Bru Burger Bar - Plainfield

This is my favorite Bru Burger location! Love it every time I go, the food is amazing. Today I tried the gluten free Provençal burger and it was divine! Definitely a pleasant surprise. Very juicy and the toppings were perfectly balanced. I also had the Valencia salad, and it was unbelievable! Of course the fries are a must and the house-made ketchup is one of my favorite things :)Our waitress was very sweet and everything was ready fast. There's a lot of available seating and the booths are very comfortable. Every time I've been there parking has been easy to find, there are 2 open parking lots that have plenty of spots and some spots right outside of the restaurant ;) I'm definitely coming back!

This was my first experience at the restaurant. We ordered two burgers accompanied by a side of fries and onion rings. The establishment was not busy during our visit, which allowed for prompt and efficient service. However, I did find the fries to be excessively salty, which affected my ability to finish them. Despite this concern, I would still recommend this restaurant for a quick lunch option.

A co-worker's last day was this week, so a few of us stopped in for a drink after work to celebrate her. We were the only ones on the patio because it was quite hot outside, but when there was a breeze it felt pretty nice. We ordered 3 different apps and the food came out quickly and was so tasty (and made us too full for to order dinner).We ended up moving inside to the bar after a couple of hours because the breeze stopped and then our beers started getting too warm before we could finish them. Our server was really sweet, checked on us often, and even had the bartender make a special drink for another member of our party after she didn't like her first cocktail. She went above and beyond and it made our evening really special. After we moved inside to the bar, just me and my co-worker who was leaving stayed for another hour or so to just chat and spend time together before we wouldn't see each other at work anymore. The bartender was so nice even though we ended up staying 30 minutes past close. She had poured our last beer before last call and kept it in the fridge for us so it stayed cold when we were ready to drink it.Overall, such a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone to stop in at this location! Previously I had only been here once for a work lunch last year and normally stop in at the Brownsburg location since we can bring our dogs on the patio. You can't go wrong with either one, but the customer service in Plainfield was top-notch!

I generally will have a tough time during lunch since I've switched over to mainly seafood diet but Bru burger never disappoints. They have an amazing salmon burger that wins me every time, I could eat it for lunch almost everyday. The are fast during lunch too so I don't ever have to worry about going missing for too long. I always sit at the bar to make sure I secure fast serving as well which isn't ever crowded. It's very bar atmosphere so you can hang watch the game I can tell in the evenings and they've got plenty beer on tap. Overral a great place to skip a fast food line for a quick properly don't burger.

Service was great! Our waitress was very attentive. Appetizers are huge! Way too much for 2 unless you're making it a meal! Their chicken tenders are double breaded, so lots of yes, lots of bread! Ours were overcooked, so our waitress took them off our bill. The onion rings were amazing!! Atmosphere very nice! The burgers were great!

My husband and I met up with friends for a late lunch/ early dinner. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. We sat outside because it was such a nice day and noticed that many others agreed and also chose to be outdoors. I ordered the drink special, The Blueberry Malibu Breeze, and was warned that they'd run out of the Malibu they usually use so they would add extra syrup for me. The drink was beautiful and still tasted yummy! I also for The Black Bean Burger, which I think gets a bad wrap since it's meatless. It's very yummy and came on an oat bun. It's something that should be tried at least once before making a decision of what 'you think' it tastes like. I enjoy meat, however, I also enjoyed the flavors if this.We had an enjoyable dining experience!

We went a little earlier in the evening. There was plenty of available seating. I like the option of sitting inside or on the patio. The waitress we had was amazing! We could not have asked for anything more, she waited on us right away, brought out food out seemingly as soon as it was done and she kept the drinks filled. The food is really delicious. I had a garlic burger and my husband and son had a bourbon burger and a classic respectively. The burgers are so juicy and the fries were just right. I will definitely be going back!

Great meet up spot for family's business meals or with friends. Definitely nailed their brand with great and unique burger selection. Would love to see a burger inspired by the chef or local regulars added to the menu to cut through the chain feel and diversity each location but otherwise great!

This is easily my favorite burger spot to go to. The burgers are amazing and the servers always make for a great experience. Last time I got the MexiCali burger and it had the perfect balance of spice and flavor!

Whoever the chef was 2/11 evenings just isn't good. Burger had raw meat in middle , fries way too salty and soggy and greasy! , if you are going to go to a restaurant that uses seed oils why not go to somewhere 4x cheaper. I will never again eat here after that experience and knowing they use seed oils too is just fraudulent like to everyone
