"The best cheesecake in the city of Cincinnati. I also always get a seasonal coffee while I'm there. The menu is always so fun and it is such a cute space."
"I've had a lot of cupcakes in my day, and I can say with confidence these are some of the best I've had. The cake has the perfect amount of moisture and the ratio of icing to cake is ideal. Speaking of the icing, no matter the flavor, I found the sweetness level to be great rather than having an overbearing taste of sugar. I love all of the filled cupcakes too, especially the cookie dough and cake batter! They have options that are flourless and vegan too. Even these don't compromise on taste. I had the vegan Cookie Monster and actually thought it was better than the original. It's a great spot for an after dinner treat or dessert date with the cute swings and the old school vibe. The taste and new seasonal flavors will have you continually coming back."
"Ordered a heart shaped cake when picked up it wasn't quite right but they fixed it immediately great service the flavor of choice was red velvet with buttercream icing every one enjoyed it very moist not to thick in the past we've ordered and it was a lil thick Ele is our go to for celebration cakes and this one was one of the Best"
"Let me start by saying I do not like sweets...or cake...or the texture of cake. Let me now say, WOW!!!!!!!!! Didn't know this place existed we kind of stumbled upon it but I am sure glad we did. With all these cupcakeries popping up it's kind of hard to seperate the good ones from the phonies. This place does it right. This is not some mom pumpin out cupcakes for the soccer team. This is a pastry chef that knows what she is doing. We got the buttercream white chocolate and the cherry almond. When I took a bite of the first one I thought wow, this is the best cupcake I have ever eaten. Then I tried the second one., and thought no THIS is the best one I have ever eaten. These cupcakes are not super duper sweet. They have layers of flavor more like food than sweets. You bite into it and immediatly get the buttery savory flavor and then a hint of the icy cool chocolate finish. If all cupcakes tasted like this I would weigh 2,000 pounds. I have been thinking about this damn cupcake for like a week straight. Too bad it's all the way in mariemont. But whenever I make the trip out there this place will be the stop on my list!"
"First time at this bakery. Can't wait to go back. Great looking bakery case. Cream horns and other baked goods we tried were fantastic! I live about 25 miles away and would drive there for just this bakery. The staff were very helpful and so pleasant. Small, quaint atmosphere."

A fun little bakery that I'm glad I got to check out over in Madisonville! To start off, in general, I am typically not the biggest fan of cheesecake. I usually like the crust of the cake more than the actual cheesecake itself. HOWEVER, The Cheesecakery's bite-sized cheesecake cupcakes were perfect for me for this reason; they weren't too big and overwhelmingly rich, but still sweet and really good!It is a little confusing as there are two stores (a cafe and a bakery), but I ended up finding the bakery one just fine. I believe there is only street parking, as that is where I parked myself. Upon entry, the space is small, but very cute. There is a lot of color on the inside, including plenty of information about catering if you are interested. They offer a variety of different cheesecake cupcakes to pick from, including seasonal flavors, as well as cookies, macaroons, and more. Everything is clearly on display, and you can ask questions if you're interested in what any of the flavors specifically taste like. I decided to try the oreo, the reese's, and the buckeye cheesecake. As I mentioned, I do like cheesecake crust, and the oreo crust was amazing. I would've eaten just that if I could've, it was that good. The oreo cheesecake was definitely my favorite overall, but all were excellent. The two people working at the bakery were incredibly kind when I went in. They informed me that The Cheesecakery is actually celebrating its fourth year in business as of this week! They were both very attentive, and I'm glad I got the chance to speak with them. I would recommend checking this place out if you're a fan of cheesecake, or have a sweet tooth in general.

I typically don't even care for cake and this cupcake was AMAZING! I stopped in while walking around Liberty Center and picked up a couple of cupcakes for myself and my husband. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his carrot cake cupcake. I tried the peanut butter cupcake and it was incredible. The actual cake itself was so moist. Then it was covered with a layer of chocolate and peanut butter topping. The crowning jewel that made it over the top delicious was the peanut butter filling. Highly recommend!!

