"This place is deceiving it looks small when you walk but the place is huge-there are great large picnic styles tables in the way back of this place -so cool. Pizza was great dough was a fresh and so were the ingredients my husband I had the steak and mushroom pizza and the Sriracha shrimp pie both were great-the house salad was huge and a small salad is all you need! Service was good and they stay busy! It is worth the wait bc during game days they are packed!!! I highly recommend!!"

"Well this place has been in the neighborhood forever. I don't know how many owners it's had but you can tell it's a staple because it is completely full during lunch and dinner on most days of the week. Just moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and even though I feel the menu here is pretty limited, it's just always busy. And good for them! Ambience is very classic and lots of wood. Service seems to be good for the past few times I've been here. I had the zips burger which I thought was pretty good and my friend had the train wreck which he really liked. Everything else is sort of extra and there's not much else on the menu besides burgers and fries. But if that's what you want, it's going to be here! Maya was our server and she did a great job of taking care of us."
"sunday brunch!!! the name says it all, it's a cozy little cottage though it has elevated food. great service. i should have taken a picture of the drink menu. they take pride in coming up with original cocktails. i like to try biscuits and gravy everywhere i go and these were delicious! i liked them even better than the chicken and waffles! wow!"
"This is a nice local family restaurant and brewery located on the outskirts of downtown Columbus. Please do not ask me to pronounce the name though. They have their own private parking lot in the back and free street parking available in the front. There is also a decent sized dining area with televisions on the walls and a nice patio out to the side of the restaurant. You will find a tasting room to the right as you come in the front door, with booths and a bar. They periodically host tastings and special events here. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. They periodically checked in on us while we were there and one even came to our table and told the kids a dad joke. They do not have table service here so if you plan on dining in like I did then you have to place your order at the counter and they will bring your food out to you when it is ready. I ordered a lasagna pizza and some breadsticks for the littles. I also got one of their craft sodas and I am glad that I did. It was so good. I will say that this place is a bit on the higher end, but you pay for quality. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for me to get my food and it was delicious. I was expecting the pizza to taste more like lasagna, maybe with some ricotta, but it was still good. The breadsticks were fresh and perfect. This is a nice place to eat some "Za" , they also have salads, calzones, and hoagies. They also have a nice selection of craft beer and wine. A 4.5 rating would be more appropriate, but since that is not an option, I decided to go with a 5 because that it what I feel this restaurant is closer to. I highly recommend checking this place out. It is a good family restaurant with some very tasty food."
"A step into Cincy history always a good time. Service and food very good. Crowded sometimes but in a fun way."
"Hands-down, the best pizza in the Greenwood area! This photo says it all! My grandson was so excited when this huge pizza was brought to the table. Service is always fast and friendly, the pizza is amazing, made in a wood burning stove in the front!"
"Tried Lock 27 tonight. YUM I coerced R to try the fried cauliflower...and he liked it! He wanted more I had the Beet Salad with the most amazing garlicky Parmesan dressing I've ever had in my life. We definitely recommend!"
"We went to the Pub for lunch, and it was awesome! The Smoked Old Fashioned was on point, with the perfect amount of smokiness and sweetness. And the tequila cranberry Mule was super refreshing, with a nice kick from the tequila and ginger beerThe fish and chips were amazing. The batter was crispy on the outside, and the fish was flaky on the inside. It came with fries and tartar sauce, which were both greatMy wife had the cranberry pecan salad with a fish slider, and she loved it. The salad was refreshing and flavorful, with a nice crunch from the cranberries and pecans. And the fish slider was the perfect additionOverall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere was cozy. I'd definitely recommend it for a casual and enjoyable lunch!"
"Bar Bites & Bourbon: A Go-To Spot That Never DisappointsLooking for a laid-back spot with great food, generous portions, and friendly service? This bar delivers on all fronts. With a menu packed with variety, the chicken tenders and fries are a solid choice--crispy, flavorful, and consistently well-prepared. Drinks? Tall beers and smooth bourbons make for a satisfying pairing. At $64.86 for the meal, the value is undeniable. The staff? Engaging, attentive, and always making patrons feel welcome. While the atmosphere is your standard bar scene, the overall experience keeps regulars coming back. Whether you're in for a quick bite or exploring the extensive menu, this spot remains a reliable favorite."
"Our server/bartender was great. Everyone's food was good but mine was not great. I ordered the loaded tater tots as an appetizer they came out with the meal and they were not hot. My entree was the French Dip. The meat and onions were cooked perfectly and the au jus was good. My only problem was the bread was just a smooshed hoagie bun. A sandwich like that needs to be served on a nice French Bread or Italian roll. The Hoagie bun was soggy and smashed."
"This place has THE best burgers, hand down. Tonight was a Tall Stack kinda night. This is a "put on your condiments, smash down and go to town" kind of burger.Be warned, you better have an appetite because this is no joke. 2 five ounce burgers, cheese, bacon and whatever else you ask for...oh yeah and a mess of fries to go with it. So, snout up and dig in!I finished it, desserts to go and a waddle to the car. I always have a great meal here...and you should too."

