The building is super nice and had a fair amount of options. Most of what I wanted was in the back refrigerated section. The price of everything wasn't terrible but the employees didn't offer much help during the time I was there.

This place is legit when you looking for variety of good wines, beers, and spirits. I found wine and beers here that I couldn't find anywhere else. They don't over price items either. Friendly knowledgeable staff offered assistance finding what I needed. I forgot to mention they even stock a decent variety of cigars.I recommend a stop here. You'll likely be walking out with something you like.

This is a really great place to check out their stock of wines... spirits and beer. Stop by and talk with Dave in the wine area or Chris in the beer area and anyone one of the team for liquor assistance. They do have some beers on tap and wine on hand for sampling.

Helpful employees! Friendly. Experts are around, as in good sommeliers. Big store, lots of choices, they'll do special orders. Love the atmosphere. Wine tastings that are fun!

Great selection! Not sure about what to buy, staff always honest and knowledgeable about product.

Oh. My. God. I am in LOVE with this place. We live in Columbus and this is the only place we will be going for wine and champagne from now on. I don't care what the drive is. If you are a fine wine and/or champagne fan you need to come here and enjoy every second. Special shout out to their GM David F for making our visit so incredible and for knowing his products like the back of his hand. I am in love with this place.

I came in for a specific bottle of whiskey which sadly they did not have in stock. But when I asked, I got some great advice for alternative options. This places has just about everything you may need to stock your bar, wine cellar or humidor. I ended up buying several items and can't wait to get back here. I do need to check out the humidor for some cigars. The staff here is very helpful and with the very nice selection as well as being very clean, I will be back.

Wooow. Amazing store. Very nicely organized, lots of choices of beer and wine. They carry a selection of gourmet snacks, like elegant cheeses and crackers and rare goodies.You can get a pre chilled wine and beer, as they have a huge cold room. I like how well organized and neat this store is.They have a Tasting Bar in the back, but I am not sure what the status is now with Covid-19. Happy to gave found them, candy store for wine connoisseurs.

Good selection and convenient for those in the northern suburbs. Humidor is average. Each time I shop this spot there's never anybody that knows anything! I like a "cigar" person to address me when I go in to the humidor or a wine person that knows about wines. The ultimate issue with this place is the 2% fee if you use a credit card. Unheard of! Passing on your fee to process the most commonly used source of payment by customers is just plain bad business in modern times. Who carries cash to pay for mostly anything these days. Arrow must do better. This might fly in the Dayton area but we've got more choices in the Mason area for liquor and sticks. Thumbs down.

I am from Dayton and missed Arrow Wine when we moved to West Chester. Since the week they opened I now come almost every week. I'm a beer guy and have had good luck with the selections the beer manager has suggested for me. Great beer selection. I have been to the wine tastings, although I am not a connoisseur of wines, I did find the size of the drink very fair for the $. The good part is that they helped me get a few bottles for my wife, all I had to do was to tell them the kind she has bought in the past and they offer up suggestions to what they may like. I also like that you can go in, get a beer, walk around the store, and just kind of soak it all in, it's huge! The bartenders have been very friendly and it's a great place to get a drink and socialize before heading out for the night. We have used their party services (ordering a bunch of beer / wine / liquor for larger parties), and it's been spot on every time. No complaints out of this regular!!!
