I was originally going to not write a review on this place but a waiter changed my mind. I was initially greeted by a waitress that did not really care about the service all that much just enough to keep her job and did the minimum. I did not get her name and she didn't bother to get mine but this review is not about her, This review is more about Andrew H. He went above and beyond any and all expectations. He took the time to get my name and call me by name and treated me more like a friend than just another customer. Given just how crazy busy it was on Valentine's day, the service was outstanding and worth 5 stars. I had a large takeout order for 6 people and it was a fairly complicated order since I had to make phone calls to see what alternatives my party at the convention center wanted. Yes they were out of sandwiches and lasagna but they had the pizza and the chicken wings. But the patience, understanding and respect for people that Andrew had this past Friday night cannot go unnoticed. His excellent service gets a 5 star rating from me. The ambiance is as expected of any restaurant. I wasn't really paying that much attention to it because I was getting a to go order. But when I visit Louisville again and get that place, I will have to ask for Andrew as my server again. He did an EXCELLENT job.

Bearnos is so wonderful - I am partial to the Mama Bearnos or build my own pizza but I would imagine that they are all absolute perfection. For those doing takeout, it is reliable and accurate time wise. The service is excellent. The ambiance is exactly what you would think - relaxed, happy, and welcoming.

I was impressed by how well-balanced and flavorful this pizza was. The crust had a great crunch while still being soft inside, and the toppings were fresh and perfectly distributed. The cheese was rich and gooey, adding to the overall deliciousness. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making the experience even better. The restaurant had a casual but cozy ambiance, perfect for sitting down and enjoying a great meal.

The pizza was thin crust and heavily layered with cheese and different veggies. The overall pizza was really filly and hit the spot. We got a medium and it was enough for 2 of us. The only complaints are that there were a lot of green olives and banana peppers which overwhelmed the taste. The prices are also on the higher end. The decorations are amazing and I love the decor in the store. There are so many autographed of actors and different athletes. Service was fast and friendly too.

So every time I come and visit Louisville, I try to find small little places that might have some great food. As I was walking the downtown area, I found Bearno's and I was totally impressed. From my friendly bartender/waitress to the food that I ordered, I loved every bite. The restaurant is in the basement of the corner building. The bar is totally cool and it has a Cheers feel. So I didn't know what a "Louisville Pizza" was until now. Award winning and just slightly different enough to be their own, the Louisville pizza is Da Bomb! I usually don't eat the crust... until now! Come and taste this wonderful culinary Masterpiece. Their servings are generous and their service is top notch. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

4 days 4 restaurants and this was the first great meal I had in Louisville. Great old downtown restaurant with a cool vibe, super friendly staff and fantastic pizza. Place was super buys but the servers were always checking on you. The BBq chicken pizza was great, we also had a build your own pepperoni, beef and mushroom that was really good too. We also had the Derby Pie- so good. Highly recommended

In the downtown area for the PBR rodeo, this was the perfect place to have a quick bite before the event. We luckily arrived before the big rush and were seated promptly. We ordered a Moscow mule and Bahama breeze to drink while we browsed the menu. For food we both ordered small pizzas and an order of the BBQ bone-in wings. Service was a bit slow and it took over 45min to get our food. Once we received it, we had noticed it was an incomplete order of wings. Our additional 3wings were later brought out. Only frustration I had was everyone who arrived after us had received there food faster. Overall, the place was good, pizza average. However, the restaurant is in a great location on whiskey row.

I got a veggie pizza while my wife got a salad. Both were delicious! Pizza was a little on the expensive side but was very tasty. If you like thin crust pizza, you will enjoy it. The inside of the restaurant was decorated with posters and memorabilia from Louisville residents, athletes, etc.... As noted by other patrons, the address is no longer 131 W Main. It is now directly across from The Old Spaghetti Factory.

The absolute worst customer service tonight. I understand a convention is in town. They are swamped and over worked. There was 1 table occupied in front and 6 people at the bar at 8pm at night. I went into make a reservation for the following night and stood at their counter for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgment other than blank stares from the staff. I waited at the "to be seated" sign with zero recognition from the staff. Further, I checked after I left with my hotel, and the staff at the hotel confiemed the food sucks. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
