Food is good, delivery service is pretty garbage. I ordered a small pizza (if you look on their menu it costs $6.70) and the person I called for delivery said I would need to pay $8.00 for my pizza to be delivered. It NEVER says that for delivery on the online Cassano's menu. Anyways, I decided to let it slide. I thought that shouldn't be too bad as I would just pay the same ten dollars, with $2 for the tip. He then goes on telling me I would also have to order the pizza with a side, such as salad or chicken. He then tries to charge me $10-$12.45 for the pizza plus the sides I never even wanted!! I don't know if this is their way to get more money off of customers, or if this was just the employee, but they really need to get their facts straight on prices, because there is no way I am paying almost twice the price for a $6.70 pizza!

I wish I could give it zero stars. This was a waste of money and the most poorly made chicken Parmesan with the cheapest ingredients I've ever had. The gross spaghetti noodles to the fake tasting sauce, I couldn't even stomach the side garlic bread which was just dreadful. It was the worst pasta I've ever had in my ENTIRE life.

Picked up a pizza while in town for business and was very happy with the the large pep I ordered. Typical mid western cut pizza but much thinner than normal "thin crust" pizza, so at least it's different. It took about 25% longer to make than quoted, which was unfortunate, but the pizza itself was top quality, tasted great and was a great alternative to Marion's pizza.

Stay away! My wife and i had a coupon for two small pizzas for $10. Ordered a small pepperoni and a small deluxe. Their small is everyones personal. Its a snack if youre hungry. The pepperoni was dry as a brick. Wasnt overcooked, just bone dry. Almost zero sauce. Pepperoni was so thin you could see through it. Just tasted like crust with a hint of grease The flavor of the deluxe was decent. But once again almost zero sauce. The onions and peppers and mushroom at least made it so it wasnt so dry. Sad part was, as we were eating it, we saw on tv that we could have gotten a large specialty at Papa Johns right down the road for a buck more.

After my five star review a couple of months ago I had to add yet another one. I love going in and picking up the order cause you get to meet the staff. Met the manager Riley today and she was very professional, great customer service as usual and delightful. Thanks for the pizza's Riley. Everyone enjoyed our deluxe and the cheese pizza just in time for the Packers and Rams game to begin. It was a pleasure meeting you. Keep up the good work!!!

My order was wrong. My delivery driver was the most pathetic thing I'd ever seen. No thank you, have a good day, etc.

Why does it take 2 hours to have a pizza delivered on a Friday afternoon?? And when it finally gets here, it's cold and not at all worth the $23!!! Big mistake trying a new place. I will stick with cheap old Domino's or Pizza Hut who deliver way faster and half the price. Absolutely not worth the money or the wait.

A few months back we had family visiting from out of town. We settled on a late dinner. Cassanos was suggested because it's a local treat they had never had. We called up and ordered a pizza. After about 90 minutes, we had no pizza. We called back and they simply told us they couldn't find the house. No phone call, no apology, no pizza, no dinner!Sunday, we decided to give them another chance. We dialed up and ordered a pizza, this time being told we couldn't have it because our street is not in their database. Keep in mind the following things:1. We live in the same place we lived the last time they accepted our order and never showed.2. We live 2.9 miles from the store.3. Our street has existed for 5+ years.4. Every major mapping website contains our street. The call center operator simply repeated that there was nothing she could do because we were not in their database. We were not allowed to talk directly to the store to give them directions. We were not offered a callback to help us to remedy the problem. The operator refused to look at any map website to see how close we were to the store. She stuck to the company line: "There is nothing I can do for you since you are not in our database" and added "If you don't like it, you can call the district manager to complain!" Sunday night, I left a message for the District Manager explaining the situation and advising that I'd like to speak to her about it. No return call was received on Monday. Monday night, I left a second message. On Wednesday, I finally was able to speak to her in person. She seemed to believe that she should be my hero because (after all of this trouble), she added my address to the database. I am now allowed to order a pizza. She showed no concern for the first visit where several of us were left without food. No apology was offered for the issue Sunday night. When I questioned why I had to call and jump through hoops to be allowed to order pizza instead of them offering to call me, she replied that the call center is not her department. Why is it a priveledge to be allowed to order pizza? "There is nothing else I can do!" When I questioned why the call center couldn't just simply look it up on mapquest, I was told that the employees cannot have internet access because they would not get any work done. She reiterated "I've added you to the database, there is nothing else I can do!"I was told that it is the customer's responsibility to call the district manager during business hours to get added to the database because the district manager is the only person who can do it.Friday, I had the chance to talk to the District Manager's boss. I tell her the story above. She approached it with the same non-caring attitude. It's the customer's repsonsibilty to get themselves added to their database. She felts district manager had done everything she could do. She granted me the priveledge of being able to call and order pizza now. I should be happy. The fact that we were stood up the first time and refused the order the second time was not her concern. She decided that must be the responsibility of the Call Center Manager and transferred me.The Call Center Manager's take on the whole thing boiled down to three points:1) It isn't their problem that I wasn't in the database.2) The night we were stood up couldn't have really been a big deal for anyone. Otherwise, I wouldn't have tried to order a pizza again this past Sunday.3) Their computer shows that I had only ordered 4 pizzas recently, so I didn't qualify as a high-volume customer. Therefore, they did everything they could do!One final thought. On Sunday night, after Cassano's wouldn't bring us a pizza, I called Domino's. Domino's had never delivered to this address before. They gladly accepted the order, and 22 minutes later, there was a hot, fresh, delicious pizza at the door. It was not necessary to first call upper level management at Domino's in order to be allowed to eat!Thank you, Domino's.

Ordered pizza tonight.. Yes today. Ordered at 7:27pm and was advised that it will be 50 minutes. No problem, right? WRONG!!! When the time reached 8:37 pm we decided to call and was told they would take 25% off the bill. When 10 more minutes rolled around we decided to forget it, 50 minutes tired into 80 minutes with still NO PIZZA! And this is not the first time this has happened, the people running the huber heights location apparently don't know how to run a decent business! It is ridiculous, when I order food to feed my family and 10 year old son and the food never arrives and we wait so long!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
