Bill's DonutsYes to Online Take Away'Tis a glorious sunny Friday at 10:20 AM as I arrive at Bill's Donuts. There is no traffic on the roads of Centerville. As I enter Bill's parking lot, there is only one parking space. Why are so many folks at Bill's? The human line extends from the long counter to the parking lot.Clearly Bill's Donuts is arguably the "best" donut shop in Ohio, or at least SW Ohio, or Centerville.Bill's has recently remodeled and added an Interior take away counter apart from the scurry of the long line. The Online process is "bugy." I recommend a jpg of the donuts to be ordered. The confirmation of the order is missing. Nevertheless, my wife has several favorites including the Cruller.A cruller (/krlr/) is a deep-fried pastry popular in parts of Europe and North America. In Europe it is typically either made of a string of dough that is folded over and twisted twice to create its signature shape or is formed from a rectangle of dough with a cut in the center allowing it to be pulled over and through itself to produce distinctive twists in the sides of the pastry. In North America, it is typically a form of cake doughnut made in a small loaf or simple stick shape or, in the case of the "French cruller", extruded in a ring from choux pastry.Bill's does not identify a Cruller donut; thus, I must guess at to identity, and I get it right. Next is a chocolate iced donut; there are several choices, and fortunately I recall that my wife prefers custard to crème - this is the Chocolate Iced Custard Long John. Of course I rearrange fridge to accommodate this order.The clerk at take-away is very busy, and a bit annoyed to sort out my take away order; perhaps, customer training is in order. The very small parking lot precludes a take away window. Perhaps, I should have done Take Away at 2:36 AM.All in all, I survived rudimentary On Line instructions and an annoyed clerk at Bill's.

My boyfriend is from Dayton and said Bill's donuts were a must try. We came by pretty late at night (they're open 24/7) and got their pretzel donut and a red velvet cake donut. Their pretzel donut was the best glazed donut i've ever had! The way that it was made makes it perfectly airy inside. The red velvet donut was good as well, though perhaps a bit too sweet. It would've been perfect if it was cream cheese frosting on top instead!

I traveled from Cincinnati, had a job assignment near the area. The local DD wasn't open so I gave this pace a try. The store front wasn't what I expected, was a bit hard to find the entrance. The ambiance isn't colorful or inviting like other donuts or pastry shops. I like that the shop is a 24/hr service. I work third shift so this is helpful for a late night pick me up. Plenty of donut options/flavors. I purchased some donuts for me and my coworkers and some hot beverages. I rate the donut flavors 9.5/10. I wasn't overwhelmed with sugar but donuts were bursting with flavor. Coffee was good as well. Customer service was basic no, complaints. Bakers/workers are doing their best serving the community throughout the day. Smiles can go both ways just be mindful we're all human beings.

Best donuts in the Dayton area and it's not even close. The blueberry cake donut is the best I've had out of several states' local donut shops. I also really love their fall/seasonal flavors! Bill's never disappoints.

Yummy donuts. Went here today and got some donuts. The service was great. Got right in and out. The atmosphere was good. They had a lot of donuts to choose from. I love the chocolate with white filling.

I had heard due to new ownership they were worse but I didn't notice it. The donuts were the same. The service was the same.With that said, I think their donuts have always been pretty above average. Normal... good but not memorable, craveable or great.I like that it's fast and convenient. The staff is friendly. They're open 24 hours.

Glazed pretzel twist donuts are the bomb. These are some of the tastiest glazed donuts around. Also had the sour cream glazed which were amazing. This donut shop does not disappoint. In addition to donuts they also offer muffins and danish. Make it a pint to stop at this 7x24 hour donut shop if in the area

Great variety and very moist donuts. Pastries are also well done. A must visit in Dayton!

This makes me so sad to do. I use to love love Bill's especially at 1am lol since it is open 24 hours. Well since the new owners took over the quality is down and the workers are not friendly. The donuts were hard and not fresh like the old Bill's we all knew and loved.