I don't have what you'd call a 'sweet tooth', but -- boy, oh boy -- is The Sweeterie delicious! After eating at Dilly Cafe one afternoon, my sister-in-law mentioned the 'cute place upstairs' but we didn't have time to stop in (I took note of the cute logo and figured it couldn't be half bad). So when her birthday rolled around I thought, 'what better to get her than a treat (or two) from The Sweeterie?' The inside was not as frilly as I'd expected, but it was clean and cute nonetheless. (Frankly, I liked that the decor wasn't invasive, contrived or over the top.) It -- of course -- smelled delicious, but at first glance it didn't seem that there were a ton of choices. Not that it even mattered, because what I did get was more than selection enough.I opted for three cupcakes: Party CupCake, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Double Chocolate Fudge. Before I gave my SIL her cupcakes, I was sure to try the latter (I had to make sure it wasn't poisonous, y'know). I don't even know if I have the words for just how delicious it was. (She didn't find them too shabby, either.)It may seem a bit pricey if you think more than $3 per cupcake is expensive, but when this delicacy costs less than a greeting card these days, how can it not be worth it?

Delectable. We honestly needed a solid bakery in Springfield that sold more than just donuts and wasn't made by a chain store. This place obviously bakes with love because everything was amazing. If you ever want something fun for breakfast, this is the place. Oh and the sourdough was the best I've EVER had (other than my own, of course) it's genuine sourdough, not like the bland stuff you get from Kroger. The sourdough is clearly baked traditionally in a Dutch oven as you get the nice residue from the bottom of the pan (if you know anything about cast iron, it's the best part and flavor of anything made with cast iron) bravo! My family has been here twice and we are excited for many other visits!

Having grown up in the area, I have a fondness for Milford. It's a nice little area to spend an afternoon strolling through the shops, seeing what they offer and talking to the owners/workers, if you want. Then, heading to one of the eateries. I stopped here because I saw a tip on another geolocation app to get the sea salt turtle - so delicious! It is giant ad worth every penny! I ended up buying a little bit of everything because I was going to be seeing my gramma who LOVES chocolates and she enjoyed these! I've sent my parents by to pick up a chocolates for holidays, because this is good stuff! I spent a little time talking with the owner and even got the low-down on the condos being built by the river and other shops in the area. I would love to see this street offer something monthly similar to Final Friday, Oakley after Hours in the warmer months. As for the decor, it is its own style and doesn't seem to affect what they offer.

Abby girl sweets is a Cincinnati cupcake and coffee establishment that I noticed a handful of when on a weekend getaway from Louisville with my family. It kinda caught my oldest daughter attention because her best friend name is Abby and people legit call her "Abby girl". We was checking out the popular tourist/functional jungle jim grocery store when we seen this particular location so we decided we had to stop in. They had a store walk oil stand or you can walk back outside and use a private entrance to dine in. We decided to dine in. Upon walking in its relatively small and cozy. A few tables and a nice fireplace area. They had restrooms that was closed off that said "staff only use jungle Jim's". To me that's kinda garbage. If someone is a paying customer why inconvenience them and make them walk outside and through a grocery store to use a different one. Just bad service on that end if you ask me. Anyways, we all decided we wanted a treat and a drink. I personally got a chocolate cupcake and a specialty drink they called a Abby girl mocha. The cupcake was smallish and was devoured long before i got my drink. It was solid. Nothing spectacular. For a place that looks like they pride themselves on specializing cupcake I expected more. My drink was really good though. So props on that. It was basically a. Hot chocolate with some different spices. Between the rest of my family they got different flavor cupcakes from carrot cake to sugar baby. We all agreed. They was just ok. One of my younger daughters didn't like there's at all but for the most part we all thought it was solid. The drinks were mainly hot chocolates with the exception of my oldest daughter who also got a Abby girl mocha except she got hers frozen where mine was hot. All of us enjoyed our drinks. Service was a tad bit slow and the worker seemed like she rather not be there. Not very kind or warm. Pricing was a tad bit on high side. But not outrageous. You would hope for larger cupcakes but we all know that's not how dessert shops always work. Overall, solid place that I would recommended the speciality drinks over the cupcakes. They could use a refresher on service and hospitality if I'm being completely honest.