A long way from home for a work conference, Ralston's has changed the way I see Indy. Welcoming, delicious wings, and my favorite tequila (Lalo)...I couldn't have felt more comfortable. My waitress, Marin was amazing; just attentive enough. And the man that greeted me at the door was so friendly and welcoming. I'd certainly come back if ever I were in town again.

We had a great lunch at Zip's today. It's small but there was plenty of seating and the historic building is super cool. Our kids loved watching the train go around the top of the restaurant. The burgers were excellent. The mac and cheese is classic diner style and our toddler devoured it. The onion rings were giant and some of the best I've ever had. The chicken tenders were great. The fries weren't the best I've had but they were fine. Overall, I can't believe this was my first trip and I'll definitely go back. The staff was incredibly nice and quick with refills, etc. This is a must visit in Cincinnati.

Sometimes I feel like I'm walking into a hallmark movie when I stop into Cozy's. And even though the space is quite large, it's still feels cozy. I met a friend for brunch. I got the eggs Benedict and shared a cinnamon roll that was tasty. I'll be heading back again soon to try out their lunch menu.

We went to Arnold's on a Saturday afternoon for Cincy Burger Week. We were seated in the beautiful courtyard area, which I love. The fans kept things cool enough on a hot sunny day. Our server, Becca, was very attentive and even made it a point to check if we liked our beers before the food came. I had the burger special and added fries. Everything was delicious and clearly homemade. I also had a Guinness which was perfectly poured. Arnold's just recently started serving lunch again and as a downtown employee I'll be sure to take advantage of their reasonable prices, homemade food and historic ambiance. I also appreciate the number of vegetarian options for those seeking options. Highly recommend!!

Upon arrival notice the sign on the inside door that says "Please Seat Yourself." I elected to sit at the empty eight seat full bar in the back. There is also outdoor seating available. They do have what looks like a very nice pizza oven available just inside the main door. And there are plenty of screens tuned into a variety of sports with one of the largest screens right above the server's station between the pizza oven and entrance to the restrooms. The bar sign advertises they have Local Craft Drafts on hand.I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak minus the mushrooms which comes with a cup of Au Jus on the side. I also ordered the Potato Salad as my side. Both were exactly as I wished for and expected. The sandwich was hot with plenty of well cooked steak meat and plenty of melted cheese on a fresh bread bun. The potato salad was equally excellent. It was just like your grandmother's recipe. The service was excellent, prompt attention throughout the meal plus quick delivery of the food. This places seems to be very popular. But there were a few tables available at the height of the lunch hour.

Love stopping in here! The girls and I stopped in for dinner. Love to see the place busy snd people enjoying this great place. We started with pretzel bites and graduated to wings (a personal favorite), fish and chips (one of Zoey's favorites) and brewers Mac and cheese (a family fave, but a great meal for Shidela this time). I got one of my very favorite brews, Always Sunny in Dayton. Always fresh and bright! Loved yet another great meal and experience!

