I really hate to give places low ratings but after my experience today, Bigby has earned it. Ordered one of the maple waffle breakfast sandwiches which I've had other locations. When I opened the sandwich, there were pieces of the waffle missing. I tried to ignore that and eat the sandwich. However, when I tried to bite into the sandwich, the cheese was so burnt and chewy I couldn't even take a bite. I ended up throwing the whole sandwich away. I really don't understand how you can serve a customer something that was this bad.

I am Biggby obsessed and this location is just the best! I'm so thankful for more coffee shop varieties moving into the township I work. The lines at Biggby are exceptionally shorter and faster than SB or nearby donut shops. Barely open a month and the team at Biggby graciously donated items to our school for appreciation week... talk about helping the community!!! As for the coffee itself, don't skip out on Caramel Marvels or Earl Grey tea lattes. Absolutely delicious. For a hearty breakfast, Turkey Havarti on Asiago bagel is a total crowd pleaser. I wish the Beechmont Biggby years of success!

I love Biggby, but highly recommend going to a different location. The people are friendly at Anderson but they skimp on toppings and flavorings. I asked for extra cream cheese today, which I don't have to do ever at Amelia or Montgomery - and my Turkey Havarti Bragel was still dry. My chai tea latte just tasted watered down. Don't even attempt to Doordash, it's even worse.

Love it! Butter bear is the best flavor. The ratio of ice to coffee is perfection. This location makes my drink perfect every single time. The employees are the friendliest as well. Drive thru is always fast and efficient.

I have always been a big fan of the "fancy" coffee drinks (according to my husband and dad who prefer plain coffee LOL). I am NOT a fan of those national chains that are on EVERY corner of EVERY city in EVERY state. I happen to find this new location of a new favorite chain, which is MUCH closer to my house. I got the skim mint mocha latte hot, and I couldn't drink it fast enough. It tasted like a peppermint mocha, but BETTER. I might actually go broke visiting this location.
