Nothing like the stylish, spacious digs they have now, with a very well-stocked bar and friendly, attentive staff. I stopped in on a chilly February afternoon and enjoyed a delicious, warming chicken congee and fabulous beef bahn mi with pate and jalapeños. Highly recommended, whether you're shopping at the market or just looking for a terrific southeast Asian meal in the 'nati."

"On a recent trip to Cincinnati we ate here twice. My family and I love Nashville hot chicken and appreciated that they had chicken thighs that were meaty and delicious. They also had a large variety of good tasting sides. The service was top notch. Taylor W waited on us both times and was very friendly and informative. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated, clean, and welcoming. We have tried a handful of other Nashville, hot chicken, restaurants, but Joella's is definitely one of our favorites. The food is very flavorful and you get a lot for the reasonable prices."

"So I was in the east end for work and just really wanted a grilled cheese and soup. I looked up to see what was around me and this place popped up. After looking at the menu I decided to try it. Although the grilled cheese is a mix of cheeses (including goat cheese) but I figured it would be ok...I mean who doesn't like goat cheese. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The atmosphere was nice...it's has a bar and it's pretty spacious. The food....well it wasn't bad. It was just blah....the soup was very bland and although it sounded good...goat cheese grilled cheese is not a good idea. But I was so hungry I ate it. I would them again but later in the day...like I said it wasn't bad but it wasn't that meal that I was looking for....they were being fancy and what I needed was plain jane"

"Solid pizza, easy going vibes, and with late night hours! Personally, I love to snag some of their grab and go items when I'm in a rush for lunch--they have some solid salads that make things nice and easy.I also really enjoyed their chicken parm--which surprised me! It wasn't a huge, saucy, overload-of-cheese vibe, which is what I come to expect. Rather, it was a nicely-fried medium to small-sized cutlet, with a yummy red sauce and a modest amount of cheese. But it was well balanced and good quality, especially for the price. It's become one of my go-to items to order! The service is helpful, but chill, which I personally appreciate when I'm just trying to be in and out."

"Two days after the New Year we celebrated a birthday luncheon in Franklin. My sister, the birthday girl, had selected this bar and grill in downtown Franklin. I understand that the building had been an old hotel and is host to a certain "ghost". Our table of six were expertly served by a friendly and very efficient server. He was friendly and funny but serious when recommending menu items. First, I can not believe that the quality of food costs so little. They are known for their chicken wings and pizza. I selected the in bone wings with sweet chili sauce and wow were they amazing, I will go back for pizza because my mouth watered with the pie that was delivered to a table near us. Their wings are well above average in the size normally served. The burgers and taco salads ordered by members of our party were so large and enjoyed ."

"Don't be fooled by its outdated exterior and odd theme--Galactic Fried Chicken is hands down one of the BEST restaurants out there if you're looking for a fried chicken spot that has both vegetarian AND gluten free options! "O.M.G....I have found the authentic Thai restaurant in Kentucky -- Nat's is it!!Nat's is a very unassuming lil takeout only restaurant tucked into the side of McCarthy's Irish Bar and shares a front entrance with an Irish gift shop. It sounds odd, but totally worked! My friend and I walked up one afternoon, ordered food inside the restaurant, was told by the owner to "go next door, order a drink and he will bring the food over". We went to McCarthy's, ordered a couple of Pepsi and sat in the cutest nook by the window. Our orders arrived soon: Kobe beef grapao, shrimp salad. Wow! The flavors are sharp, distinct and intense, like Thai flavors are supposed to be. I would say the grapao's spice level is about medium for me. The salad was so spicy that I couldn't finish it. If you have the tendency to want "Thai Hot" in your dishes, this is the place that can serve it up! If you look at the photos poated by other Yelpers, you'll see many other special menu items not found at any other local Thai places. i cannot wait to come back for them!Btw, there is also a nice courtyard next door w available seating during warmer months."

"I raved about this local ramen stop after our first stop -- but a service mistake and an incorrect order (not vegetarian) make us hesitant to go back. For my first visit, five of us dined in. Everyone loved their ramen. The veggie gyoza was a highlight -- so flavorful and crispy. The waitress was helpful when it came to creating a Build Your Own Ramen bowl that was vegetarian. So delicious! Unfortunately, our takeout order a few weeks later was not so good. The cashier had our food ready, but said she'd accidentally charged a previous customer for our order. She was confused on what to do. My husband suggested he pay in cash for the cost of our food, then she can sort out a refund to the other customer later. Simple, right? Not to her. She was so overwhelmed by confusion that she left my husband (and our food) waiting at the register for more than 15 minutes. Once home, I noticed my "vegetarian ramen" didn't look the same as last time -- and the stomach problems that followed for two days tell me they gave me a meat-based broth (or similar non-vegetarian mistake)."

