Best meal and experience I have had this year. Very classy and such a fun-sophisticated vibe on the inside. They do offer coat check. Service all around was impeccable, especially table side. While the price is high, it was well worth it.The Pommes Soufflés ($19) were light, crispy, and perfect with the dipping sauce. The foie gras torchon ($30) was rich and beautifully paired with quince and brioche. The halibut ($48) was tender with a silky parsnip purée, and the red heritage chicken ($44) with truffle risotto was fantastic.Dessert was just as impressive, especially the maple mascarpone cheesecake ($15) and roasted hazelnut ice cream ($12). Would absolutely recommend and was worth every penny.

My partner and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary at Boca and it was such a lovely meal! To help us celebrate, the waitress even brought us two free flutes of champagne - so sweet! We ordered the Pommes Souffles, a salad, the Boca Scallop, a pasta, and the Halibut - everything was delicious. Our favorites were the Pommes Souffles - puffed up potato pillows, a must try, ignore the $$, the Boca Scallop - so tender with an amazing caramelized brussel sprouts, and the Halibut - tender, flavorful, everything you can ask for in a fish entrée. We wrapped up the meal with the Candy Bar 3.0 - yummy as expected but a bit sweet for our liking, tooooo much candy bar.Great high quality food, great service, great ambiance for an evening out. Highly recommend!

Boca delivers an upscale dining experience. The Pommes Soufflés "1949" were flaky, crisp, and reminiscent of a fancy salt & vinegar chip--absolutely perfect. The Haricot Vert paired perfectly with a creamy egg, making it velvety and indulgent. The Diver Scallop dish with Brussels sprouts struck a perfect balance of sweet and savory--every bite was incredible. For dessert, we had the Candy Bar. While rich and satisfying for dark chocolate lovers, it could've used lighter flavors to balance the heaviness.Elegant atmosphere, impeccable service, and amazing food.

Boca lives up to its hype. Absolutely amazing menu and drinks. The entrees are shareable making it easy to sample many menu choices. The Beef Wellington was delectable and beyond marvelous. Perfectly cooked and prepared with top notch presentation. We started out with a bottle of red wine then I moved onto espresso martinis. They paired perfectly with the Wellington. Then for desert we tried the Pomme d'Amour. My god this apple looking thing was out of this world. I'd go back just to get that.I also was impressed with our waitress. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She was able to tell us in extent about the menu and pair able choices.Boca is a nice a year thing for us, but definitely worth trying if your fine dining downtown.

Food taste 5 stars. Pricing 3 stars. Service 4.5 stars. Took 3 hours to eat and 1 hour to order. We were given glasses of prosecco for our anniversary. I can only give Boca 4 stars overall. 90 dollars for a 20 dollar retail bottle of wine is high. 10 dollars for a bottle of sparkling water expected. A small lobster brioche for 37 is very high. You are talking a 1 inch cracker with a little piece of lobster and caviar. Not shareable so we needed 2 for 74. Single scallop with Brussel sprouts for 33; expected from reading reviews. We skipped the $8 bread.so so pasta with pork/beef dollars. I would skip that. Prime tenderloin and Maine lobster for 85 dollars was good but it was a taste. Go to Jeff Ruby's. With tip we spent 500 dollars. We passed on dessert so they gave us 2 scoops of Gelato. It was worth trying Boca. Food was excellent but not at thise prices. This is in the old Maisonette restaurant. That was a 5 star Michelin restaurant that we ate at 3 times including our engagement.

