"Covington, KY is a super cool place - who knew? After a rough morning in that city across the river, I walked across the imitation Brooklyn Bridge into Kentucky, and walked over here looking for a place to decompress. Mind you, this is about 1PM on a Thursday, so not everything was going to be open. But Gypsy's was. Naturally it wasn't super busy at the time, just the bartender and two lovers on the back patio, but it was chill, and the drafts were working, and there was sports on television, and nobody to concern troll me. I only wish this place were closer to California."
"Good food made by a trustworthy team that wants to make their clientele happy and will work hard to get your order right and timely to your table. Rolling Oven does a fine job of preparing pizzeria based items along with typical appetizers. Should there be an issue, they're quick to work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. They have a friendly, efficient staff located in both buildings at the National ave. location in Lexington. Prices are typical for pizzeria places."
The one that started it all! Bavarian ham,Swiss cheese, Saucy Sows sweet peppermustard, and banana peppers, served ongrilled artisan Italian bread. Served with kettle chips.

"Our server/bartender was great. Everyone's food was good but mine was not great. I ordered the loaded tater tots as an appetizer they came out with the meal and they were not hot. My entree was the French Dip. The meat and onions were cooked perfectly and the au jus was good. My only problem was the bread was just a smooshed hoagie bun. A sandwich like that needs to be served on a nice French Bread or Italian roll. The Hoagie bun was soggy and smashed."
"Great tenderloins !!! Great service would highly recommend this if you're looking for friendly service !"
"It rocks! I love their O rounds and chips !Have been going there for over 20 years and have never had a bad meal"
"I really enjoyed this place! Lots of drink and food options for patrons of all ages. Games available. Tons of space. We were there on a Thursday night and there was live music out on the patio. Several different beers on tap. We had a few flights to try all the different ones. They have a juicy IPA that was my favorite. The pizza flavors are very different! We tried the doritos taco pizza (6/10), the garlic honey chicken pizza (8/10), and the mac and cheese sausage pizza (8/10). We enjoyed all of the pizzas we tried. Its nice that you can just get personal sizes and try a few. The waitress was telling us that the Sweet Piggy is one of their best sellers. We will have to try that when we go back. The people were all very nice. The space is an old feed facility. It is very cool. This is a perfect place to come after a long day of hiking at Clifty Falls!"
"Despite being off the beaten track, this place has great seafood and steaks and a nice salad bar, with AMAZING butter!! Trust me. Get the butter Portions are big, prices are small. They don't take reservations so don't try. Either show up at 5 or expect to wait. The service is very good/great. But they're not a corporate trained perfect force. They're humans working their tail off in a busy restaurant. Highly recommend!"
"I hate using the phrase "hidden gem" because it's such a cliché, but it's the only way to describe the Lucky Turtle! This speakeasy is hidden behind a liquor store and an Arby's in Finneytown, and it is one of the chillest beer and bourbon bars in Cincinnati. They have an amazing draft list (23 beers on tap, many of them local and seasonal!), 60+ bourbons, and many more beers in bottles/cans. I was there on 4/20 (lol) and they had the Wanna Get Rye red IPA with CBD from 50 West, plus cool drink specials like the Stone + NOFX Punk in Drublic can for $3. If you're looking for rare/unique beers and friendly, knowledgeable bartenders, this is your place. The inside is no frills. They have a few games, darts, and a small outdoor space with corn hole. But this place is more about the drinks than it is about the decor, and I appreciate that."
"I've come to this location for a few meet ups to played board games. They have a large collection of games to choose from and plenty of tables to set up with your friends. The beer selection is limited, but great for this place. I am a picky drinker and they had something for me that I liked! The food is basically snacks, so plan to eat dinner before you come. Highly recommend!"
"Full disclosure: I do not like beer that tastes like beer.Framboise, Ciders, Wines-these are a few of my favorite things. And Higher Gravity has them. An extensive "on draft" selection and an abundance of ready to drink from the cold case . I have been here several times and the bartenders are always attentive and ready with recommendations no matter what kind of palate you are sporting. I wish they had some food options, but this location has an abundance of eateries nearby and an ice cream stop right next door. You can grab dinner and then walk on over to High Gravity for your dessert. They are open later than most of the surrounding venues, so I suggest using this spot as your closer for the night."
"Steak, pizza, lots of other choices. Everything I have tried there has been excellent. Building is amazing with lots of history, makes for an interesting dinner. Service was good and without issues, dining areas are spread out and did have to seek attention one time, but they were very busy."
"After visiting 3 times in less than two weeks, I wanted to share photos of the delicious food at Mellotone Brewing Project, formerly Taft's Ale House. We're always thrilled to see new life spring up in a shuttered restaurant. But especially in an historic venue. All the menu items are unique but the appetizers are my favorite. There is enough to share and the variety is interesting. The atmosphere is refreshed with a sleek modern look on the first floor. Upstairs, there is ample seating with plank tables and benches. The service is good. Our server Ellie was awesome!"