"I visited a little while ago with my friend and we had the hugest piece of fish ever. It was so decadent I love a good piece of fish."
"If you're a French fry lover.... order nothing else to eat, and get a basket of fries. The texture of their fries are amazingly crispy while not being anywhere near overcooked. Excellent fries. Coldest bottled beer in town!"
"Went to the Checkered Flag Tavern for lunch and Bloody Mary's. There was a dart tournament going on. The build your own Bloody Mary's were good. All different kinds of mixes mild to super spicy. Different olives, peppers, meats, cheeses, vegetables to put in your drink. They smoke their own meat and the Chicken wings are very good. We also like their loaded tots they're huge. Just a neighborhood bar with great service."
"What a freakin gem of a find!My friend that lives on this side of town and I were trying to find a place to eat that was chill enough for us to dinner at after work. She mentioned she had a few good things from some colleagues about TotB, so off we went! The tavern is located in an unassuming strip mall at a - shocker - bend in the road. The parking is plentiful but awkward; the spaces are small if you drive a larger vehicle. The inside of the restaurant has the feel of a neighborhood sports bar. I thought I was in for some frozen wings and Bud Lite, but man was I wrong!First thing I noticed was that they have an excellent tap selection. The first time I was here, I had a pumpkin beer (yes, I'm a little behind on reviewing!), and the kind server had the brilliant idea of giving it a honey brown sugar top. GAMECHANGER! It wasn't heavy enough that it gave dessert vibes so it was easy to drink a couple of them.Their menu is heavy on the midwestern, specifically Cincinnati-special, cuisine. They have hanky pankys, y'all!! In true Ohio fashion, I asked my friend from San Diego how she likes her hanky pankys. She responded with concern for my out of place sexual innuendo, to which I had to explain that hanky pankys are an iconic, PG-rated appetizer. Tavern does them the right way on pumpernickel rye. I unfortunately had to share my order, but I'd down a whole plate by myself, easy. TotB is known for their Mac and cheese. As your resident Goetta aficionado, of course I had to order their Goetta Mac. My friend steered toward the lobster Mac. I was surprised that my friends pasta had more lobster than mine did Goetta. I also thought the noodles themselves could have had more cheese sauce. Nonetheless, it was still tasty and I finished what I could before becoming full.Unfortunately, I do not have the privilege of living close enough to this establishment to visit more frequently, nor do I have the funds to move closer. No sir, not in this economy! I will have to settle for driving across town for my hanky Panky fix - pun intended ;)"
"Everything here was good. Came with a group of about 10 folks. The service was excellent, good beer menu and the food came out reasonably quick. Only issue I'd give feedback on is the bread with the fried fish sandwich was way too dense or thick."
"The food is very good-love the cauliflower crust pizza. Great selection of beers and drinks. Great place to meet up with friends."
"Walked into this bar for a few after a couple other bars. The behind bar shelf is beautiful. It was elaborately carved and just cool. We sat at the bar and had a few drinks. The bartenders were adequate. They were not crazy busy. Ordered an Irish Green Tea which was okay. Watched him make it. Didn't put any sweet/sour mix in it, so it was lacking. I got it as a drink instead of a shot, so I had time to taste it. Other than that, we just shared a dessert. Something chocolate, don't even remember what it was, but it was fine. Not too memorable.Watched numerous employees get off work here and begin drinking. We also watched the bartenders do shot after shot. While we were there maybe 1 - 1.5 hours. We saw both bartenders do at least six shots. One was doing Vegas bombs and the other was doing vodka shots with OJ chasers. At least I think it was vodka. I couldn't see the bottle. At one point, a few servers got off shift and walked up to the side of the bar. One of them did a shot, but not just a shot. It was an entire rocks glass filled with Jameson. It was impressive. This bar was okay. No idea how the food was. Staff was fine but not overly friendly. The entertainment was watching the staff drink. I guess I don't hang out in college bars in Indiana enough to make it seem normal."
"I am a big fan of spicy black bean soup and they have it on their regular menu. Yay! Cute kitchy decor. Great bar food. Service was great. Busy place at lunch time."
"Came there alone after a rough day and wanted to sulk over mid bar food. The hangover burger was good, nice aesthetic, good music & I got my meal paid for by an interesting "regular". 10/10 felt like an extra on an episode of shameless."
"Great place to stop by for dinner after a show at Clowes Hall. It is open late and has a large menu."
"We visited the week between Christmas and NY and it was amazing! You can reserve a table online (not sure if there are exclusions), which we found convenient as there were 6 of us. The food was great! The service was impeccable! The ambiance was so cozy. We will be back!!I had coffee, delicious!! And I am fairly picky about my coffee. The shakshuka was DELICIOUS! I ate every bite, even though I was stuffed. The food my friends ordered looked delicious but I was too focused on mine to recall what they had :)"
"Food is good. Obviously you are not getting a gourmet experience but food is a cut above the average pub food. Shrimp poboy was a surprise. Do not usually see it offered often on pub menus. The sandwich was good with lots of shrimp, but could've used more sauce and I found the sauce a bit bland. Hamburger was definitely 1st class. Big and juicy. Fries were plump with a crispy exterior and creamy interior. Service was great."