The ambiance was warm and inviting with a few hints of the ghost of the Maisonette. We were seated immediately when we arrived at our reservation time on a Saturday night. Our waiter did an excellent job of walking us through each of the small plates. He talked about the preparation details for each and suggested variations of the dishes for some nut allergies at the table. He provided an anniversary gift of a glass of Prosecco, which we toasted and then sipped slowly as we perused the menu. While on the smaller side, the choices were so exquisite that we needed time to determine what would be shared and what stood as a solo item. Lobster Brioche is amazing and definitely NOT one to be shared. Pommes Soufflés "1949" was spectacular. Light, airy, and so good! The aioli that accompanied it added a nice touch to the tastebuds. This is their nod to the Maisonnette days and a "do not miss" item.I ordered the "Arpege" Salad with Walnut Pralines and Champagne Shallot Vinaigrette. It was a nice-sized portion and easy to share. The Diver Scallop with Caramelized Brussels Sprouts and Brown Butter Truffle Vinaigrette was very tasty, especially the Brussels sprouts, which I would have ordered an entire dish of if it were an option. I would not recommend sharing this item--it's best to enjoy your own, as the solo scallop is not that large. We shared Lumache con Salsiccia and Mafaldine con Bolognese (Dry-Aged Beef, Parmigiano), which were both wonderful. The former is a pasta dish and was very filling. The Prime Tenderloin with Maine Lobster, Fingerling Potatoes, and Béarnaise, Bordelaise sauce was a very nice sized portion and could be shared if your goal is to try as many dishes as possible. At this point in our anniversary evening, after having had a bottle of wine, we were stuffed and so declined dessert and coffee. Our waiter brought us a gratis anniversary dessert anyway, saying that an anniversary needed to be further celebrated. What a wonderfully caring server and so knowledgeable about not only the menu but also the history of the restaurant.

Beyond perfect! Starting with my server Kyla. She is excellent: warm smart helpful fun kind. Holiday week Boca is open for lunch. I had the three-course special and a mocktail: absolutely exquisite! Lobster bisque fish in the best breading chocolate mousse. Savoring every bite plus the environment is so special!

What an incredible experience. We were so well taken care of at Boca. This was our first time visiting and it was such a pleasant surprise. Obviously it's on every top list in Cincinnati, but I had never had anyone I knew recommend it before. We went for my partner's birthday. Cocktails were incredible. Our waitress told us how the menu is mostly made up of small, shareable plates. We got the scallop with Brussels (not pictured) and the elote pasta. Both were delicious, but very very small, even for two people. The beef Wellington was the main reason we went. It's really the only place in Cincinnati that has a traditional one on the menu. It is plenty of food for two people to split, and it was really the star of the show. Worth it right there. Our dessert was also incredible. The wait staff also brought out a little complimentary ice cream with a candle for my partner, which was very nice. Overall we had a great time, but it was way pricier than what we anticipated. Great food, great atmosphere, but probably one of the most expensive places in the whole city. Great for a special occasion.

When we think of somewhere special to come for dinner, often, our first thought is Boca. We love the staff and especially the manager, Nicole! Tonight we came in because we're going to a show at the Aronoff! Very convenient! So happy to be here and looking forward to our pomme soufflé with the amazing 'Maisonet' sauce for dipping. We were fortunate because tonight, they had the lobster bisque on the menu! What a treat! It was absolutely delicious with the light, airy croutons that somehow were still crunchy inside of the bisque. There's also a good amount of sweet lobster. It was delicious. Our next dish was the Rockefeller oysters. They were big with a delicious crunchy topping We followed with the diver scallop and brussels sprouts, which is just out of this world. And we ended with the halibut which this time had the brown butter sauce!!Oh, and as a sidenote, I love their new martini glasses! There's nothing better than a martini in a martini glass!

Boca, you're still great!Celebrated my birthday here last Wed, and it was as good as the last visit. The ambiance, service, and cuisine are unparalleled. We ordered the bread service which I do find unfortunate as one should not have to pay for bread at such a fine dining establishment (Daniel, Le Bernardin, Jeff Ruby, Jean-Georges etc., does not charge.) We had to have the delectable pomme frites again and my request for extra sauce was obliged. For plats, we went with the charred leeks, Raviolo San Domenico, Mafaldine con Bolognese, and Beef Wellington. The star of them all was the raviolo, and the chef should seriously consider making that a larger plat option (with multiple ravioli) as it was divine. The Beef Wellington met my expectations, but it was large and could easily feed 3 ppl. For dessert, they graciously provided me with a scoop of strawberry sorbet, which was tasty and refreshing. I additionally ordered the citron which was a nearly perfect replica of a lemon with cake, and the meringue was superb. By the end of the meal, we were both thoroughly stuffed. Be aware that if you opt for sparkling/still water, they will charge you for multiple bottles, so stick to one bottle for a table for 2. I'll be able to order the right number of plats one of these days. Thanks again, Boca!