When I saw that AmyCakes was selling holiday cookie decorating kits with fresh cookies, I knew I had to come out. Store-bought holiday decorating kits usually have hard, gross cookies and not-good icing. When I saw that AmyCakes was providing a professional alternative at a reasonable price, I sent out an e-mail, put in my reservation for a kit, and stopped in to get one.PROS:-The holiday cookie decorating kit I purchased was *perfect*. I wanted to use decorating tips with my set, so I just squeezed out all of the provided icing bags into my own icing bags. The kit came with everything you'd need for delicious holiday cookie making too. The cookies were super fresh (and soft!), the icing was the perfect consistency for lining and detailing, and it all came in a nifty, easy-to-carry box. There's absolutely no way any store-bought make-your-own kit would have tasted this delicious after we were done. No way. It's likely that AmyCakes just bagged up what they'd use for making their own in-store treats - so professional quality and good stuff.-The employee was super nice. Not only did she provide all the instructions for making sure the cookies stayed good until we decorated them, but she was okay with me taking pictures and answered my questions about the business. Super friendly gal.-The stock of treats, at noon, was very well-filled. I don't think there was a single treat that was out-of-stock. And they have a LOT of different treats. If you have a sugar craving, this is the place to be.-The interior is pretty adorable. I didn't see any public restroom, but they do have a couple two-person tables. It's spacious-feeling, and it's nice and brightly colored. It was a pleasant store to walk into.CONS: -I bought a couple cookies and a macaron while I was there. I took them home to eat. The Macaron was hard enough that it was near-impossible to eat (I've never had a tough-to-bite macaron before?) and the cookies were pretty crunchy too. The cookies were within "crunchy cookie" parameters, but they were definitely a lot harder than expected. I'd probably try a cookie again, but I'd never try another of their macarons. -I'm sure it was partially the holiday season, but they were slow to respond to e-mails. It took a couple days to get my request in for my holiday cookie decorating kit. I'm sure, if you're a phone person, you'll probably get better results with a phone call.

"This is just the most adorable shop in the heart of downtown Old Milford. Another gem to this community. There are nice tables out front and plenty of free parking nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have everything here from small gifts, to bags of coffee, every candy on earth, fudge, macarons, and even cards! I tried some fudge, got a cute mothers day gift, snagged one of their last St Pattys Day hot chocolate bombs, and tried the macarons. Everything was great and I know the gift will be loved. As it was off season, they did not have chocolate strawberries readily available, but if you call ahead they will make them by request! I cannot wait to come back and try those among other things!"
"I got 2 cupcakes and a mini key lime cheesecake. I ate the black raspberry chip cupcake.....DELICIOUS! Just the right amount of sweetness, black raspberry flavor, and chips. I also got a triple chocolate cupcake.....waiting for that one."
"We also go to Amycakes for all of our occasions and have been extremely happy with them. Stopping in the shop for cakes, cookies and macaroons you will not be disappointed either."
"I heard about this place a while back, but never tried it before. I impulsively stopped by here because I'm thinking of buying sweet treats for dinner we are invited to. The place was cute, located in a stop mall across Meijer's. The displays and signs seemed appropriate and enticing to the eyes- it makes you want to go in and buy.The cakes have several flavors since I like almost everything I ordered the mid size cake- 8" white chocolate raspberry cake. It was a little pricy for my liking, but I want to taste and experience what others were raving for. The 8" is $25. It think it's worth it, but only as a treat or special occasions.Their pricing and menu is available online, and when you come in the store all their prices is listed on their board."
"This will be a short and sweet review. I stumbled across this gem while walking through Kenwood mall. Not being from Cincinnati I was shopping in the area and was in the mood for something sweet. Looking into the display, all the cupcakes looked amazing! I selected the vegan vanilla cupcake and my family member chose the strawberry cheesecake cupcake. The vegan cupcake was absolutely amazing! I could not tell that it was vegan, the flavor tasted absolutely amazing. I was told the strawberry cheesecake cupcake was very good also! I was hoping that she delivered across the US but it's only local deliveries. If I'm in the area again, I will make sure to stop by and grab a few."
