from manager after leaving 2 voicemails!) the manager upgraded our order AND refunded our money! Our past orders have been timely and correct from this store and they will contiune to be our #1!!

Have never had much luck with Cassano's but always seem try them again for something different. Placed an order online, received my confirmation email, and 90 minutes later we still had no pizzas. You cannot call the store, but rather their call center which I did. The guy who answered stated it appeared my order did not go through due to a glitch in the system, even though I did get a confirmation. He offered to retake my order. I would have thought he should have offered me a discount due to their fault, but he did not. I declined and ordered from Jet's. Since Cassano's products are about 20% higher than the other chains, I would expect better service.

I really like the pizza and subs here! A little pricey, but worth it. Thin, salty crust (which I like). Reminds me a tad of Marion's.

Amazing local place! Been getting this pizza since we moved here almost 20 years ago and it's always a treat. Compelled to write this tonight as we have been craving a cheese pizza, so ordered an old favorite; Hand Tossed Extra Cheese...and tonight's was exceptionally good!! Crust was perfect and pizza was cool just right! They are know for their thin crust, and for good reason, but the hand tossed is a real sleeper - give it a shot!

They were very busy and still gave great service and a delicious pizza. I will definitely remain a devoted customer.

This location has serious staffing issues. I called your call center and placed my complete order only to be told at the end there were no drivers at work so she could not send my order through. I even said I can wait a bit, and when the driver gets there they can start my order and bring it to me but was told "no ma'am I can't actually send the order through without a driver". This location is never staffed correctly and no one seems to do anything about it. Open 40 minutes with no driver? This is NOT the first time this has happened.
