Today we stopped by for lunch and when I got my food I opened it up and it clearly was the wrong item.. I wrapped it back up and went to who I think may have been a manager and I opened it back up and showed her that I got the wrong item and she acknowledged it was wrong and said she put the wrong one in our bag.. She gave me the right item and I watched her talking with the drive thru person and she gave it to her and she put it in the bag for the drive thru order.. Mind you, I handled the sandwich and it should have been thrown away but it went to the drive thru customer.. Wow! I am simply appalled. Doubtful I will be back.

It's raining, you walk in the door and almost land on your behind because there are no mats to give traction on the wet tile floor. There are two people leaning over the counter, one customer and one employee, both engrossed in their phones. It takes them a bit to acknowledge your presence, and the employee seems irritated by your intrusion. Then you look at the picture of the store manager on the wall and realize this is the person you've interrupted. You think "I should leave now", but against your better judgment, you order your food and a shake. Your order is filled by a blonde woman wearing a fleece jacket that is covered with her hair all over the back. Gross. The food is okay, not good or great. The customer service, that whole first impression, has kind of ruined it. Don't let your experience be like mine.

Good spot for lunch. Fresh sandwiches and hot fires. Clean environment. Swiss and bacon sandwich was great. French dip was hot and tasty.

Horribly service, they were very upset to see me and treated me with disrespect. I will NEVER visit this restaurant again. They were rushing to clean the store and when I came in everyone had to stop cleaning and everyone was VERY rude. I'll be sure to spread the word about horrible service from Arby's

Hey can yall at least put your cheese on the the sandwich's in a wrapper without holes ppl pay for cuz some ppl are on lunch we are not always tryn to fix your mess anymore then your tryn to have to remake it so I didn't bring it back but def working on losing customers after 3 times in a 3 week span get it together Arby's

Ordered last week. No milkshakes, said the machine was broken, couldn't give me a refund because it was an online order. Was told I could get them next time. Ordered again tonight. Milkshake machine down again. Offered a coupon for a small milkshake; even though I paid for 2 lathes. Fries cold both orders. Also ordered fish and cheddars, Called store because no cheese was on any of my 3 sandwiches, was told I could drive them back and they'll re make them. No apology. Please tell how do I reach whoever is running this place. I should be able to get my money worth if I'm spending these prices.

What happened to this place. I moved to Troy, Ohio almost 2 years ago. It was my go to place, food was always hot and fresh. Service was beyond reproach. So now scratch all that, cold fries, cold Kings Hawaiian Fish Deluxe, the cheese wasn't even semi melted. I don't know about anyone else but cold food that's supposed to be hot is disgusting. So,, don't go there unless you want a sandwich that's thrown together and I mean that whole heartedly. I want the Arby's back that was delicious, $12. (almost) disappeared in the.trash.

If I could give this a negative rating - I would. This was the dumbest experience I've EVER had at any fast food restaurant. My order was so easy. Not only did we get cut off MULTIPLE times, a female and male continued to constantly get on the speaker and ask the same exact questions that we just answered to the other person. My fiancé didn't even get to order his own food after ordering mine and they cut him off once again and gave him our total and told us to pull around. Long story short - we'll never be visiting this place again. And neither should you.
