The only good thing I can say is that the employees are awesome. Other than that I have nothing but complaints. The store considers a 1 day supply to be 2.83, that'll start at $38, the majority being $41. In what world would someone want to pay that daily?On top of these ridiculous prices they only take card in whole numbers; for example, if your total is $35.66 then you will be charged $40 and be handed the difference in cash (never been to any dispensary like that) also the app and website never work if you want to pay online AND I MEAN NEVER WORK EVER! If you're using cash then you're good but I personally do not carry cash and I know many other people who don't. 96% of the time they only have 1 person signing people in and it is so slow. They do have sales but you better hope you get there before it runs out or you have cash to get it online because it will sell out and you'll be stuck with the overpriced bs. Also most of their indicas have cbd in them, a lot of people don't want cbd but they charge more for sativas here so if you don't want cbd you'll probably have to get a hybrid or pay more.

This place is consistently disappointing. Run sales with no product, NEVER have an up-to-date inventory list, have two people checking folks out with 30 people waiting, and a "manager" just standing watching the folks wait. Waiting in line with a list to be ready to purchase when I get called to the counter is useless because they will have to go back and forth and back and forth to see if what you've chosen is actually available. This place needs new management, new processes and an overhaul in customer service. 10/10 would not recommend.

Everything is so wonderful about this place. New, clean, stylish decor, FRIENDLY STAFF. Little to NO WAIT. Updated menu every 5 minutes. Clear on what you're getting and for how much. Very knowledgeable staff, especially Lisa. She is the bees knees. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. AMAZING products, HUGE selection. They help you find the product that works best and does what you expect it to. They explain everything, they'll let you change your mind a million times, and ask them a list of questions. Once you try this stuff, you will never go anywhere else to get your prescriptions.

I love this place, but I notice some of the employees doesn't make sure they use the 30% off we get. Like yesterday I ordered my stuff and at the very end I was like did u use my 30% off and she said no, I was like "really" So If I didn't mention it she would of never used it. That's $75., to me that's alot of money. Some make sure u get your money's worth. That means more to me than anything. A way to save money.I don't no if she is new or ? I wish she would think if that's her money she would use it.

This place is horrible and slow and false advertises all the time. Every time you guy there you'll always have to deal with someone new cause the place is a revolving door for employee. Something must be going on that they can't keep employees. The place has gotten better than when it first opened but most people prefer to go somewhere else if available. wish the customer service was better, they should take notes from consume and sunny side. Just remember if you have a veteran or indigent discount just pay attention cause the employee admitted they have been false advertising and a lot of people have been complaining.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I don't feel judged or stupid for asking questions. The atmosphere is always nice and cheerful. I have always been an exclusive Bloom 7 mile customer. The new system put in place for walk-ins and on line orders has me rethinking my loyalty. It has change the whole atmosphere of the dispensary. Totally didn't like how I was made to feel by being a walk-in. not to mention it really hasn't helped speed things up. It puts the older people and phone illiterate people at a disadvantage it almost seems like discrimination on a way. very unhappy regular
