Burnaco’s

Waited 5 minutes before someone from the back noticed we were at the counter. Waited forever to get food. Food was room temp. Not enough toppings on the loaded nachos. Fried bowl with steak was flavorful. It's nice inside. Plenty of seating, cute decor. Young girl at the counter was friendly. I wanted to love this place since it has an order ahead option and isn't 'fast food'.

I actually considered walking out and leaving most of my food on the table. $12 for two tacos. The Carnitas was mushy, the salsa was flavorless. And the guacamole tasted like it just came out of a Pace avocado salsa jar.

This was our 1st trip in, In one building you have 3 businesses in it. You have sweets, Burnacos & Maiden City.We got loaded Nachos & Watched UK game in Maiden City.Place is nice.The Sweets area has a drive through.

Clean, well-designed space. Friendly staff. Tons of options. Reasonably priced. Quickly served. Large portions. Fresh and delicious ingredients. What's not to like?

You end up paying for ingredients not even in your food. I requested sour cream and queso saw none of either. It took about 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive through.

The food tasted rotted like it spent a week in the garbage can outback. Don't believe me? just eat there once and you'll see. Doesn't even deserve 1 star, just had to choose one in order to post.
