Borromeo's Pizza and Italian

Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Gluten free crust was crunchy and flavorful. Loved the barbecue chicken. Great local pizza place. Can't wait to go back to try some other things.

We came in. The place had 7 people there. We seated ourselves. Waiter arrived in about 5 minutes. Brought our drinks and took our order. We ordered the big salad and a supreme pizza. My son got the bbq chicken pizza. The big salad was not big at all. I can't even imagine what the small salad looks like. The lettuce in the salad was nasty. I cannot believe this was served to a customer. When l showed it to the waiter, he said he could take it off the bill. I didn't want it taken off, my husband wanted a salad. I asked "can't you just fix a fresh one?" and he said "no". I can't believe this place could not make a new one. The dumb look on this guy's face said he had no idea about salads. His only solution was to take it off the bill. So we canceled our order and went to get my husband a salad. If you can't make a something as simple as a salad, I am not even going to chance a pizza. After thinking about this the salad may have been bigger if the salad was not limp and nasty. But I would still not call it a "big salad".

My review is based on lunch visits only, partially during covid when it was pretty quiet and not too many people were ever in the restaurant. We'd often go Thursday's for the beer pitcher specials.The food is on par with pretty average bar food, nothing I had was awful but also nothing spectacular to write home about either. Don't go in expecting super high quality or anything crazy fresh/local. I'd definitely recommend the pizza or calzone's over anything else. The calzone was the best thing I tried for sure and would definitely get that again. The appetizers and sandwiches I had were fine but not great... Younger servers were usually working when we were there and sometimes the service was a bit spotty but not bad overall.I'm not in the area much anymore so haven't been in a while but would go back for a few certain things and an ice cold beer..

I had a delightful lunch at Borromeo's Pizza and Italian! This quaint spot charmed me from the moment I walked in. The service was efficient and friendly, making me feel right at home. The Stromboli. was delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors, and the Italian dishes were authentic and flavorful. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal in a cozy atmosphere! Five stars!

We have been coming here for years and always enjoyed it. Went there tonight and there was hardly any one there, should have been a sign on how bad its gotten.The service was terrible, the waitress for got my salad. The pizza was Luke warm and the hot ham was just a piece of ham on a roll. The waitress never checked on us and just stood around talking. Don't plan on going back.

Absolutely fabulous! Just moved into the area, thankfully right up the street from Borromeo's and I am SO HAPPY that we don't have to drive across town for rad pizza and subs. This is officially 'our spot'. We got a couple meatball subs, a club, a chicken Parmesan sub, and Italian, a pizza and a few sides (pickles, mozzarella sticks, cinnamon bread) and everything was delicious. Warm and fresh and awesome ingredients. We picked up near the end of the night and the guys working were super sweet, laid back and chill. Inside was super clean and smelled fantastic. We will definitely have this spot on the revolving menu!!!

Delicious pizza! The cheese on the pizza was so stretchy that it was like a cartoon. The toppings were generous, and the crust was buttery. I cannot comment on ambience or service because the pizza was picked up.

First time trying. Loved the pizza and breadsticks. We will be back. Only complaint was on the way our food had been driven through a war zone and back - but that's not the restaurants fault. It still tasted good.

Ok..... So anyone who's read any reviews of mine should know how serious I am about my Fried Pickles.... Very Serious.. And if you mess those up things may not go well.. Lol.With that said.. these were probably the worst Fried Pickles I've ever had.. even after ordering them extra crispy... I got the complete opposite. Too thick, soggy and the worst breading you can find on a fried pickle... This is why this review lost 2 stars for me!!NOW... this review was saved by how well cooked and delicious the pizza was.. I got a meat lovers - minus the ham - and I must say it was on point!. Packed with ingredients, perfectly cooked and full of flavor.So for me.. Yes on the Pizza and Noooo on the Pickles

We love this place for any and all occasions. If u like sports and beer this is ur go-to place! Pizza is awesome and staff r amazing. Chandler will take care of ur beer and food needs. Great TV's and beer specials during the games!
