Went to go eat inside today on a Saturday. Our waitress was very respectful. Took our order and got our drinks out fast. Me and pops ordered 2 pozoles and proceeded to wait. We started noticing a lot of people come in and get their food served fast.Stayed there waiting for 30 minutes all while we kept overhearing our waitress ask the cook 4 times when will our order be out. On the fourth time the cook got bothered by her and my dad noticed. He had to step in and ask the cook what's going on with our order. Cook responded with a messed up attitude saying they were heating up the pozole! Since they say they only serve it on the weekends we would think the pozole would be already ready to serve but I guess they reheat it? We just got up and paid for our drinks. Thanked our waitress for trying to get out the order, but the cooks got an attitude they need to change. If you ever go just look at how the cooks stare the customers down. Makes you feel uncomfortable to even ask for something else.

Very satisfied with my visit here. Would definitely consider it a hidden gem that other locals need to hit up.Stopped in on a busy Saturday evening with some friends. We were quickly sat, and greeted promptly by the waitress. The place overall was pretty small, so I would expect it to fill up quickly. On the weekends, they offer quesabirria tacos, which is what I had, along with a side of rice and chips and queso. The tacos were packed full of meat and cheese, and the juice that came with it was flavorful. The queso wasn't the best, but also not the worst- just average. The rice had good flavor.Overall, if I'm in the mood for authentic Mexican food, this is definitely the place I'll be hitting up.

Great, authentic Mexican food!Came in the visit with some friends that had been in before and said they loved it, and this place lived up to the hype. The waitresses were welcoming and promptly seated us. They were attentive throughout the meal as well. I settled on 3 tacos de asada, and split a chips and queso with my husband. The food came out fairly quickly. The tacos were delicious and packed full of meat! The queso was a little runny, but had a great flavor to it. Overall, I will definitely be back. This place is a hidden gem!

Amazing food! Ok, just skip the corporate owned Mexican restaurants and give this place a try. You will have to come early to get some tamales, we missed out. We came for a later lunch on a Saturday and this place was still busy. The table service was prompt and attentive and she allowed us to have a rolling order to sample a variety of foods. The food is amazing! Everything tastes fresh and we sampled some unique menu items that I don't usually see on other menus. Try the Gorditas and, if you are here on Saturday, the Birra tacos...Amazing! The other tacos are also worth a try.

Just went here today after I saw some pictures and reviews online I decided to give it a try. I got the Pozole and it was pretty good and spicy hit the spot on this cold day. I also got Carne asada and chicken tacos they were also good. They also have champurado which I'm drinking right now as I'm writing this haha it's soo good. I am definitely going back to try more of their food. They have menudo which u can get large portions for a family meal. They also have carnitas and chicharones they sell by weight. I didn't realize they had tamales too if not i would of tried some. Parking is pretty small but u can park on the side street. Restaurant is small right on the corner. It was pretty busy when I went there and a lot of take out orders. I believe they also do door dash.

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place. Went there not knowing what to expect and boy were we pleased with what we got. It will help to know a bit of Spanish but even though I did not, we made out just fine. The service is was wonderful and very accommodating.We split a burrito that was HUGE and stuffed with chorizo and a quesadilla filled with carnitas. Both of these items were served fresh, flavorful and steaming hot. The salsa on the table, both a red and a green, were fresh and complimented the food perfectly. The burrito did not come with any sides but the quesadilla came with both rice and beans. Both of those items were well flavored and large enough portions to share.The meal was reasonably priced. They had a steady stream of customers coming in and several Door Dash pick ups while we ate our food. This is a nice, unassuming place with good food. Can't ask for more than that.

Love this place ! Enchiladas verdes are my favorite Ask for grill chicken instead of shredded you won't regret, I also get corn tortillas, tacos are very good too

This place is very delicious and the service is great the waitresses are very nice and polite. It only takes about 5-10 to get your food. Definitely recommend. Place is very clean and tidy.

I do most of my reviews on Google but this place warrants me taking the time to share my thoughts. I agree with others, this restaurant is definitely a "hidden gem in our city!" My first visit was very nice my second visit was EXCELLENT! My quesadilla was so tasty! On my 3rd visit, yes I am becoming addicted, I had the carnitas plate. Oh boy was it good. And I got it to go. Perfect blend of meat and fat. They give you salsa but you don't need it because the food is flavorful without it. The customer service is great. They answer questions. They're multi-lingual. They are kind. I have been recommending this restaurant since my first visit and will continue to do so to anyone who likes Mexican food. (Mexico City way!)
