If you would like some wonderful home cooked Mexican food get yourself here and come hungry. We had several items off the menu and they were all very good and I must say they've got the best guacamole in town!!!

A wonderful addition to the Portsmouth area. The most traditional Mexican food. The service was very good, and everything was clean.There were three of us, one had fish tacos. My daughter had lengua and chorizo tacos. I had the carnitas with corn tortillas and a side of grilled jalapeños. The salsas were home made and absolutely great. We were happy with everything we ordered. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Portsmouth.

This place is amazing!!! Hands down the best most authentic Mexican food around. Their sauces are home made and delicious. You'll end up eating half a bottle of the green sauce.

Really enjoyed the food here. Great variety and good quality. Will definitely be back. Love café at the Mexican restaurants, good and strong. The extras on the chips and salsa was very enjoyable :)

I had a fantastic meal with my boyfriend at the Cantina. The soft tacos were to die for--all fresh ingredients with several little bowls of things like black beans, in-house salsa, guacamole, and more. It was such a treat. Because we visited on a Tuesday, the tacos were on sale and the entire meal was a bargain. The service was also great. In all: great food, great experience. I hope to visit again soon.