This was unfortunately a terribly disrespectful experience. I'll start off by saying the bouncer was actually the best employee here. Here goes our experience., we came here at the end of the night and as I was finishing up my drink with my friends at 1:50ish (they close at 2:30) the bartenders were very rude and made comments at me saying "she's one of those" after paying for my drink and trying to finish it. It was extremely rude and wasn't professional. I mentioned that they were being very unprofessional with the way they were talking to us, and they immediately (blonde woman behind bar and "owner") told us we needed to go because we drank too much .The male bartender was claiming to be the "owner", and laughed when I claimed an owner wouldn't act in the manner he was displaying especially because I was with a group of people who had just spent a lot of money on shots celebrating a birthday. And all I was doing was finishing a drink when he said he wanted to "leave early and go home" And he started getting angry and one of my other friends asked for a lime for his drink and they said "sorry no I'm not going to help you." This is honestly the worst customer experience I've had at a bar. Whatever man and blonde woman working who claimed to be the owner that night were an embarrassing display of professionalism and if I was the actual owner of this bar, I'd fire these employees that are a LIABILITY to the business. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST BAR I've ever been to. I feel extremely disrespected, you should be embarrassed of these immature people working here.

Delicious pizza, so many options and great service. Had the sweet chili chicken and ate the whole thing! Large menu, and some of the best pizza I've ever eaten.

The food and service were good. We ordered The sant Fe chicken wrap, cheese curds and chicken tortilla soup. Not the best soup but the absolute best chicken wrap and cheese curds. The blueberry cheesecake also looked delicious! Comfortable setting and would recommend.

It's got everything you'd want in a neighborhood bar. Strong drinks, friendly staff, diverse crowd, good music, surprisingly good food, plus lots of dart boards. I'd heard folks say they recommend the catfish nuggets & I was a little suspicious til I tried them. The breading was light, allowing the catfish flavor to come through without being "fishy" tasting. They have daily specials too. I tried the pork and asparagus soup because it sounded interesting...it was quite good! I noticed a steady stream of people coming in to dine so you can tell the food keeps folks coming back.

So happy to try some local beer while in Madison visiting friends. We loved being able to stop in and have some beer and delicious pizza together! They have some delicious blonde beers and some seasonal variations! I enjoyed a delicious flight, which was very affordable for the value I got! The Nashville hot honey pizza, the Mac and cheese pizza and the BBQ pizzas were wonderful! I plan to come again the next time I visit!

Lucky Turtle is a cool little bar that hides behind an unassuming strip mall area. Come here if you want to try some beer that you won't find anywhere else. Feel free to sample beer before you order your 4, 8, or 16 oz beer. If you are feeling extra thirsty simply get yourself a growler full. All the beers are numbered so if you've had one to many all you have to do is remember your favorite number. The LT is a laid back and friendly place. They have arcade games, board games, bags, and complimentary popcorn. There are a few TVs to watch the game and have a beer at the bar. Most patrons enjoy their beer at the bar, but there are also a few short tables for people to have a seat at.Go to Lucky Turtle for a no frills good beer drinking experience with the neighborhood gang.