"We've died and gone to BBQ Brisket Heaven, I don't think this could be any better! Extremely tender, super succulent, and downright incredible! When I saw they had 5* on Grubhub I'm like that can't be right...oh boy am I over the moon to say how wrong I was!!!!! If you want some Incredible BBQ......RUN! The sides were Great too!"
"We came in for a quick drink while waiting for our reservation elsewhere but couldn't give up the opportunity for some chicken wings. We were impressed on the size, they were crispy, the casablanca dry rub felt like it needed a little more flavor but the wings were still pretty fantastic. The service was very fast! We ordered 2 local beers, a vodka and club soda, and the creole turnaround. We had an issue with the club soda being a little flat and the bartender immediately made a new one with bottled club soda instead of the gun to make sure it wasn't flat. Thanks for also allowing us to order our items 20 minutes before closing!"
"We carried out an early dinner from here and it was just OK. It was about 4:30 and the parking lot was already beginning to fill up with a number of people joining those already at the bar, so it's obvious it's a popular local choice. The menu offers a lot of appetizers, wings, sandwiches and hoagies, burgers, wraps and various main dishes like fried shrimp and pork chops. Some of the main dishes are available in a smaller portion for senior citizens. They also have specials nightly including meatloaf and steak night. I wanted to try their Irish pot roast that now comes with mashed potatoes and gravy (vs the former new potatoes,) carrots and the kind of dinner rolls you buy in a cardboard container stuck together in one block. The menu listed on Yelp shows a second pot roast dish over toast as well. I so wanted to like this dish as pot roast is my favorite. While the meat was very tender just like you make at home, it had an odd sweet taste that seemed to come from the gravy and some other kind of taste I couldn't place. A liberal amount of gravy was served over everything, which I normally would've appreciated. The carrots were well-cooked and tender, but the mashed potatoes tasted like instant to both me and my husband. Not something I would order again and after a few bites I passed it on to my husband. He got the fried fish and fries. He liked that the fish was cut into tender size and said the taste was fine. The fries were just OK, kind of mushy without too much taste.I imagine lots of people come here as a place to hang out at the bar versus having dinner. Maybe other food choices would have been better picks."
"Big fans of this historical building with a continuous lineup of musical talent, largely blues based. Small inside, especially with bands having 5+ members. Great neighborhood spot."
"Updating my review to 4 stars since I heard that Aly no longer works at The Rackhouse. I really like the rest of the staff there and am so grateful for the care they took of our group at the hotel!"
"Nice chill vibes to watch games, eat and drink. My breaded wings slapped; I mixed hot with Parmesan garlic. Ranch and blue cheese were nice as well. I also tried the hot mixed with bbq (which I rarely do bbq), those slapped as well.My dinks were hefty. I'll be back"
"Great venue for up coming bands!!! Great sound in the room. Yes it has a bit narrow quarters but it's just right!! They have an outdoor patio that you can get away to chat a bit with your fellows. They have a plethora of alcohol drinks!! I had their Wild Turkey bourbon straight which is one of my favorites that has a huge kick so ladies be careful unless your tough to handle it!! Enjoying the music tonight!! Stringbreakers and Stuffbreakers band from Brazil They made their first debut in the States at Stanley's Pub!! How awesome.....the manager has a huge heart and was a pleasure to meet all of them!! Gone Solo!!"
"Ok, nothing fancy, and not the greatest "bar food" I've had lately, but fine enough. This place seems strangely "overlooked," and I was surprised it wasn't busier on a Saturday night. There was one table of people dining inside, one couple finishing up outside, and just two more groups showed up while we were there. We chose to sit outside on their front patio, and received quick and attentive service from our waitress, who said it was her first week on the job. Standard bar food, I decided on a meatball sub, which truthfully wasn't that great, but not horrible, while the Mr. seemed to enjoy his chicken tenders and fries. He ate here all the time waaaaaaay back when, when he worked at the plant across the street, but I think he might have been going more on nostalgia than actual today's news...Definitely not a "go out of your way" destination, but if you're in the area, and your first (second, third...) choice are all too long a wait, Dunaway's is not a bad option."
"Amazing service. Amazing people. Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. My mom knows the owner from when she lived here and has many connections to this place. I love to know it's still the same for her."
"I ate there yesterday and I will return! Service was great. One of their signs read something to the effect of "not the place to be if you're in a hurry". . I was actually in a slight hurry since I was trying to get back to another local business before it closed, I didn't let it be known, but service was timely.Soup of the day (Stuffed pepper? - "Nick Clooney's favorite") sounded weird but intriguing. It was delicious. Steak sandwich was probably one of my favorites ever, and I've eaten around the world."
"Had a much needed night out with my daughter and husband. We went and had some tacos from the taco truck which were pretty amazing. The elote was my favorite. The beer was really good. We sampled quite a few and settled on one finally. Sat outside by the wood burning fireplace. All I all a good night."
