Undoubtedly one of the best places to eat in Middletown! Our appetizers were fantastic and so were the entrees. Everything was a great price and came out surprisingly fast. The building is on the smaller side but we were able to make a reservation before arriving. It's a cute place that you should definitely try!

The best chicken wings around and it's not even close. The dry rub is amazing and the perfect amount. The chicken lettuce wraps and Grippos Burger is top tier and can't miss. Their selection of Bourbon is excellent as well. The only drawback is that the tables are literally right on top of each other which makes personal conversation hard.But it's worth it - get your food to go or whatever cause this is a can't miss place

Stopped in for a quick dinner. We absolutely adored the Broasted Grippo wings, sooooo yummy! Shrimp taco were a little on the watery side and could use more flavor they were a little bland. We sat at the Bar and received excellent prompt service. Would definitely come back for those Grippo wings, they were perfectly tender inside yet crispy on the outside.

We enjoyed it! The food was excellent, though not a huge selection. I would describe it as elevated bar food; highly elevated, plus there's Chicken and Waffles on offer! Is this available all day; are there different menus for dinner time? I do not know. Ours was a Sunday noon visit.Of course I went for the C&W. Our waitress, Danielle, asked if I wanted it tossed in the honey hot sauce. It was a very good question and I opted to take it on the side. Way more hot than honey, and I was glad to be able to drizzle and dip. The Waffles were excellent, crispy soft and just sweet enough. The syrup pour was generous. Chicken nice and tender. Phenomenal dish.Danielle, by the way, was one of the best waitresses we've experienced in recent memory. Shout out!My husband had the All American burger and loved it. The fries were special, lightly seasoned (didn't need salt) and pillowy soft inside. The half sour pickles were great! Lots of white tiles makes it very bright inside. Reclaimed wood and iron piping were included in the decor too. It seems kind of small, but when I back to visit the very clean and accessible ladies room, I noticed a much bigger second dining room with its own bar. It was not in operation at the time. I was unhappy that they only offered the extensive bourbon and drink list via a QR code. They should be proud enough of what's on offer to have quality printed lists. They didn't seem to have a problem with this in the past! I saw the photos on Yelp! They also try to steer you to use that for the food menu too but at least those are available in print (but missing a couple items, LOL). It didn't bother me because nothing would've been more appealing than the chicken and waffles. But, it might annoy you.Pro tip 1: the Fancy Sauce is perfect for dipping fries!Pro Tip 2: if you sit at one of the high tops by front window, your table will experience a tremor every time that front door slams closed.Keeping this one on the brunch list for sure.

Checked out this place for dinner the other night. We got the dynamite shrimp as an appetizer & it was delicious! Fried shrimp & the sauce on it was a little spicy and terrific! They have quite a menu from chicken, salads and burgers. I got the in & out burger. It had cheese and sautéed onions and their signature sauce. It was double patties as well. Loved it & loved the sauce! The fries were beer battered- my favorite kind, but I've heard they do very good gluten free fries there too! The ambiance was cool! Lots of bourbons behind the bar & a classy cocktail menu. One side of the restaurant is smaller with a small bar and the other side is much larger with another bar area. Didn't try a cocktail this time just had a beer, but I will definitely be back! Our service was also excellent!

Stopped in for a bite to eat caught them at a great time they open @11 had a great s'mores hot chocolate with smores bourbon and the chicken and waffles was good the chicken could had been a lil more crunchy had my grand daughter with me she is 3 I would say it's not kid friendly but our server Jayla C was great and like I said we went at a great time I will go back with friends to try more bourbon they have a nice selection

As always this is one of my favorite spots in Middletown. Don't skip Bourbon's Kitchen when you are in the Middletown neighborhood. The service, food and ambiance is needlessly to say: amazing! Try a craft beer or one of their delicious cocktails. You won't be disappointed!!!!

I went to Bourbon for lunch. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice. It was a pretty chill place. Highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be visiting again with family.

Dinner here recently was a nice find. They have a really good menu with a lot of choices. Great beer selection and of course they also offer flights of bourbon. Overall pretty good selection. The bar dining area was packed so they took us around the corner to another area. It was a little awkward as the restaurant next-door was closed and I felt like they were using part of their restaurant for additional seating. This was the reason I knocked off a star. The ambience was just a little goofy.The food on the other hand was fantastic, as well as our service. The chicken tenders, which is something I don't normally get or excellent. I would definitely come back again.

This place is amazing! We were in from Colorado and went there based on recommendation from some locals. Very cute non-chain new American food and great drinks. Large selection of reasonably priced draft beers. Good entrees (burgers, tacos, wings, etc.) and impressive French fries. Cocktails are in the $12 range and very tasty. Service was great too.
