While visiting my daughter that goes to Wilberforce we stumbled upon a shopping center with a few restaurants and were torn between Butterbee's and Applebees. We decided on Butterbee's because we don't have one in our area and wanted to try something different. When I say I CAN'T WAIT to go back!!! The server, the service and the food was AMAZING. Very versatile menu and everyone was satisfied with their meals.

Evidently can't figure out how to fill an online order: Ordered online. Got a couple messages saying order was ready. Got to restaurant. Order wasn't even started. Now still waiting. Do not waste time ordering online.

First let me say I love a good burger and any homemade style cobbler. The burger here was perfectly prepared and you could tell it wasn't just a patty off the Cisco truck, it was made in house. I love med the burger. The cobbler was good, but I could tell it was microwaved to be heated up. Sad but I do understand, it isn't easy keeping things like this hot for guests. It didn't take away from me eating and enjoying it. The waitress was super sweet and took great care of me during my stay. I wish I could remember her name to mention it. One day I will remember to write things down. She was a rockstar with her food suggestions. I can't wait to come back if and when I am in the area.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We walked in, they were busy but there was no wait to seat the two of us. One of the male managers sat us at a table and we thanked him and started looking over the menu because It was our first time. We decided on drinks, apps, then entrees. About 20 minutes after sitting at a table and watching other guests notice we weren't getting service and being ignored by several members of the staff, we left our menus and walked out. The same manager that sat us 20 minutes prior watched us leave and thanked us for coming once we got to the host stand. We ignored him instead of calling out the fact we couldn't even get greeted.
