incompetent staff, made a duplicate profile on my card and have yet to resolve the issue, have been entirely unhelpful in fixing their mistake, 0/10 would not recommend

Good customer service, friendly staff, and selection is on point. Lots of good products and knowledgeable staff to explain the medicinal effects good or bad. I would recommend this place to many people.

very poor customer service. will not accept a valid form of ID. laws in Ohio prevent citizens from obtaining the physical drivers license in person - you renew and they have to mail it you, while you get an interim form of us in the meantime - apparently this is not enough to shop here even though it is enough to count as a drivers license and allows me to fly nowhere I want and even vote. just lazy people that do not want to help you - got the Forest on Mt Caramel rd and you will be much happier!!!

horrible experience. please consider another dispensary before going here. i was turned away twice on my first two visits and have not returned for a third visit. they didnt let me get my online medicine order due to a gliche (the 2nd visit). funny thing is other dispensaries doing 4 days a visit and i read beyond does the same but they told me no after a 40 minute drive. i have proof of my online orders and my gps trip tracker if anyone has questions/verification.

****Please Read****I just left this store 20 minutes ago and had an awful experience with the receptionist. I have been coming here for the last 6 months and never been treated so poorly. The guy who has dark hair with a high skin fade and had maybe 1 front tooth. Both patients in front of me were new. Every time I come here and other dispensaries in this situation, they allow existing patients to check in and skip due to it taking 10+ minutes for the client to fill out their paperwork and register. Mind you the store was not busy. Once the lady in front of me sits back down to fill out her paperwork, I move up to the counter waiting to get checked in. I stand in front of this guy for 4-5 minutes and he has yet to acknowledge my existence. I finally speak up "hey since she is new, can you go ahead and let me go ahead?" He is then extremely rude and says "im cutting". I explain that every time I come here and other dispensaries they let us existing patients go through. We go back and forth for 2-3 minutes and I finally said "You're acting like an a**hole." He then threatens to have me kicked out for "cussing" I asked him for his managers name and also his name and he hides his nametag. He then threatens to call the police on me and have me removed by force. Its clear that he didn't like me from the moment I walked in. I have spent a lot of money at this store and have never been treated like this by any other employee or dispensary. I will never spend another dollar in this store until this guy is no longer employed there.

They don't honor their deals online. I just wanted a good 420 they had me wait 30 minutes before a manager could come help me even though it wasn't busy. I honestly recommend you go to sunnyside I've never had a problem with them.
