Billie Gold Bubble Tea

I've been going to the Billie Gold truck for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Thai Gold, Taro, Strawberry Fields, all classics!This evening I stopped into the brick 'n' mortar on Watervliet it was amazing! I tried one of the seasonal drinks called "Sugar and Spice" which was a spiced Chai tea with coffee jellies and it knocked my socks off. My wife had the "Hedgehogs Bounty" which, as well as being a super cute name, was also delicious. The decorations and seating inside are super unique and comfortable - can't recommend enough.

Boba? Bubble? Play on words? I haven't a clue about that but I do know that the drinks are delicious and refreshing! As ate the super nice folks who run the truck. Since we got there when we were the only ones there, I asked a lot of questions as a 1st timer and they answered them all while smiling. I asked about lower sugar options and she stated she could make any drink with less sugar than normal but also offered me an option of blackberry tea. But then notes the little 'pearls' have sugar in them so if I wanted those then it would add sugar. My lovely wife got the special and i got the lower sugar option. They were both tasty but the special one was a tad bit better. I had never had bubble tea. Everyone raves about it. I think it was fun! I am a tea drinker, but what makes bubble tea different is the texture. I tried the Black tea with peach and mango. I usually like a lot of ice in my tea to keep it cold but it was ok because I drank it faster because of the bubbles. I stood in line at Artfest for my first try. They were nice and helped me try something out. I also saw signs for the clover rewards around so I was able to take advantage of that at checkout. A few days later, my daughter and I had it again at the high school while at the homecoming parade. She got a lemonade slush with strawberry bubbles. Without the bubbles it tasted very sour. When you got the bubbles, it tasted like strawberry lemonade. I would definitely go again. Good service and fun tea!

A super solid boba tea truck. Obviously you can't go whenever you want since it's a truck but I stopped by at an art studio festival. I got the Thai gold tea with tapioca. Absolutely awesome. If you like boba tea and live in Dayton or are traveling here and Billie Gold is nearby DO NOT miss out.(Shoutout to Amy, Richard, Ryan, Doug and Brutus)

SO HAPPY THAT BUBBLE TEA HAS FINALLY GOTTEN TO DAYTON. I usually have to go to Cincinnati or Columbus for boba so I'm happy I finally got a chance to get some! I hope they expand soon & get a store front! I would love that! I got the matcha & lavender bubble tea with coconut milk & tapioca. Prices are pretty standard. A small is $4 and a larger is $6! You can customize your drink or just order some premise drinks they have on their menu! It was a bit sweet & I hope they let us adjust the sweetness if they expand like some boba shops do. But otherwise still good! Definitely want to try some more flavors if their food truck is in Kettering more often!

Dayton bubble tea options are pretty scarce. Especially good ones. Right now I am looking at Ginger and Spice for their milk tea and Xuan for their line they are pumping out.Enter this pearl I found by accident on the interwebs. Granted it is 20 degrees outside, I went to chase this truck down on the first date i saw them post. I was not sorry!Comes in large for $6 and $4 for small. They have 4 or 5 signature combos, but in opted to go with mango slushy, pineapplr slush, yogurt with raspberry and their signature coffee concoction .. all with boba. The boba are not particularly sweet, but I am ok with that. They were the perfect consistency. The flavor was not too sweet. I highly enioyed my drink. The slush is not fresh fruit but it was not obnoxiously sweet. I am a fan. I will be chasing them. One of the best choices around that doesnt require me to drive an hour to columbus or cincy! Oh! Download clover app, every 11th drink is free if u use the app loyalty card!!!

We got the "drink of the day" which was Passion Fruit and Peach Green Tea with Popping Peach boba, and green tea jellies!Very friendly and fast service!! The tea was so perfectly sweet and crispy, and the boba/jellies were THE best mouth feel!! Love love love!

I've been wanting to try boba tea for so long now! I recently came across the Billie Gold Bubble Tea truck, thanks to Facebook! They were going to be at an event I was going to and I was so excited to finally try it. Since I'd never had bubble tea, I had no idea what to expect. I chose the "gold coast" from their menu. It's strawberry black tea with passion fruit boba. I got almond milk added to mine. I was blown away by how good it was! One of the best drinks I've ever had. My husband who doesn't like tea even loved it! I can't wait to get it again! You can follow their Facebook page to see the locations they'll be at and when. We tried three different drinks. They were all wonderful. They have plenty of flavors of teas and boba. Their bus is painted super cute. The staff was sweet and very helpful. We will definitely hunt this bubble tea truck down when we need a good, refreshing drink!!

Nicole is quite honestly the sweetest human ever. You can tell she loves Dayton and all the people in it. I haven't had a bad experience there, and have found the way they switched things up to do orders during the pandemic to be easy. We look forward to finding out where they'll be and picking up our favorites (my teen loves the Strawberry Fields and my fave is Gold Star - slushee style is basically a beach vacation in a cup) but honestly there isn't a bad one in the bunch.