"Great place to hit balls and drink a beer. Well stocked bar and good selection of cigars (cigar patio coming). Average food. Now they need to train the help to be friendly and helpful. Our group of 7 was curtly told at 5:30 we could not move two tables together cause karaoke was coming at 6:30. No table for more than 6? No offer to help us get situated - just no, no, no. The 4 of them just stood behind the bar looking grouchy. Management issue?"
"My wife and I had dinner today at this location. Our waitress, Riley was the nicest person to wait on us in a long time. We did have a mix up on the order, but the manager made it right and gave us a nice discount. The food was very good. I had a large pizza with mushrooms and half pepperoni's. My wife had a cauliflower pizza with mushrooms and olives. We also had a Caesars salad (Croutons were a little hard). Thanks Pies & Pints for a wonderful dining experience. Hope to see you again soon and I hope Riley and the manager are still there.PS - Dining here can be a little on the expensive side"
"I've eaten here twice while traveling and absolutely loved it! The food and service were amazing both times! The atmosphere was perfect for a date night or quiet dinner."
"This place is great! It is very nice inside and the staff is great. The bar is very extensive and I lost track of the number of craft beers they had on tap. You can order food from the bar, which is supplied by Gioninos next door. We ordered from the bar and the food was great! The arcade has a great assortment of classic video games that you'll remember from the early arcade games, and best of all, they are free to play! They also have a wide assortment of very good pinball machines that cost 50 cents per play. I played for quite a while on $2.DK. Effect is great fun and I highly recommend you and your friends try it out. It should be packed with college students!"
"Really fantastic products that set them apart from any other products in the industry. Their ferments are alive and organic, unlike others. Truly tasty delicious kombucha and vegetable ferments that I use as medicine to keep our family healthy. Thank you for making quality products!"
"Great little place in Covington for a date night or girls night! We were looking for a place in Covington with outdoor seating and heaters to go to after dinner and came across this little gem. The staff was super friendly and the place is cozy. They also have a back patio outdoor area with 3-4 tables it looked like. The inside is small, but also has space for 3-4 tables socially distanced.Reasonably priced wines and beer and you can do flights! I love trying a bunch of different wines so flights were a perfect option. I tried a flight with 2 red and 2 whites. They had a Montepulciano on tap so I had to try it! I don't normally see many places with a Montepulciano where the majority are brim the Abruzzo region of Italy. For my flight I had the La Vite Montepulciano, Lobetia Tempranillo, Pratsch GrunerVettliner, and the Christophe Coquarf Rose. I enjoyed them all and recommend the Montepulciano if you like reds that are simple, earthy and smooth. They also offer charcuterie boards and lite bites! Perfect for drinking the night away :) We will come back for happy hour or girls nights again soon, especially with the weather getting nicer."
"The food quality and selection is amazing and the offering change occasionally so be sure to check out their Facebook site for all the changes and entertainment available. The server was very attentive and made our visit great. As far as ambiance you have a dining room, side bar or patio option and plenty of televisions if you like the sports with your meal. Everyone's food looked good and casual attire is welcome as well."
"A local friend took me to this restaurant and was worth the visit. The service was quick and friendly in greeting and serving us. With a large menu, these was no problem making a selection. The beer was cold and the location had the feeling of Mexico with its decor. I recommend and would return in the future. Enjoy!"
"Stopped in while in town and glad we did! Super friendly customer service! I ordered the foot long coney and curly fries. The coney was delicious and the curly fries were fresh and hot! My husband got a double bacon burger and said it was perfect. We were pulling a trailer so we did not utilize the car hop service but it looked great! We will absolutely we back in!"
"Great new open space that is family friendly! The set up is seat yourself, then full table service. Love the play areas for kids (a whole camper, play firepit plush area), and cornhole giant connect 4 in an open auditorium area. Looks like they are set up to do private events as well, which would be fun. The fried food is great--brunch menu of goetta burger, frittata was yummy, and I love the hash brown balls. There's a parks friendly vibe (paper boxes, non plastic straws, Ron Swanson funko-pop hidden in the giant tree in the bar), and I can't wait until the outdoor area gets finished! Love how blue ash and summit park are developing more."
"We stopped in on Saturday afternoon to get some German food and relax before heading back north.Yelp, I am disappoint - their kitchen is closed on Saturday! Saddest face ever. The bartender was nice and commiserated with us, and we drank our beers and watched some basketball. Comfy vibe, very lived-in place. Obviously a well-loved dive bar. Maybe we'll be back when the kitchen is open."
"This place is gorgeous. The atmosphere is opulent. Now the drinks are crazy good and Kyler the bartender is an entertainer. My drink at the end was smoked. What a show"
