Bourbon House Pizza

Fantastic pizza and fantastic service. This is a well run restaurant whose employees are always pleasant. The Chicago style pizza is out of this world.

Great atmosphere great service and great food. We got the Chicago deep dish which we all know takes a while in the oven so we got the bourbon wings which was really good. You can definitely tell the alcohol was not cooked out. Fried pickles were awesome and so were the fried mushrooms. Will definitely be back soon.

Best pizza we found in Florence! It was so good we went back three days later. The toppings were well balanced and the sauce was very good. Wish there was a Bourbon House Pizza in my home town!

We ordered carryout on Sunday around their 12pm opening. The food was ready quickly and hot. We ordered:1. Cheese bread - this was probably in the top 5 of my favorite cheesy breads. The flavors paired with the texture of the bread and cheese perfectly. (7/5 )2. Traditional style - this kids enjoyed this, and as the cheesy bread, great flavors. (4.5/5 )3. Chicago deep dish style chicken parmesan pizza - we thoroughly enjoyed this unique spin. It was delicious. (7/5 )4. Chicago deep dish style meat lovers pizza - if you love meat focused pizza pies this one's for you. Overall, it was pretty good, but I like some veggies in pizza. (4/5 )If I am in the area this would be a go to pizza place. When we return we will be trying the more traditional toppings on the Chicago style deep dish.

BEST pizza! Never worry. Service is always great; food is unbeatable; hands down favorite.

There wasn't a lot of seating for a big group but they still accommodated us. Food was really good but the atmosphere was a little more like a sports bar.

Sat very quickly even on a busy Friday night. Decent selection of domestic and a few other bottle beers. Service is great- very friendly and extremely perceptive to needing drinks, cleaning plates. Some of the best service I've had anywhere. Everyone chipped in- many employees passing by just spoke up and asked if we needed refills or plates taken away.Had the Loaded crinkle cut fries (bacon on the side) and they were probably the best cheese fries I've had. They're put into a ceramic bowl and 2 or 3 cheeses are put on top and they're put under a broiler. The cheese is gooey and crispy. Server with homemade ranch that is wow - really really good.2 large pizzas (we got the bourbon house pizza with ricotta, black olives, banana peppers, and green peppers. Thin crust. The kids got a pepperoni pizza - half with green peppers and half with bacon and meatballs. The meatballs in particular were complemented several times.The only reason why any food was left was because we were so full. The crust was chewy and crispy and the toppings were fresh and there were plenty of them.I'm just blown away and will recommend this place to anyone coming to Florence/covington/Cincinnati.

We came across a jewel of a pizza restaurant when we moved to Florence, KY in 2020. It was a bright spot in a year with a forced move for employment and the darkness of Covid shutdowns. We both lost a parent-isolated-to a hospital/nursing home lockdown. It might seem silly to some, but Bourbon House was a refuge for us. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was friendly. The pizza? Couldn't wait for that first bite of flavor exploding in our mouth! Unique in its taste. Not chain store pizza--but Italian restaurant pizza.You can ask the waitresses--the preacher and his wife came almost weekly to BH. Why? First, we just loved the pizza. It is an excellent pizza pie. Second, the garlic knots were worth fighting over. Third, we knew we would never have bad service. The waitresses are top notch! Fourth---we loved the atmosphere. To sit in a quiet and quaint restaurant, watching and listening to people who loved the pizza and the knots was relaxing. :-) People just enjoy this small restaurant.We made a move in October to Canton, GA, and, after wasting a lot of money on greasy, tasteless, topping-less pizza, our go-to pizza is Marcos. Pretty sad, huh?? There is no pizza we have found to compare to Bourbon House. First time as we are new to Kentucky fromBuffalo NY. Big shoes to fill for pizza and wings but we were pleasantly surprised!!! Bourbon BBQ flavor on the wings was amazing I'd prob just cook wings a little more because they were big size wings- which is great!!! We got thin crust meat lovers pizza which was great as well. The outside crust was perfect but we ordered an XL size so the middle crust was too floppy maybe just needed to be cooked a little more. I'd ask for well done next time. Got side Caesar salad- wayyyy too much dressing I'll definitely have to ask for it on the side next time. Overall great experience. Loved the small quaint atmosphere. We will be back!! All the staff was very attentive and friendly!!
