I stopped in to buy a keg of beer. This distributor sells to the public and carries 90+ different beers. I selected a keg of Sweetwater 420 as its on tap locally, I've tried it and it's an Extra Pale Ale. Bonbright is easy to deal with and has friendly service. They seem to be in transition for selling to the public, working off a table in the truck warehouse.

How do you mess up keg beer right?!?!? With poor customer service! After checking the website and telephone VM several times this week I loaded up two empty kegs to exchange today only to find this sign on the door... Called from outside the door and spoke with Amber whom I asked why they wouldn't update their website or VM, she said I should've pressed the right numbers and spoke with someone before coming. How hard would it have been to update customers via website/VM regarding your COVID-19 restrictions...

Unless you want the shitty Bud/Miller legs expect to get something you didn't walk in for. Their list of beer is nice but they never have anything in stock. Now they are under construction and both doors are locked so I can't even get in to see someone. Is it too hard to have someone around to help customers? I guess I will go to the other distributor down the road.

Recently bought 2 kegs here for a wedding. I am impressed with the selection they have. They carry Blue Moon, which is a definite plus, but the main reason I went there was because they carried Heineken. Dock sales hours are kind of limited, especially for weekends, but every beer distributor I have dealt with has similar times. Deposits on kegs are an additional $30 per, and deposits on taps are $50 per day. All of the deposits are refundable, except for the $1/day cost of the tap. I believe my keg of Heineken was just under $150, and my keg of Miller Lite was right around $75. The staff was very friendly, and the guy brining out the kegs to my truck was helpful.

They had a very wide variety, the guy who brought the kegs to my truck was very helpful and nice. Only issue was I waiting for about 15 minutes before somebody came to the sales table

Good selection but poor customer service. When I initially purchased a 1/6 barrell for a party I stood at the counter for 2 minutes while 3 gentlemen on a saturday never asked to help me. Finally, I initiated a conversation to buy something. Isn't this draft SALES? It gets better. I go to return my keg to get the deposit back and have to page the extension 3 times to get somebody! I waited 20 minutes at this "sales counter." The guy who showed up did not apologize about my wait and was antisocial. As a person in sales, they need some more personable people. Had I been there today to get a keg I would have walked out and went to Heidelberg
