If you love flavored coffee concoctions, Biggby Coffee is pretty much your magical mecca. If you're the type of person who sees a seasonal, "limited time" coffee menu and goes "I wish it had 30 more drinks to choose from", you're going to love Biggby. For real, their flavor combinations and offerings are a literal page, 3-column page long with what has to be over 60 different options.So if you love flavored concoctions, this is pretty much amazing.That being said, all of that customization does seem to make the service a bit slower. Even if the customer knows what they want, it seems like the drinks must be nested a bit in the online terminal as it takes the employees a bit to put everything into the system. Once drinks are made, as this location is brand new, it also seems like they're still working out the kinks on delivery and how to keep everything organized too. That being said, the employees are very friendly and helpful (and patient when the customer is the one who doesn't know what flavor they want). Coffee is delicious and very flavored even when we request half-flavoring. Treats come out warm and are very delicious. Their waffle breakfast sandwiches are a seriously savory treat with a maple flavoring that's so good. This is NOT the place to go for basic, know-where-your-beans-are-sourced coffee. They have a drive-thru for staying in your car. I don't think they have an order-ahead app. Turning left back out of the parking lot is difficult on this busy road. If you're using a coupon, make sure it applies correctly. Out of last 4 visits, only one time did the coupon apply correctly and not require a refund afterwards.

Extremely disappointing. I honestly don't know how this "coffee shop" received 5 stars from anyone. The choices are lackluster at best. No dark roast coffee, no sugar in the raw, just your basic refined sugar and no coffee sleeves. The employees acted as if they didn't want to be there anymore than they wanted customers to be there.Upon finding out there was no dark roast I asked for a simple cappuccino with oat milk and was met with a blank expression and even told by the employee that they didn't know if that was possible. I guess I should've asked for some abomination that included Red Bull since that seems to be their most popular drink versus actual coffee!What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the money and time.

Amazing place with amazing coffee. Breakfast sandwich is sooo good. My favorite is turkey havarti on an asiago bagel . Staff is so friendly and a really great place to hang out!

The drinks here are amazing!!! I've tried everything from a crème freeze to sweet foam cold brew. I did not like coffee till I tried Biggby, it's truly delicious. My favorite has to be butter bear! Caramel and butterscotch are an epic pairing! The vibes are also great as the baristas were so amazing and helpful they really know how to do things.
