Brock Mastersons Catering and Events

Brock Mastesons Catering had a booth at the Dublin Irish Fest. They had a 3 potato hash sauce on the menu for $10. While that seemed a little pricey, it also sounded super good and filling, so I ordered it. To be honest, I was disappointed with my first bite-- it was just lacking salt and some seasoning. However, I looked back at the counter and realized there were several shaker bottles of different seasoning salt blends so that you could season your food to your liking. That changed the game. After a sprinkle of the seafood blend, the potatoes were delicious! They had both spicy and regular dill sauce. I got both-- both were great, but I preferred the spicy. All of the flavors in the container mixed so perfectly! Would like to try more food from Brock Masterson's! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Rick at Brock Masterson's Catering is the best. Their food is great! You have to try the famous Brock's hash! They will be at several festivals this year with crab cakes, Big Fat Reubens, and of course the hash. Give them a call for your next special event (wedding, graduation party, company picnic, etc.)

I would honestly stick to catering. Went to the Go 4th fest in Kettering and thought I was getting some delicious bourbon chicken, bought two orders of it and regretted it immediately once I opened the container. The chicken was not grilled nor had any resemblance to bourbon chicken. The rice was mush, and the smell would make one think they were being served a banquet brand oven dish.

Brock Masterson's Catering & Events puts out some of the best food in town, and whether you're experiencing that at a festival or a catered event, you'll undoubtedly be hooked. Chef Rick's talent, creativity, focus on quality ingredients, and spot-on flavor profiles make every dish a delight. Their team is friendly and highly competent, and they always ensure that everything is perfectly orchestrated. They are my top choice for catering any event, be it casual or formal!

Always great food and lovely service. The best choice for a meal at festivals or for special events. Their crab cake hash with dill sauce is especially wonderful.

Very pleased with catering provided for a reunion. Rick Does an amazing job. I received Many compliments on our food . Chicken skewers were moist all evening-as were meatballs. I recommend the lasagna! The cheese and veggie trays were beautiful as well as yummy. Definitely recommend! And special thanks to Traci and her helpful daughter for set up!

They did an excellent job catering my daughter's wedding. The food was amazing and the reception was beautiful. We got so many complements on it. Traci had everything so organized and detailed. I had all the information I needed when talking to the other vendors, placing orders, etc. I would highly recommend.

Brock Mastersons thanksgiving is awesome. This is my second year of using them. The food is beyond good. They were also really good getting back to me. I asked for extra items and substitutes and they accommodated my requests. Their professionalism is great. Order pull up at your time slot and they put it in the car. It's packaged for easy heat up the next day. I believe I'll be ordering every thanksgiving. Thanks Brock Masterson for the awesome meal. My family thanks you too!

I was at courthouse Square and saw Brock Masterson's catering, heard such great things about them I had to try their food. I was more than happily surprised how amazing my pork chop sandwich was, had to been the best pork chop sandwich Ive had in a long time.

My husband and I were blown away by the professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail that Traci and her team showed throughout the wedding planning process and on our special day. Not to mention, the food was DELICIOUS! She worked so well with the other vendors to ensure everything went according to plan. We highly, highly, highly recommend this caterer!