"Great place for beers and to hangout with friends in OTR. Their selection is vast and they sell both packs and single cans. They also have areas both outside and in to chill and even eat outside food. The staff were both knowledgeable and eager to help with any inquires.Tips to make your visit a success:1) Make use of the boundless options. As stated previously they have cans, packs and even drafts, so it would be a mistake to come in narrowminded or unwilling to peruse. I have my favorites but when confronted with all they had I decided to branch out and it was not something I regretted. Let the drink choose you.2) Utilize all your resources. The staff are helpful and the beers on tap can be tasted, use these avenues to test your preference before purchasing. And by all means test a few so you don't look back in remorse.OTR has the perfect spot to chill and drink or your next gift for guys' or ladies' night."
"Wow. I am in love! This may or may not be a secret, but I LOVE dart's. We had a few dartboards in our basement growing up and it was always something our family did to bond together and pass the time. So now, whenever I get the chance to play it warms my heart. Also I love hustling anyone who thinks I "look like I can't play." WHAT?! Anyway - Old Towne Tavern has the best set of darts I have seen in this city and I have probably seen 20+ set ups. They are labeled by numbers and they have open tournament Wednesday nights and leagues you can join. Why I love the darts here? Because the boards are in reallllly good shape. They are real dart boards and made out of sisal fibres. Not cork that cracks all over the place, or worse PLASTIC - yuck. The darts are also in really amazing shape. In fact, I have never seen some of the grips on darts like they have here. Outside of the great dart set-up the space is not much to look at, pretty standard. Although I will say they were repainting everything when were here so it's nice to see the owners taking care of the place. Happy hour is .50cents off everything. Drinks are already cheap. I think my titos and tonic was $5 bucks, and the beers were $3.50. Seriously impressed, and I am already planning my next trip back."
"Service so far has been excellent. Got a ice cold beer right away. Friendly atmosphere and the servers were polished country folk. Easy access off I-75. Locals came in, the baristas knew their drink before they sat down. That's awesome. Waiting on the wings. They shall be up shortly. I'll change my review if they don't impress. I ordered the wedges. Can't wait."
"Great atmosphere! Live music in the back room was definitely sublime. Can't wait to go back. Servers excellent!"
"Amazing place, highly recommend, would go back again, perfect for the area. Food and music was a nice touch"
"This is a must visit! Great beer and flavorful pizzas. The wings are amazing! I have celiac and the cauliflower crust hasn't bothered me. Good date night place! The ciders are great and I'm not even a regular drinker."
"I'm not joking when I say this is the best burger in the city. They are always SO juicy but not sloppy. They season them very well and the toppings/bun are premium and fresh. Cooked to medium every time. Highly recommend the All American and the Grippos burger! They have sweet potato waffle fries and "crunchy coating" type fries that are always fresh and very crispy. They also season these very well with salt. There is an extensive liquor and beer selection and their cocktail menu is pretty good! On top of it all, the service is fantastic and I like the atmosphere! A little bit of an interesting choice with the slight country theme mixed with upscale, but it oddly works. Overall give this restaurant a 9.5/10 and it's a must try if you're downtown for a show or game!"
"A fun, new place in the Muncie #DWNTWN zone, the @ClubhouseMuncie is family-friendly, and a great place to host events for large groups. The restaurant side has a solid menu consisting of classic American fare, and a decent selection of local beers through partnerships with area breweries. The chicken sandwich with chipotle citrus BBQ sauce was the entrée of choice for me tonight and it did not disappoint. I'll definitely be back here. Our server was Chip; he was efficient, very friendly, and full of information about the new place! Great guy!Oh, and the milkshakes looked delicious, but I was too full to try one. I guess that leaves something to look forward to next time!PS - Whomever came up with the long golf tees as the sandwich skewer is awesome. Nice touch!"
"The Hannaford isn't just a bar, it's a community. With fantastic staff who remembers your drink or choice, a delicious seasonal menu, and cozy indoor and outdoor seating, it's become my go-to spot for celebrations or just a night out. The atmosphere is welcoming and every visit is an opportunity to make new friends. Cheers to the Hannaford for always making me feel right at home!"
"We will definitely be back! The place was cozy and super neat on the inside. Our server was quick to grab our drink orders. The burgers and fries were amazing! So were the poppers! Hubby loved the beers. We cannot wait to go back and try some new stuff. A must try for our small town IN."
"I really liked this coffee shop (plus bar!) in downtown Cincy! It has a cool, relaxing vibe and has friendly staff to help get what you need.I stopped by one morning before an event I was attending started. Because this was one of the places that was open early on a weekend, I was able to grab a coffee drink and a few pastries to enjoy that morning (and as snack later during the day).Through conversations that the staff had with customers, it was clear this place is well loved by the neighbors and community. The staff and customers even know each other on a name basis!Overall, great cafe with good, friendly vibe! Good coffee+pastries for morning eats, too!"
