Butterbee’s American Grill

Great service from Kailee. We ordered a sampler platter for $18 and two filet mignons at $30 each. The food and service were great. Our only complaints are they have very cheap/flimsy napkins and flatware. For their prices we feel they could do better in these areas. This is why I did not give them 5 stars.

The food was ok, atmosphere was nice BUT they seriously mislead with their marketing. Tabletop marketing indicates tall draft monthly features at one price until you pay and then it's regular price. When we questioned it we were told ad was old and expired. We asked to speak with manager, Jennifer, who was absolutely adamant she wasn't giving us the marketed price and that it was intended for a beer different from what we purchased. For that, they get one star and we will absolutely not be returning which sad for them because we would have otherwise. Word for the wise, the manager truly has the ability to make the decision to give us the ad price if she truly wanted returning customers however, she chose otherwise and for that their business will lose our business in the end and likely others. I come from customer service and I'm not a believer that customers are always right however, in this case I feel strongly we were!

I could tell that they were short staffed (restaurant has only been open for a few weeks) but when we finally got seated on a slow Tuesday evening, our waitress was very accommodating and sweet. If you like boneless chicken wings you are in for a treat!! Best I've had in years! Better than BW3's, Roosters and Submarine House. Nice atmosphere and seemingly good management.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!I ordered a 20oz Fountain Soda to go! I was charged $3.79 they filled the cup full of ice! I might have gotten a half cup of Soda!

Chicken fingers were really good and service was excellent! Nice beer list too - and tap tasted fresh. Only complaint is that they shorted us one tender (2 orders of 4, but got 1 3 and one 4)...that said; feels like growing pains...give this place a shot, we will be back and hoping to upgrade this review to 5 star...and the chicken fingers were really tasty! Loved the waffle fries too!

Very good and friendly service, good menu with lots of variety, decent drinks menu. The TVs are loud which makes for difficult conversation but it's a place we keep going back to.

Best food in the area by far, we eat there several times each week. The pork chops, chicken and ribs are consistently great. Lunch service is always quick so getting in and out during lunch hours is never a problem.

First time visit, looks small from outside but lots of space inside. Open concept with bar, mix of tables, booths, high-tops and bar seating. They have lunch specials and that is what we ordered from. I ordered Buffalo wrap with waffle fries, wife ordered cheeseburger with waffle fries. Buffalo wrap was good, stuffed with chicken, not overly breaded. Cheeseburger was good as well, toasted bun. Food overall was good, nothing special. Better than fast food. Will go back. $36 with tip, drinks and lunch special.

Ordered the ground sirloin, first they need to review what the dish entails. Ordered pink, was just a hamburger that was cooked like a hockey puck, the so called melted cheese was nothing but a slice put on top that was not even melted. Other dishes at the table were cold and mediocre at best, go somewhere else to spend your money
