We stopped by Biggby Coffee for the first time because we received a coupon at the Cincinnati Cyclones game for a free small coffee. We had never heard of these shops before then, but had a great experience here.The staff was friendly and quick to serve us. It wasn't very crowded, but they still got our coffees within a few minutes of ordering.I also bought a coffee cake muffin and it was so fresh and moist. I would definitely recommend grabbing a muffin when in there.There was plenty of seating and the space is very relaxing. It would be a great place to work if you needed a change of scenery.

Finally decided to give Biggby Coffee here in Springboro a try. It's been here for a short while but it's kind of hidden as no signs posted on Main Street. It's located in the same building as FM(Farmers and Merchants) bank next door to El Toro Mexican eatery. Having never been to any Biggby store I really didn't know what to expect. Folks working here were super nice. Ordered what I would refer to as a caramel macchiato, the lovely folks here called it a caramel marvel. It's a bit too sweet for me(think liquid candy bar) but the flavor was tasty.

I'm only giving 3 stars because my husband enjoyed his coffee, my chai tea tastes like a cup of milk..... not to mention I waited 35 mins for 2 simple drinks. Second time I've came to this location and beyond disappointed yet again.

Biggby is my favorite coffee place that I have been to by far! Not only do they have a wide variety of food and drinks but they care deeply about their community! They also have the best pup cups around. Whenever I tell my dog we're going to Biggbys he gets so excited! I always feel welcome when I go here.
