Needed coffee really quick, and this happened to be close by. I was visiting my bf, who lives in the area, and I love the options of coffee. I'm so sad I discovered this place the day before I left. Will definitely be my main choice for coffee next time I'm in the area

After they opened up across the street and a few blocks from Fringe, I'll never go to a Biggby Coffee again. If you care about your local coffee shops and non-profits, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your caffeine fix in Hamilton.

Ordered the Butter Bear, which was good. The Frozen Black Bear was just okay. The main issue was the Toasted Cheese Ciabatta sandwich. As soon as I opened the package it had a smell, like something had gone off. Could see the bacon hanging outside the sandwich and it was looking very pale & floppy. Opened the sandwich and could see that the bacon wasn't cooked enough and the smell indicated it had gone bad.

I have to say I really enjoy Biggby coffee. I wish there was one closer to my house, but when I am in the area I do stop in. I love there cold brew drinks. I do want to try a hot drink but haven't done so yet. I will admit most of the time I am in the are it is Wednesday so I get to enjoy buy one get one free. Service has always been wonderful. And everyone is very polite. The building is very clean from what I have seen. I would rather come here than to the huge chain around the corner.

Service and cleanliness was very good. Their coffee was much better than Starbucks. I just had their basic coffee and it was really good. This location is near the Menards in Bridgewater Falls area .

Had to drive all the way to the biggby coffee in bridge water to get a banana Bananza mocha cream freeze because a lady had no idea what I was talking about and was so rude at this location let's just say they have lost my business avoid at all costs

We waited a super long time for our food and coffee. The barista was so kind though and gave us coupons and a free drink at our next visit. The food was surprisingly delicious for a chain shop - especially the tuxedo muffin!
