I've lived here for 11 years and have been by this Arby's a million times but never stopped. I wasn't always sure if it was still in operation or not, as it looks kind of run down. That said, I went today for a deep fried turkey club and it rules. A little pricey but worth it. The sandwich was awesome, the speed of service was fast and the woman working was incredibly hot and friendly. Great experience. I judged a book by its cover and was wrong.

Ordered a 5 piece tender with honey mustard and received 1 honey mustard. When I asked for just 1 more I was told it was corporate rule to allow 1 sauce per customer. Wouldn't recommend

Went to this Arby's yesterday. Had a nice lunch and received friendly (enough) service. Food was accurate and as expected. I went inside but ordered to-go. I would reccomend this store.

We got the 2 for $6 French dip sandwiches. Went through the drive thru and waited no time at all. The food was just only slightly warm but it was good. The lady at the window was very nice. We will be back for sure.

I was hired by this Arby's and during the interview, I told the manager Azzam that I wanted to have 25 hours a week with a consistent schedule and he said that was fine. I was only scheduled for one day. Well, I went to check the schedule to see when my next shift is. I wasn't on the schedule so I texted the manager to see when I come in next. He said that they don't need me all week. I have bills to pay, that's why people work. Horrible management.

Went to Arby's after seeing the new offer of fish & fries. Got them home and had only fish in the box. No fries. Called and was told rudely,"Fries come only if you order a meal." That means you have to buy their drink. I don't drink pop and I don't want their drink. If they are that hard up to make money they have to misrepresent what they're selling, I won't ever go back. I was so mad. The girl on the phone was so rude even before I said how it's like false advertising. So, I know I wasn't the only person complaining. This was the Arby's on Smithville Rd. Dayton, Ohio. There was no ambiance because, the lobby is closed. That ought to tell you something. The fish was greasy, not crispy. DONE WITH ARBY'S.

Forced a 1 star this place deserves 0This Arby's aka the sauce hoarders. Not sure if its Arby policy but they refuse to give sauces out. Never get marinara upon request With mozz sticks. Never get horsey or arby sauce and when i do notice they did not put sauce after asking i remind them and they give me a couple of one or the other. The sauce makes the sandwhich. This Arbys is also extremely dirty. Probably why they keep the loby closed and locked. Also lets add that this location also does not cut their roast beef. I swear to god i wish i had a picture on 2 occasions i ordered a medium roast beef and its just a stale ass hunk if meat not sliced. Buns are usually stale.cold fries. Loby is permanently closed because its filthy. I honestly believe the only reason they are open is because its the only fast food restaurant around this area.. the convenience. Started driving from smithville to beavercreek for a fresh sandwhich! Its well worth the time!
