Biggby Coffee

My first time visiting and having Biggby Coffee! A friend really recommends their coffee. I was not disappointed! The flavors were delicious and it was a great price. Loved this little spot. Great service!

Absolutely love Biggby. When it first came to Marysville, my coworker at the time and I would go there before our 12 hour shift. The whole staff is the absolute sweetest and always have a positive attitude. It has been awhile since I been there but even when I do go, they are as sweet as I remembered! Not to mention... the food and drinks are yummy!

Great customer service! The order wasn't what I thought it was & the lady working was quick to help. Although it sounds like customer service isn't a pillar at Bigsby as she mentioned typically they don't do that sort of thing so kiddos to the lady for bucking the trend and giving good customer service!!

Glad to see Biggby Coffee in central Ohio! Used to go to Biggby Coffee all the time when I lived in Toledo as there were several in the area. Wish there were some closer to Columbus as I would go more frequently. But having close to work helps! They gave a great selection of drinks which I think is superior to Starbucks, friendly staff , cheaper , and tastes better than Starbucks

Lines are too long! They need to stop serving food that takes 5 minutes to make. Stick with coffee and cookies/muffins. One time they gave me a drink that taste like fish... unsure how. When they had been nice enough to replace it they wouldn't take back the gross drink. And had no trash on site to dispose of it. I left it in parking lot. I'm not dragging a full cup around in my car all day that could spill at any time. I stopped going here because of the lines, their rewards also are not that great. You don't earn rewards when you use a coupon. Starbucks and others give you rewards based on dollars spent not full priced drinks purchased.

It's the best coffee place in Marysville and its not particularly close if you ask me. The staff is always fantastic and their drinks are the star of the show. I am not sure why, but this Biggby's drinks are better than several other Biggby locations I have been to.To keep this a fair review, the one issue you may run into is long wait times. It appears that their food menu slows them down and it is not uncommon for a car to sit at the window for 3-5 minutes if they order food. Occasionally, I have to skip Biggby when their line gets 10-15 cars deep, but I still go 2-3 times week so I obviously love it.

Customer service is outstanding! Sandwich's are very good as is their coffee! Easily our favorite place to go! Plus our dog Jax loves the Pup cups!!

Always delicious and service is always friendly and speedy. I love that it is unique. Great service!

I have been to a lot of Biggby franchises in Ohio and Michigan. This Marysville franchise is the worst. Frozen drinks are runny, nothing seems to be measured according to the drink recipe. The frozen Chai ordered yesterday was runny and very sweet but had no Chai flavor. Ordered a hot chocolate there and tasted like warm milk. Unfortunately this is a drive thru only, you might not taste your drink for a while after you leave. At walk in locations you usually taste before leaving. I've left this Marysville franchise with too many bad drinks and will no longer go there. I didn't realize any biggby could surpass the Marshall, MI franchise as worst biggby, but Marysville is the worst. Go back to basics. Count the number of pumps exactly. Measure the ice in your frozen drinks so they come out the way they are supposed to.
