The roobois latte was the best of the drinks. I was excited to try it as I am always looking for a good tea latte and I hadn't had this one before. The doughnut was super tasty and moist. "I had noticed this coffee shop on a previous trip over here for dinner. I had a day off, and decided to give it a try. Ordered their old fashioned French toast with a side of bacon, and their peanut butter pie latte. First, the latte - very nice, subtle peanut butter flavor. Doesn't slap you in the face. I really liked this. While I was waiting for my food to come out, I had time to check out the vibe of this place. Good music selection playing in the background, not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. Plenty of seating. The building sits on a corner, so plenty of natural light coming in as well. Chill vibe, I dig it.Finally, the food. They make their French toast using challah bread, which is a favorite of mine. It was delicious. The side of bacon was a nice serving as well (4 pieces).Really enjoyed this shop, will definitely come back!"

"It's crazy to see that my last review was over ten years ago! While the price of the cheeseburger special has gone up (only by $2.50) and they've moved their location (just slightly) the food and experience is still the same no frills deliciousness.They have indoor and outdoor dining now and they let you order lettuce and tomato on your burger, but you still get your food on paper plate and the burger special still comes with fries and a drink of choice (including a beer if you want). The burger with onions and pickles is the way to go and it's delicious every time. I have never tried anything else here and I don't know if I ever will. It's exactly what I want and while I know people love the other items on the menu it's hard not to order the cheeseburger when I know it's perfection.If you've never been, they do have a parking lot along with street parking. The servers are friendly and helpful too. You'll see a lot of regulars here as well as families.This one of those old school, welcoming spots that feels like dining at a family member's place for a get together- especially now that they have the outdoor seating. It is no frills, but what they do they do well and at a great price.We stop by at least once every time we're in town."

My wife had their Cincy Turkey sandwich with a pickle instead of a bun. Both were delicious. We both had their fries, which were of the thin variety and well-seasoned. Prices are very reasonable. We were waited on immediately. The server offered many good suggestions. I was craving garlic and ordered the roasted garlic soup combined with the tomato soup (recommended by our server). And it was delicious! The bread was tasty and fresh. We asked for a second round. My "build your own" pasta with spicy Italian sausage and creamy pesto satisfied every one of my food cravings. It was seriously one of the most delicious pasta dishes I've ever had. My husband was very happy with his Fettuccine Alfredo. It's the first time in a LONG time I finished an entire meal on my own.Stuffed full with amazing bread, creamy delicious pasta, and a nice chianti, the server asked if we were interested in dessert. I mean, I'm STUFFED.Of course I'm interested in dessert! The tiramisu is SPOT ON! So delicious and very worth the calories!Overall, we will make the 1.5 hour drive just to eat here and shop to charming downtown. Do not miss Cafe Paradiso when you're in the area. "First time trying Gracious Plenty was for lunch on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend - this place was busy! The food exceeded my expectations - I had the turkey wrap on a tomato tortilla. The turkey and the cream cheese spread were very good, but the tortilla itself was super flavorful - usually spinach or tomato tortillas are just green or red yet flavorless, but this one actually tasted tomato-y. I had fruit salad on the side, which really should just be called a fruit cup because it was just cut up fruit, no dressing or seasoning. Husband had the pear & blue cheese salad with shrimp added. He really enjoyed it, but the dressing was the low point - it's a vinaigrette that separates really easily, so it was hard to combine the layers in the little condiment cup it came in, which is important if you're a dressing dipper instead of a dressing pourer.I'm not sure if this is a Covid thing or an "everyone is short staffed" thing, but my wrap and other sandwiches were served on regular ol' paper plates like you'd buy for your family at Target. Husband's salad came in a clear to-go container with a large paper plate for him to move it to, which seemed a little odd as well.Despite a little bit of weirdness with the presentation, the food was really solid and VERY affordable. We would definitely return for a super casual lunch."

"I'm so so happy that Paris Baguette finally opened up a little bit closer to home! So story is that when I worked in California for a year about 5 years ago, Paris Baguette was always a place where I could stop and do a little bit of work or just meet friends after a meal somewhere. They have locations throughout all the suburban towns that I worked in and It was always spot on with their desserts, pastries, but at the time I wasn't drinking coffee so I didn't know about that. Fast forward all these years later, I have moved to Cincinnati permanently and I was so happy when I learned about their new downtown location but it was borderline a little bit out of the way to get to. Parking was always a bit tough too. But I went a lot and I even got my husband hooked on it. Fast forward to now and we have one even closer! We went in a couple days after the big snow hit in January of 24 and despite so many places being closed, they were open and rearing to go. They had all of their pastries displayed and everything looked as spic and span and new! The employees you could tell were pretty new at everything and it took a long time to get our coffee orders down but they will eventually get on board with it. I tried one of the new winter selections, the butter pecan latte and it was excellent. Things are going to be a bit more expensive here but you get what you pay for and you definitely get high quality. Ambience is nice and clean with a bit of a cafe atmosphere. Definitely worth exploring for their South Korean but European inspired pastries. The hash brown bread has pretty much become one of my favorite breakfast that I have there. Hope you all get to enjoy this place as much as I have over the years!"