"Walked into this bar for a few after a couple other bars. The behind bar shelf is beautiful. It was elaborately carved and just cool. We sat at the bar and had a few drinks. The bartenders were adequate. They were not crazy busy. Ordered an Irish Green Tea which was okay. Watched him make it. Didn't put any sweet/sour mix in it, so it was lacking. I got it as a drink instead of a shot, so I had time to taste it. Other than that, we just shared a dessert. Something chocolate, don't even remember what it was, but it was fine. Not too memorable.Watched numerous employees get off work here and begin drinking. We also watched the bartenders do shot after shot. While we were there maybe 1 - 1.5 hours. We saw both bartenders do at least six shots. One was doing Vegas bombs and the other was doing vodka shots with OJ chasers. At least I think it was vodka. I couldn't see the bottle. At one point, a few servers got off shift and walked up to the side of the bar. One of them did a shot, but not just a shot. It was an entire rocks glass filled with Jameson. It was impressive. This bar was okay. No idea how the food was. Staff was fine but not overly friendly. The entertainment was watching the staff drink. I guess I don't hang out in college bars in Indiana enough to make it seem normal."

"Disclaimer: I ordered here from UberEats so I'm not docking any points for warmth of the food and going strictly on taste.I was feeling like a fatboi and got the 2 jumbo tenders with fire-in-da-hole sauce & waffles as well as the fries. Firstly, I want to say I absolutely love spicy food and all my friends said the sauce would leave your mouth burning so I was excited... anyways...So, the food came and I went straight for the chicken and was disappointed in the heat. It tasted like a medium sauce but, the chicken did taste really good and the tenders were a good size. The waffles? Sooo good. They were soft and buttery and my mouth is watering thinking about it. The fries were also exceptional and I don't really eat fries often... usually let my friends or girlfriend have the majority but I ate most this time.Overall, I'm giving them a 4* based on taste and what I know it could be. I will go in person next time to ensure I get that fire in da hole sauce!"

There's a great patio too. Andddd there's a venue space upstairs!Additionally, B.A. does all sorts of cool stuff. Just this week, they're going a fundraiser with decor their customers painted for Derby, and if you took in a ticket from Churchill Downs yesterday, you could get a free old fashioned. They are super involved in the community and doing lots of engaging things, which makes it a five star for me!"

"Hands down! Wild Mikes has the BEST wings in the city. From mild to wild, they have a flavor to pair with whatever heat level you can handle. What makes their wings so special is the crispy exterior even after the wings are sauced. I believe their secret is that they double-fry the wings because they are not breaded. One thing to note is that the wings are sold at market price so you could be in for a bit of sticker shock when you get the bill. On this occasion, 8 wings was about $11.50 so not too unreasonable for what you get. Luckily, there are three regional locations for this establishment and the one on Bridgetown road is the only one that still serves their infamous, curly fries. It's worth the extra drive just for this side. Also, their blue cheese is homemade and the best I've had. This location also has a large, bright and clean bar area to enjoy the game on one of their many TVs and the restaurant will usually be filled with families on a regular evening or weekend but this location has plenty of room for even larger groups. If you enjoy hot wings and cold beer, this is your spot!"

"Omg. The best 'fast food' chicken spot I've ever experienced in the US (Royal Castle in Trinidad is forever #1). This chicken was sensational! Juicy all the way through. Real chicken. Well seasoned! I loved the delicious waffle with the cinnamon ribbon running through. I cannot wait to come back to Ohio to enjoy this restaurant again!The Cajun tator tots were also amazing. I'd skip the Hawaiian rolls and plain waffle fries next time. Definitely get seasoning on the waffle fries. Oh and the cookies!!!! I splashed all down with a pint of Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel and Weihenstephaner Helles. Oh so good!Our server was attentive and as much as possible - folks began to crowd the venue for the Bengals and Panthers game.Milano's is a sports bar, has awesome beers on tap, great food menu. We both agreed the chicken had very good flavor, the Mac and cheese was very good, but be warned it had red pepper flakes in it. And then the biscuits. Very good, buttery flavor, and drizzled with honey. My advise, allow 2 pieces of chicken per person, Mac and cheese, and a couple extra biscuits for each!!!!!!( we didn't try the wings yet, but they looked very good. ) One last thing, we went there on Sunday the first time, and found out no food on Sunday. Also, there is always a line, so be patient. It's well worth it!!!!!"
