Valerie W may disagree, but "I Think This Is The Beginning Of A Beautiful Friendship." We haven't been here before, I know it's a Springfield staple, but we don't golf. We don't have history with the place, so we can't review how it used to be compared to now, we were pleasantly surprised with the value.2 appetizers, 5 wings and a basket of fried cauliflower...2 entrées, giant fish sandwich with fresh cut fries and a large club salad...2 pops with a decent tip and we were at $50.....it's like it's 2020 with no inflation.I didn't like the garlic boom-boom sauce I got for my wings, I couldn't taste the garlic or the boom, but the wings are good with out sauce. The fries could have been crispier for me, just right for Richelle.Staff was friendly, atmosphere is family friendly, after youth sports team friendly. Dinning area is weird, like a banquet hall with tables, but we sat out on the patio.We though the service was good, seemed like they were managing fine, probably could have had one more on staff?So we "discovered" we liked a place we have driven by many times in the past 20yrs, on our way to the place with goats and ice cream.

Now where did My review go? I know I posted one. My sister suggested that I try this place. She said one of her favorites was the fried Balogna sandwich. I'm 67 years old, never in my life have I ever as much as entertained the idea of ordering a fried balogna sandwich in a restaurant. A notion that on one hand is somewhat silly considering I've had BLTs in diners across the USA. But then not so silly when you consider how much more skill it requires to properly prepare the perfect BLT. I could tell the cook took pride in his work in assembling my sandwich. The bacon was a nice thick slice of perfectly fried goodness. The tomato was also sliced thick. It had just the right Ballenger of crispy lettuce. I ordered sweet potato fries which turned out to be an awsome compliment to the BLT. Amanda was our server. She was friendly and attentive. I recommend Bogeys. I don't know that I'd ever order a Fried Balogna sandwich, but they do have other menu items I would try . I'm thinking of trying thier pizza sometime.....

A nice gem here. We've stopped here a few times over the last year. Food is great, never had a bad meal here yet. Wish it was closer to home for us. Any time we come through here we will stop. I recommend the Mushroom Swiss Burger......Damn good .

Went to this place because of a friend said that the pizza was great. The pizza was thin crust with old world pepperoni, and lots of it. I am all about great sauce and this sauce was only ok, little sweet and not to spicy. The wife tried the bone in wings and said they were great, but her cheese sticks were still cold and frozen. Large place but they close off sections in winter. Was very busy the night we were there with 2 bartenders waiting on all tables and serving drinks at the bar.

Maybe they should close the dining room when there's a party booked, or at least put up some sort of notice that service in the dining room will be slow/non-existent. That's what we encountered before, and this past Friday night, it was worse than ever. We sat at a high top table, practically right in the middle of the main dining area, waited for at least 15-20 minutes, and never even were acknowledged. IF it seemed like the waitresses were suuuuuuper busy (yes, busy, but not busy enough to cut back on schmooooooozing with the regulars) or if they had even bothered to acknowledge that we were there ("sorry, pretty busy, will get to you asap...") we might have waited around a bit longer. Instead, they looked at us a few times, worked a few other tables, schmoozed, and continued to ignore us. The manager kept peeking in on the party, though they seemed to be doing fine without her "attention," and when we finally picked up and left, she was clueless enough to call out, "Thanks, have a great night!!" Well, we did, elsewhere, and we will continue to do so, for the foreseeable future. New, under-trained/indifferent staff, management that seems to be having a party of her own, oblivious to what's going on on her "watch," menu with pricing that continues to go up, without any noticeable changes/updates, all spell out that it's time for us (regulars as well for YEARS now) to once again take a break from this previously MUCH better local hangout. Not worth the aggravation....

I love this bar! We live across the golf course so it's very convenient, however if the service and food wasn't absolutely AWESOME we wouldn't visit or review. Best pizza & wings EVER! Bartenders are very friendly & spot on service! Love the cozy atmosphere both indoor & outdoor seating!! I've held my birthday party here & our graduating class held 20th reunion here. Has a private room you can book. Love everything about this bar!

Went to Bogey's with 2 friends and the three of us ordered burgers. Delicious is the best way to describe these burgers! They were not only very tasty, but extremely juicy as well. Our server Kesha was attentive, friendly and very polite. The atmosphere was also warm and friendly. It had been a couple of years since I had eaten at Bogey's and like before, I was not disappointed. Rick B.

I heard that Bogey's had good pizza so I stopped in on a Sunday. Half the tables were taken. I sat at a curved table in the middle of the room. Within 10 minutes, the waitress walked passed me 4 times without any acknowledgement. I left. Won't go back. Maybe I wasn't a local. Can't give them O stars.

Missy and Dawn were so welcoming! Even on a holiday weekend they welcomed us in and informed us that the kitchen was closed but it was okay since we were just here for drinks. Can't wait to come back and try some food! Missy was a wonderful bartender.Both her and Dawn provided amazing conversation and service. Stop by if your looking for good conversation or a good after golfing drink!Will be back!
