Buckabee Brownies

The brownies were all very good. I enjoyed that they were not extremely sweet like most bakery food you'd find in America, where you're left with a stomach ache and ready for a nap/sugar crash. The man who co-runs the place was very nice and explained what the business was about when I answered to him I'd never been there. Very cute shop and the price is not bad compared to other bakeries in the area (who charge $5 for one mediocre cupcake).No, these are not brownies out of a box. They taste different of brownies out of a box or some thing that you can get at the grocery store. They have very unique flavors and are very yummy if you're not expecting it to taste like what you get out of a box

I had been wanting to try these brownies for a while. I love sweets and supporting small businesses.I ordered 18 online and pickup was a breeze. I enjoyed the packaging. The owner recommended keeping them in the fridge, which was great to know.I was excited for my first brownie, but I was a it disappointed. It wasn't soft and gooey and the flavors didn't really pop. I thought, "I should try letting the next one I try sit out and get to room temperature", so I did. The improvement in taste was minimal. With each different flavor of brownie I held out hope, but none of the flavors made me scream, "This is delicious!". I was bummed.

These weren't for me but I'm glad others enjoy them. When I think of brownies I guess I am used to the ones I make. I under cook mine and have them warm so they are fudgy and full of flavor. These seem very fluffy and definitely need refrigerated as I left mine out over night and it did not do them any favors. The store is clean and good location. Service fast.I wish them well. :)

Delicious brownies by a cute mom/pop shop. I've stopped by here at least 4x now and these brownies seriously addictive. The shop is COVID-safe and has a plexiglass separating clients from the owners. I normally opt for a few of the classic flavors (fudgy, chocolate/walnut, oatmeal, etc). The red velvet cheesecake is really good but they're pretty stingy with the cheesecake (IMO should be at least 1/2 of the brownie).Their hours are weird so always check before heading out or else you'll be sad you missed them. I'll be sure to stop and support by as long as they're still around as they're a great change from the typical cake/cupcake/cookie spots.

Great brownies and great customer service. One of the owners helped us and decorated the box for my daughter's birthday. We got a mixed selection and enjoyed every flavor.

Friendly service. Lots of variety in flavors. Portion size needs to be bigger for $1.95 per brownie. Packaging is nice. Better brownie than pre-made ones sold at the grocery store or some bakeries.

Great local business. The brownies are very buttery with terrific overall flavor. I really like the packaging, it's cute and functional. The owners clearly taking coronavirus very seriously and the store is set up perfectly for distancing.I tried chocolate & walnut, chocolate chip, and oatmeal and white chocolate. I'll be honest that I was worried the non chocolate ones would just be like dry cookies. They were not. I would say the oatmeal white chocolate was my favorite. I loved how moist and buttery it was, and it didn't feel heavy in my stomach.At first I thought they were a little pricey for the size, but then I thought it through and it really is a fair price for the quality. I think you would pay a bit more at Starbucks for a brownie twice the size, but that brownie would not have the rich flavors and you wouldn't get to smell the scents in the bakery and support a local business.

Good brownies. Many flavors and varieties. Loved the atmosphere. And the brownies are quickly given to you

Love these little goodies! They are the perfect serving and taste great! They make good stocking stuffers or just little "I'm thinking about you" gifts as well.
