Bubba Grub

This place is the real deal. If you want a delicious, juicy, greasy smashburger, you must try this place. The fries are very good and lightly seasoned. Crispy outside and soft inside but the real star of the show is The Double Bubba Grub! My only criticism is that they don't have Heinz ketchup.These have to be the best burgers in Nicholasville (definitely the best I've had) and if you're a burger lover then this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed.

Got a double with mushrooms, sautéd onions, and pepper jack cheese and a side of regular fries. The food came out fairly quickly and was great. The fries were crispy without being overcooked. The burger was juicy. I will definitely eat here again.

Seen the video on Instagram and had to give the place a try. Over all it wasn't terrible. The burger sauce was delicious and loved the sautéed onions. But I had to add the garden to it. The burger overall was good. The chicken sandwich was also good. Definitely recommend keeping the slaw on it. It balanced out the saltiness to it. I've had better pickles, they were very thin, not very crunchy, and very salty. The ranch was delicious though. The apple egg rolls were probably my least favorite. They would probably be better with some type of sauce with them. Over all definitely worth giving the place a shot.

We've gone here a handful of times already and have only had amazing, hot, fresh food. The fries are always hot and crispy and well seasoned. The donut burger is a MUST TRY! Service is welcoming and kind. Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Jack's might be missed, but this new addition to the Amoco gas station hasn't missed yet!

Didn't expect what we ate from this Bubba Grub's located inside of a gas station. We tried the mozzarella rolls which would have been better if they were cooked a little longer. Fried pickles which were getting double fisted by the kids so but the few I had were great. The donut double cheeseburger also a kid favorite and nice sweet and savory flavor. Peanut butter double was okay but wouldn't order it again. And finally the Nashville hot chicken probably my favorite. Good prices and fast friendly service.

It is exactly what it appears to be. I got a double Bubba Grub burger with onion rings and fried pickles. Burger was sloppy and good, onion rings were okay. Probably should have just gotten the fries. The fried pickles were great.

The food and service were terrific. The fish was seasoned and fried well, and the burger was seasoned well and was very juicy. For the price I paid the experience was worth it; the environment and staff were very welcoming, and the place was immaculate. If I could write this with more than five stars, I would.

A really solid burger with a good price point in a gas station. The story of this place is really cool with the young guy who runs it. It's definitely an overall good, if not great, burger. The spot is a little whatever, but that adds to the charm for many, myself included. For those who live there, it's probably the best option for a burger in all of Nicholasville, would be my wager. The fries came out a bit too greasy with the packaging being soaked through, but that's part of it as well. A great concept for sure.

The food we ordered was completely inedible. When we asked for a refund. They argued and was combative saying there was nothing wrong. We showed them the disgusting food, and the owner was completely rude and actually aggressive. I will never return.
