Came here to rent white folding chairs and white folding table for the Dinner en blanc party in Cincinnati, OH. The service was great and they had everything we needed and on time. However, the overall quality of the chairs and tables were in rough shape. Even before I used them I had to give them a good scrubbing to clean off the dirt. I would recommend having them clean the items before lending them out in the future.

Unprofessional. Poor communication. Lack of follow through. Refused to honor the agreement 3 days before the event because they had failed to request payment for the event. We had at least 5 separate interactions with people from the company over a 5 month, including 3 in person visits to our home, including one that occurred just 8 weeks prior to the events. At no point in time, did they request any form of payment to confirm and then stated we were the ones in error. Never use them for your personal or professional needs

Customer service is not to my expectations .. they ordered wrong number of items . Poor communication.. unprofessional .. not service oriented at all .. was disappointed with the plate choice 2 days before Christmas and the customer service rep said "I could have looked on the website at the options.. this was on me , not on them" wouldn't fix it without additional payment .. think before using this company ..

I was concerned after seeing the ratings on Yelp but I called this business on a Friday and they could not have been more helpful. They even squeezed in a same day delivery. Each and every employee with whom I talked was polite and helpful. They called before delivery and pick up in a timely way too. The couple poor ratings are from years ago and my experience was excellent. Thank you!

We used this company for a nonprofit event and had a horrible experience. We were told by the company that it would take 2 and a half hours to set up the tent. It ended up taking over 7 hours and they still had to come back two more times to fix the tent since it was not set up correctly. They also did not deliver all of the tables which we paid for. On the day that the tent was supposed to be picked up, a date agreed upon in the rental agreement contract, the company contacted us late in the evening saying they were overbooked and could no longer pick up the tent on the date agreed upon.

We have had the worst time with this company. They were supposed to show up to deliver the tent at 11 am. Then they called at 3:05 and said they would be there at 3:15. They never came. No tent for our wedding. Horrible. Don't use them.
