Cappy's Craft Wine and Spirits

It's been a minute I've been here but amazing beer selection & right in the heart of downtown loveland. Right on the bike trail & all kinds of different restaurants to choose from. They do have a food truck but unfortunately they're not open yet.

Very friendly service and great draught beer selection. It's right off the bike trail, so we occasionally go for a run with a group of friends and then come hang out on the patio for drinks. The patio is nice, has tvs, and is covered and heated in the winter.

I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile now. My Mr. and I decided to drop before Record Sale Day at Plaid Room Records. Such a laid back joint! There is a huge patio area (shading) with plenty of seating (they have heated lamps/fans pending on weather). There is also a BBQ Food Truck if you get hungry. So much to choose from at Cappy's!!! They have such a wide range selection of craft beers. You can drop by and buy some beer/wine, or stay and enjoy beers on tap! Very impressed. We tried Record Store Day beer Soul Slab, a collab made by Jackie O's and Colemine Records, Dragon's Milk Stout and the Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS). What a great experience and will definitely return again!

So many choices, so little time! Cappy's has an immense selection of beer, wine, and spirits and all at great prices. Though the thing they do best is definitely beer. I'd consider Cappy's a true craft beer destination in the greater Cincinnati area, and located in a very scenic area in Loveland.But they don't just sell bottles. They also have 40 taps serving craft beer goodness in 4oz samples, pints, howlers, and growlers. Have a brew, sit on the patio, and enjoy. They also have a plethora of regular beer-based events. On Tuesdays, enjoy all-you-can-eat mac & cheese and tacos along with some tasty Terrapin brews. And that's just one of the events they hold. Where do I begin about my love affair with Cappy?? From the first time I walked into each recent visit I have felt more and more at home, they're always happy to see you and you feel like you never really left the last time. The staff is beyond belief in how knowledgeable they are about everything that they sell from the beers on tap to what is in the cooler. if you ask them for their opinion they give you an honest review they're not worried about brand loyalty or sticking to just one if they like something they tell you if they don't then tell you why. They also encourage you to try new things with a free sample plus if you ever just want them to recommend something based on what you're going to be eating or somebody's taste palette you can just be honest with them and they will help guide you not only with their beer selection but also with her vast wine and spirits. This truly is a can't miss spot if you're ever in Loveland Ohio. You should make it a purposeful trip next time you find yourself in the Cincinnati area.

We usually go to the Norwood Cappy's but decided to take a field trip to see the original. We were there during the pandemic, so things were a bit different than normal, but still pretty cool place to grab a pint. It was also raining, but we were able to snag a socially distant table on the covered patio. With forty taps of draft beer there's something for almost anyone. We'll for sure stop back next time we're in the area.

Best local liquor store- well stocked, large variety, lowest prices. Patio on the river; closed with plastic in the winter but strong heaters (and strong beers) to keep you warm. Amazing draft beer selection, linked with Untapped app to give you top-notch info and reviews on every brew. Clean bathrooms and kind staff. There is also a solid food truck here tonight- The Chili Hut. Yummy and inexpensive.

This place is set up like a brewery with the outdoor patio and (at least the evening we went) a food truck. Nice patio just far enough from the nearby busy intersection, pleasant patrons, excellent draft beer selection, and friendly easygoing staff equate to a place I would seek out again.

Ben C is a genius. This is where the real beer geeks go to hang. A lot of people stopped coming here because so many people come here. Selection out the wazoo!!! You could have a different beer every day for years.

This is probably one of the most disgusting liquor stores I've been in since college. And that was a long time ago! The staff has amazing bad body odor, coupled with cigarette smoke. It is not an enjoyable experience. The wine selection is almost nonexistent. Especially cold wine.People like this place because of the craft beer. You can find craft beer in so many other better places, try casual pint around the corner.
