I wanted to congratulate a colleague on their 20th work anniversary with a nice bottle of champagne, coordinating a delivery from 4000 miles away. JC answered the phone immediately, and easily helped me choose a bottle, spruce it up with a gift bag, and wrote a message on our behalf. 100% recommend and would request their services again. I was visiting the Dayton area and decided that I needed to refresh my spirits! This was the closest place to my Airbnb. It is bright, clean, with friendly employees. There is a MOST impressive selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Great job!

I've given Arrow Wine and Spirits their last chance. Tonight they were the same as always-- rude and dismissive. Went in an hour before they closed. Clerk is running the vacuum cleaner in the entrance. I have to wait for him to finish before I can enter. Later, as I am looking for something, he literally runs the vacuum into me and says nothing! I could not get anyone's attention to get assistance so I left buying nothing, though I have spent plenty of money there over the years. Liquor prices are regulated, but you can get a better selection and price for wine and beer many places in town, including the groceries without having to endure so much attitude.

A great place with a very impressive selection of beer wine and liquor from around the world. On the occasions that I need them the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Belmont Party Supply is a much better store. I recently stopped in to this Arrow Wine location and had an employee treat me with what felt like contempt or disrespect. After I left I called and asked for the manager. Dennis came to the phone. I explained the situation to him. In stead of apologizing or trying to seem like he cared and would go speak to the employee, he went off on me and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and the phone rang like 20 times. So they all knew it was me and were refusing to answer. How childish. Dennis is obviously dumb as a rock but he is also a total A-hole. How stupid and arrogant to treat any customer like they treated me. What a way to ruin someone's business. Anyway he finally answered again and rushed to talk over me and hang up again. That's like 12 year old behavior. What a moron. I will never set foot in that store again. I know that loosing one customer won't matter to them at all but if this d**k head keeps running it like the immature imbecile he is one day it will. Dennis you and your smart ass employees are going to piss off the wrong person one day and I just wish I would be able to witness you receiving the consequences.

I wanted to purchase Soju, a rice wine from Korea. They only had Soju from Japan. It wasn't like the Soju from Korea. I could understand Sake from Japan, not Soju.

Awesome craft beer selection! They have a tremendous assortment of spirits with a back wall full of bourbon. Always a stop when I am out hunting. The staff is engaging and willing to help. They all seem to have a really good sense of humor. I recommend Arrow if you are looking for a quality liquor store in Dayton.

Just wanted to say how Thankful to Stewart of the Kettering Arrow Wine & Spirits! We stopped in to pick up some things for the New Year and came out to our car dead. Stewart took time out of his busy day to help us jump our car! Great prices and great Service thank you very much again!

Great selection of wines and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive with other liquor stores. I've bought many outstanding and high end wines there and shame on me for not noticing until now, but they charge 2.5% credit card fee. I find that offensive and another way to gouge a customer. I can go to just about any other store and not be assessed a credit card fee. Jungle Jims prices are competitive and the selection is larger. Even Meijer carries a lot of the same wines as Arrow. Arrow is doing the same thing as the smaller liquor stores. Because I like to use a credit card to earn points, I will no longer shop at Arrow and will take my business to someone who doesn't charge a credit card assessment.
